Had to take him to the vet today and the tech even made a comment about the loose hair. It was a holiday weekend so I was unable to have them cleaned up again. I was recovering from surgery so was unable to bathe them myself.

Since that time we groomed her ourselves and honestly, we did an awful job. Well Groom Pets was recommended to us buy a neighbor but we had little faith in it working out. I dropped her off and waited for the call telling us that she isn't cooperating and to please come pick her up. 2 hr 15 min later I get a call that she was all done. Walked in the door and she looked stunning. The groomer was so sweet and said that she did amazing. Not only did she look great, the detail and specific request about paws, legs and visor were done EXACTLY the way I requested. Seriously, this place blew me away.

The staff are young and will help if you press them to assist you, but they won't go out of their way to welcome you and offer to help you. I appreciate the convenient location of this store and the products they have in stock. It is the main reason I visit them to buy things like poop bags, squeaky balls, and high quality pet food. It is nice that bathing and nail trims are also available; although I have never used those services here. The staff just seem a little too inexperienced to entrust them with my pet's care.

The owner I spoke with was super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. (Even my Beagle liked him and she's normally shy with new people. They also carry top brand natural dog food that's hard to find and their prices are fair compared to other pet specific shops that offer similar products. In fact, I think they're slightly cheaper than were I went before. Regardless, the atmosphere, ownership and staff make the place if you ask me. Now if I could only find a car mechanic that was this great!

Her tail is totally raw underneath (even before scooting) and she is in pain; acting like a totally different dog...it is absolutely heart breaking. She came home and the next day had kennel cough even though she has been vaccinated.
