First time going there. Planned my daughter's birthday and was excited to see a place like this in the Wynwood arts district. Very expensive for what they offer and on top of that, they are rushing you to leave. After our scheduled paid time was up, they moved us to tables by the attractions. 5 minutes later we had the manager, Rachel, come up to us and said that we had to move because they had another party that had reserved their "open seating" tables. After being rearranged, they were basically kicking us out because someone who had paid for a party outside was having rain issues. I checked many times and they did NOT offer those tables as an option to purchase. After this huge back and forth, finally half of our guests felt weird with the treatment and decided to leave and our party was ruined. They tried to give us game cards to make up for the situation, but it was bad enough already and there was no one to share the game cards with since all of our guests were gone. Save your money and go elsewhere. Service comes first and this joint has HORRIBLE service! read more

This is an updated review. I gave them 4 stars the first time but after giving them another chance I must say I was happy. The place was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered some frys and they were really good and fresh. Also I only got a pass for my daughter to play and do everything but when we got to the bumper carts I was gonna let her go alone since I didn't have a card but the guy at the ride insisted I ride with her so she won't ride alone. We didn't even know about this place until we we're really looking to do something fun for the evening with the kids...or was it a music video? Lol I'm not sure exactly how we found it but we did. We got a Groupon for both kids and I believe I spent close to $100. The kids had a great time playing for almost 3 hours unlimited laser tag, 4D rides and a few other things. They definitely had a blast and according to them it's one of their favorite places to go. We bought some fries when we were there and those were delicious. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the parking. Now there's parking outside the location but I'm very cautious and wasn't comfortable leaving it outside the gate.i did however see a "Valet" parking sign so I went to the attendant. Well he gave me a link or website to go and make a payment I believe was $10 and basically went to park my car myself. Where's the valet service, the guy just sits there and gives u a ticket. Then there's rocks and gravel everywhere so if you have a freshly washed vehicle, get ready to wash it again. Honestly, that's the worst part of everything and it wasn't bad enough to ruin the day. The kids still had a great time and my wife and I enjoyed watching how happy they were. Maybe lower the parking price and just call it self service parking lol read more

I just hosted a company event at fun dimensions, I was scared that wouldn't be suitable for adults, but it is. Since the moment we checked in to the games to the dinner, everything was perfect. The service was on point, staff is polite and helpful, the games are super fun the food is tasty and everything is reasonably priced. I would recommend it for you to go with a group of adults or with the kids , either way you'll all have a blast. read more

Today was a teacher workday at my daughters school so invited a couple of her gf's and one of the moms to go to Fun Dimension. All I can say is wow! This is by far the best place to have a play date or a kids birthday party. We choose the 3 hour unlimited package and the girls had a blast. There were so many things to do and the girls enjoyed everyone of them. We had lunch there as well and the food was actually pretty good (pizza, fries that sort of thing). Anyway, if your looking for a great way to spend the day with your child(ren) this is the place. read more

I thought this place would've been a great experience for me and my two children but it seemed as if NOTHING at all worked. The XD theater which was suppose to be 3D, the lady told me it was HD now because the glasses are broken. Then I spoke to a "manager" a tall black man about a issue with my card and he was SUPER rude and impatient. Looked like he didn't wanna be there at all. Tbh FUCK this place in general. Though the kids would probably give this spot 5 stars, as a parent, I can't think of anywhere I'd rather go again less. The place is soooo poorly managed that at every turn, something else went wrong during our recent visit. From the 30 minute wait at the front desk when there were only 2 people ahead of us ( due to the need to sign a waiver on another system), to the broken bumper cars, to the filthy climbing room, and even at the redemption desk, which took forever because the single attendant didn't know how to charge a customer, there were problems throughout! This place needs more employees, better staff, more training, better oversight of staff, and major improvements in quality and maintenance of equipment. Plus the way/ how much they charge is a total racket! read more

This was our 2nd visit to Fun Dimension. The first time we visited with friends and my son had a blast. This time, we visited with a group of homeschool friends and we had a great time as well! There is plenty to do for 2-3 hours! Fun Dimension is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating to our children's needs. The food is great too! What an excellent place for kids and young adults. They have everything. Climbing apparatus, bumper cars, arcade. It's easy to survey your child too. And you can have lovely glass of wine or cold beer while your little ones play. There are plenty of people working to serve you. I had the pleasure of meeting a supervisor and she was very hospitable and accommodating. I have since been for birthdays and graduations. The private rooms upstairs are chock with acrylic chairs and a silver tiled wall! Great for pictures. They take care of the food and entertainment. Excited to try the summer camp programs this summer as well! read more

I had my son's birthday party at this venue , it is simply fantastic !! The kids were thrilled and the grown ups were amazed at how aesthetically the place was done . Not the usual staid place to host a party. The food is tasty and healthy , alcohol can be ordered if you wish ! They have a selection of beers , wine , champagne etc . The presentation is great ! My usual birthday parties I am very involved , here I had to do nothing at all . They called me ahead of time and asked which color I wanted the party room to be decorated ? was a little confused , they gave a me a choice of various colors and I chose red . On arriving at the venue found a beautifully decorated red party room !! There were party assists who navigated the kids through various activities . The workers have the most fantastic attitude ! What a great place! I came here with three kids, ages 13, 9, and 5, and everyone had plenty to do! The Monday half-price promotion was a great deal and allowed us three hours of unlimited enjoyment and plenty of funds at the arcade. Fun Dimension is a great mix of physical activities, games, and entertainment. I was pleasantly surprised by the food selection. There were many choices to satisfy both the health conscious and the junk food lovers. Located in Wynwood, there is an added bonus of amazing graffiti and cool restaurants around Fun Dimension. read more

This place was AMAZING! My husband and I went with our daughter after we missed our flight and we needed something to do to kill time and this was the best thing we found on google. It was definitely worth it. The blonde gentleman with the arm tattoo at the front desk was extremely helpful and explained to us the different options that they had all while handling a bunch of different things but didn't even skip a beat. It was even more shocking to see how well everyone behind the desk worked together, the young lady behind the desk with him also with arm tattoos was also extremely busy and they still managed to get everyone handled. our daughter had blast at the indoor playground and the theater however it is a little bit annoying having to go to the front desk every time we had to recharge our card but customer service/hospitality was fantastic. All in all, and amazing location for the kids and the hospitality is 5 star definitely visiting again when we go back to Miami. read more
