This place was previously Jump Trampoline Park, now part of the Get Air franchise. Their phones haven't been working since September 2022, I guess that's when they did the switch. We had a birthday party here. Booking the party online was easy. They had great party packages, which included everything but cake. Party favor bags were included and inside them were $5 off coupons for the next visit. The birthday kid gets a coupon for a free jump session next time. They even provided ice cream. You can purchase additional food and drinks upon booking the party online. There are three huge party rooms which could fit more than 25 people. Trying to get in touch with the location was hard because their phones weren't working. I called corporate to confirm my party information but was hesitant because the location probably didn't get the information. On the day we arrived. The party before us ran over so we didn't get into the room until 10 minutes into our party time. We had a small party with no decorations, I just brought cupcakes so I didn't stress about it. The place seemed understaffed. The front desk staff was doing a million things including the General Manager. They still offered great service but they were definitely understaffed and stretched thin. Overall, I would have a party here again. Our party guests had a great time and the staff was nice and attentive even while busy. We came again a few weeks after the party to use our coupons. It was on a weekday during Christmas break. Again, it seemed like they were understaffed. The lines were super long, out the door. I heard people complaining about their phones still not working. However, they run great daily promotions so they'll have a crowd of people wanting to jump. I think most businesses are suffering from a lack of staff and I believe this one may be one too. However, it's a great place, definitely recommend it.

The facility was filthy and clearly neglected: * No soap in the dispensers * Toilet paper scattered all over the bathroom floors * A completely broken changing table that made it impossible to safely change a baby For a place marketed toward families and children, this is unacceptable. What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the Operations Director, Logan Lortz. When I brought up concerns about the condition of the bathroom, he openly told me he "didn't care." During our entire visit, he instead followed me and my children around the facility for well over an hour, obsessively watching and policing every little thing my kids did to the point that it became deeply uncomfortable and concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate sanitation and safety concerns, management chose intimidation and harassment. We ended up leaving early and canceling our membership because the environment felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely not family-friendly. Parents should seriously reconsider before bringing their children here.

Fun with a purpose. The checking was very easy and the staff is very gracious, kind, and efficient. I did learn that I needed to bring my water bottles from home instead of paying $3.50 for a drink from the event's snack zone. Parking is free, great and there is a lot of it available. Everyone is friendly. I will play with the children next time we come. It looks like fun to me.

There's so much to do and they even offer party hosting if you're looking for a spot to celebrate. We played for about an hour and a half and spent around $40 for the both of us (including socks, I think). One thing I really appreciated was the area reserved for kids three and under it's nice knowing the little ones have a safe space away from the bigger kids. Overall, we had a great experience. My only downside was the restroom it was pretty disgusting, smelled bad, and definitely wasn't clean. Other than that we really enjoyed our time and would come back.

Kids everywhere, very loud and lots for them to do. It did look like a lot of fun. They have sections for the younger kids - 4 and under. Lots of trampolines and foam pits and climbing walls and hoops, dodgeball.....It did seem like the lines were long to get into the place - tickets, socks etc. There was a place to buy water and soda and also what looked like a room in the back for birthday parties. Couches and tables throughout but hard to get on a busy day. I did see staff walking around. I am sure parents like taking there kids here - they probably sleep hard later.

My kid had fun but please do something about broken arcade games and machines that take your money…read more The motorcycle arcade game my kid was on completely went black-screened and started to do a system reboot mid-play. This machine did this three times while we were there and another child had the same experience while we were there. When I went to the front desk to inform the associate, she said they couldn't do anything about it. I suggested an out of order sign and this was shrugged off. I was also very disappointed to find out the tickets my son earned from the games he played he was unable to spend. We went to the front to ask to select a prize and were told their scanner for the game cards was broken. My son was extremely upset. To try to make him feel a little better I gave him two quarters so he could get a toy from one of those little gumball machines, and wouldn't you know it, that thing took his money too and no bouncy ball came out. Luckily, my child bounces back pretty easily and still managed to have a good time on the trampolines and obstacle course apparatus. I do think management should look into how they can offer refunds or give credits back when games don't work. The prizes earned need to be available the same day. It is ridiculous that I was told I could come back tomorrow when their scanner supposedly would be working. Not doing that. Here's hoping next visit will be better.

I feel comfortable that there is only one way in and out the jumping area, so I can sit by there knowing where the kids are at all times. I also love that there are massage chairs too for the adults that just want to relax while the kids are having fun. The only complaint I have for this time period is that when it is crowded, there are no seats available if you want a break from jumping around, including the massage chairs. I love the idea of glow night but the execution of it has me not recommending it for younger, smaller children. I only went once but I didn't really see any staff members walking around and it was really dirty during this time frame. The floors were littered and super sticky and it sucks having to step on all that with socks on. And any flat surface area were full of trash too. Although the DJ was playing clean versions of the songs, I also was kind of weirded out that the music was stuff you would hear in clubs. I guess glow night is really meant for teens. Overall, I would still go back and would love to try their little leapers session (which is more affordable and meant for kids 5 and under) because these older kids are super rough and push each other, toddlers included, around a lot

My SIL mentioned that Sky Zone is a bigger name and comes from out of state, but don't quote me quoting her lol. My kids love going here. They ask all the time to go. There are various sections like the foam pit, dodgeball-type area with ramps and basketball hoops and there is a main trampoline area in the middle. They let kids of all ages on from little tots all the way up to more mature folks, as in, adults. During our visit, something I had not seen at previous businesses is that they have organized games on the trampolines, which I thought was nice, but I feel like the little ones should have their own area because there were a few times that they came really close to getting trampled on. It was hard to watch. Things to note: - you must sign a waiver for your kids before jumping, the QR code can be found upon entry - they have memberships available - a one time jump pass was $22/child - you can bring your own jump socks, but they also have some for purchase - they also have drinks and snacks available in vending machines, but during out visit, it was over the holiday break and it was prime time, and the water machine was empty Be careful and enjoy! Never stop exploring!
