Free to enter! The store is huge, unfortunately, we only had 30 mins to spare before we were scheduled to meet friends so we made use of it by just doing quick a self-guided tour of the store. Why again is everyone collecting Funko Pops? They seem to have taken the collecting world by storm for years! And besides it's cute features why are they popular? I see them in other specialty stores too... they are detailed figures that come in a variety of different characters, from superheroes to classic movie icons. You can even make a Funko image of you! Should I start collecting these things? I heard the exclusive items are limited items and usually, when they sell out they will not be restocked. Hopefully, next time I'll have more time to really look around. For now we just took pictures of the larger-than-life toys. They are fun to see and take photos with. Parking is metered street parking and there are different paid parking lots (rates vary) available in the area. We were able to find a metered parking spot across the street near a tent city but we had to go to either end of the block at a stop light to cross the street safely. This is definitely a happy place on earth! We were very impressed with this enormous shop that is filled with gigantic toys, and sets and games. It is so much more than a toy store. Of course it inspires you immediately to buy some of their Funko Pops. And they are very inexpensive which means you can create an impressive collection in no time. My friend surprised me by taking me here before we watched a movie at the El Capitan Theater and I had a great time! It was a short wait to get in, but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot outside. Once inside, there were quite a few different sections of the store themed with Funko Pop!s such as: Harry Potter, Hannah Barbara, Star Wars, Disney, Anime, and etc. Lots of opportunities for photos, so feel free to dress up in your favorite pop culture outfits. FUNKO POP COLLECTORS!!! Your safe haven is right here! This Funko store is everything and MORE! It literally has EVERYTHING for all ages! That nostalgic feeling you'll get as you walk through each section/ room will warm your heart. I visited on Memorial Day and my wait wasn't hours on hours. More like 15-20 mins! If you've ever tried to check out this place in the morning, you've probably seen long lines, well.. I suggest going late afternoon. Kind of close to closing. Trust me. I had been wanting to come check this store out for a long time. Mostly because it's one of two places you can get a custom Pop made. They open at 10. We got here at 12. We were able to check in to make our Pop no problem. It was about a 10 minute wait to get a kiosk to design them. Then it took another 15 minutes to have them made. For $25 it was a really cool experience. I enjoyed seeing all of the larger than life Funko figures they had around the store. It was huge, and even though there were tons of people there it didn't feel crowded. The staff I interacted with were friendly. My only complaint is that the custom funko didn't have all hairstyles or colors for each style available. They said they get their orders once a month of every 2 weeks sometimes and they never know what pieces they'll have. I had to settle on a side part hairstyle even though I have never had a side part lol Still a super fun experience and I definitely want to go back another time and see if they have the right hairstyle for me. read more

We were staying in Hollywood to be a quick ride away from Universal Studios, and I noticed Funko was nearby, so I posed the idea of taking a walk to this place with my girlfriend, and I don't regret it. The venue is right along the Hollywood Walk of Fame and while any local (LOL--look at me act like a local) will tell you it's hardly the most glamorous walk out there, it's generally safe due to being a tourist trap. We were able to walk right in early on a Friday and Sunday. As you can probably ascertain, there's Funkos in here as far as the eye can see. I've been a Funko Pop collector for years, and I've just about fizzled out of the hobby, but the there's two reasons you wanna be here: 1-there's a lots of different art and statues to take a picture with and 2-you can create your own Funko Pop! Upon walking in, we were taking in all the Black Panther / Wakanda sites before noticing that there were sections for everything from DC to Marvel to Anime to Disney to Star Wars to Sports to even more nostalgic stuff in the corner. Funko has pop culture cornered and it was fun just admiring everything there is to see here. But the coolest thing to do for Funko fans? Creating your own Funko pop. The first time we came here, there was a waitlist and we left our number, but when it was time to come back, we were having lunch. When we came back on Sunday, it was walk-in. All you do is go to a kiosk, make your customizations based on the inventory and stuff they have, you wait around 15 minutes for your pops and boxes to be built, and you go ahead and pay for them. Your customized Funko pop is $25, with an added $5 fee if you want a pop protector. The selection was a little disappointing but it was still great seeing my own pop get done. I don't know if I'd ever come back as my collection days have come and gone but this is a fun place for all ages! read more

It has really fun and playful things to see inside Funko Hollywood where I visited with someone. The place feels really lively and exciting there in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot. The big fake objects that I sat in for pictures, like the giant cars, didn't cost anything at all. By my surprise, those props looked completely 3D and cartoonish even though they were made just for taking pictures, which makes them perfect for teenagers who love taking fun photos. It is a new store to me but I didn't realize how much there was to enjoy there until I walked around inside. I really appreciated how easy it was to have fun there without feeling rushed. I never doubted that the experience was going to turn out the way I hoped it would. I only visited Funko Hollywood one time in my life before I made this review. It was one of the most enjoyable and playful places I've been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that even teenagers go there because it gives them a place to have fun, take pictures, and feel creative. I lived for 24 years. I'm not physically or mentally 24 years old. In the summer time in the year 2024, I learned that I'm still physically and mentally 18 years old. I also learned in the summer that year that my prefrontal cortex is way more developed than average 25 year olds' prefrontal cortex in the human brain. Unfortunately me and my family were huge fans of this store we brought our kids every spring break 6 years now and this year we made our annual visit and it was the worst experience ever!!!! I had my sons stroller with me and was holding my sons hand so we decided to not hold a basket put the items at the bottom of the stroller. We were told we couldn't do this get a basket which we did no argument I understood why but it turned into a whole different story after that. We had a basket full items and we're still browsing the store but we were unfortunately followed around every move we made to the point where I noticed workers behind me on the side of me every room I went in staring at me giving me a side eye every step I took. If it weren't for my children that already picked their souvenirs I would have put everything back and left and not spent a dime in the store. But seeing as my kids look forward to this visit already picked items how am I as a mother to tell them we aren't getting anything we are leaving.so I stayed got followed around all the way up to he register got side eyes once I got up to the register talked to a manager paid for my $200 worth of products and left a very unhappy customer. I will never return you ruined a family trip to Hollywood and you ruined a family moment we cherished every year for our kids I will never be comfortable shopping in your store again!!!! Located at the beginning of Hollywood Blvd. It being Hollywood there is no immediate parking so you have to park in a lot and then walk to the store. This store has ALL and ANY funko you could think of! All Funko's are the average price of $12-15. The smaller keychain ones are $5 and even have a clearance section!! I was expecting the prices to be outrageous due to the location but I was so happy that wasn't the case. They do close kinda of early make sure to check the hours before making the trip. Ever wanna create a mini-me of yourself? This is the place to be. The storefront may look small but once you are inside.... It is never ending it feels. When you first walk in, they have life size POP of all different characters. There's something for everyone. We went on a Sunday to make my POP. The wait was about 20 min to be able to go to one of the kiosk to create. Creating your own was fun and unique however I do wish there were more variety in clothing and accessories especially the colors. The options sometimes felt limited. Once you design your POP, you hand a printout to one of the employees so they can start building it which takes another 20-30min. The days I want to be a tourist of my own backyard I come here. This place is very much for kids and adults. If you like anything with Disney, Harry Potter, Anime, DC, Pop Culture, Sports, etc. you need to add this location to your schedule to visit. It's a collector of Funko Pops Disneyland. I am a Stitch Funko Pop Collector as he is my favorite Disney Character and my spirit animal. There is a section dedicated to him along with many others. You can spend a good amount of your day here looking at all the Pops and taking pictures if that's your thing. There is also a designated area in which you can create your own custom Funko Pop. Once you have completed your shopping journey the cash registers are by the custom machines. They have quite a few blind boxes and other Knick Knacks. I'm obsessed with Funko Hollywood! What an experience it is. I've never been to any other locations but this one seems pretty large to me. I got turned around a few times the two times I visited with my kids. It's absolutely gorgeous inside and you'll want to carve out some time to go through the entire store. There are a ton of photo ops available and the decor is epic! There are so many fun visuals that we end up spending a couple of hours just walking around. I also found some Funkos I had been looking for. I feel like they had everything here, such a wide selection of special editions and hard to find Funko Pops. The prices weren't marked up. They were very reasonable, though not so much when you stick a dozen of them in your cart, lol. Lots of employees around to help you too so the whole experience was magnificent. If you're into making your own, they have a section for that as well. Parking is super easy at the Easton garage, but it's expensive! Try your luck with some street parking, if you can. Adorable, unique toy store! I have to admit, I had never heard of this company. I had no idea in fact what it was all about until I stepped in. We were early for a show at the Pantages and I was trying to find a way to kill some time in the area with my 12 year old in tow. So, I pulled out my trusty Yelp app and voila! There was Funko just a block away! We arrived just a minute before they opened and I want to say there were about maybe 20-30 folks in line already to enter. My kid, Esposo and I tackled just about every IG picture worthy set up we could. Since my fam was not in the know about the Funk and Pop toy world, we didn't purchase anything, however, that is not to say that it wasn't difficult to say "no" to buying something! Came to the Hollywood store after a few years from when the store first opened. Parking was a bit more interesting this time around as I chose to use a parking lot instead of meter parking. But plenty of places to park. Once parked entering the store was quick and a short walk to head right inside. Whoa this time around the selections on the Funkos were mind blowing. So many exclusives from my first visits and so many expo, store, Amazon, Hollywood exclusives to choose from. Thankfully I contained and just purchased 14 items. The store aesthetic still all the same characters of pops around the store to take pics with and enjoy seeing life size. The retro area with the cereals and big giant screen was closed off the day I went. So instead of taking an hour to take pics and look through all the pops with the retro area closed I only took 40 min which is still pretty good to look over things and make sure I didn't miss anything. I did also enjoy buying Xmas pop merch as all of it was 50% off so score. Who doesn't like discounts. Lastly at the register before paying there's these new miniature pops less than an inch tall comes in a 4 pack they are like 5 brand or squinkies, anything that's small things of a miniature scale. So cool I got the Marvel as they are 4 packs with 1 of them being a blind chase. Bitty Pops are the name and I recommend anyone who likes pops to buy this so cool and they even come with a display case to hold the 4 and stack up other collections. The detail if you never seen them or heard of them are awesome. Service there the workers are great and always busy as it's just a huge store. Oh and they do have the build your own pop section which is also cool but passed on that this visit. I encourage anyone who is visiting Hollywood, Pop collector, or just a place where you want to see something like this environment cause you won't see this anywhere else like this to visit the store and make sure you have some money to get some that you may not be able to find anywhere else anymore cause sold out or because it's only a Hollywood store exclusive. read more

My eight year old and I came here as part of a birthday trip for one of his buddies, and in short: it was an absolutely fun nerd-out for me and my kid. After arriving around 10 AM on a Saturday, we waited for a considerable while in the queues outside before being let in to the store. As others have indicated, the "store" almost comes off as more of a pop culture art exhibit or museum; huge displays from film, TV, sports, and literature feature those Funko-tized characters you know and love. We wandered around taking lots of photos, and ended up buying a bunch of stuff, too. Surprisingly not overly expensive... cheaper than your local mall's Funko pop store, I'd imagine. This place was really cool! I've been wanting to visit for quite some time now and glad I finally did. I suggest getting there early because there is a line that forms prior to opening so people can be one of the first ones in. I got there at 9 and we were probably like the 20th person in line. First thing to mark off your bucket list, is creating your own personalized Funko pop. There are 7 stations but it def takes time because people are taking their time creating themselves. My son and I both made one. The plan was to make one for all three of us, but they were low on inventory and sold out on some of the accessories so my boyfriend decided not to make his. We were pretty bummed but next time, hopefully. There is no option to be notified when items come in so you just gotta be lucky. Each room and area is so cool. It's like a Funko museum with lots of photo ops. My favorite was the horror section but would have loved more characters and more interactive, hands on features. They didn't have much stock available so didn't get everything we wanted so we may be back for that. Overall, such a great experience and so many great photos to add to our memories. read more

We started waiting at 11:15 and were around the 30th people in line, but as the time got closer to 12, the parties waiting at the front had more members join them. This was a little annoying but did not prevent us from making our own Pop! figures without a problem. The experience was very fun! The figures are $25 each. Making them seemed dull at first because of the limitations in designs, but it is actually very entertaining. We have a pup, so we added a tiny pet for $3 extra! When we were done exploring, we picked our figures up and paid. The museum validates 90 minutes in their parking structure but meters are $4 for 2 hours. read more
