They work around his elderlly issues to provide him a quick, caring and thorough grooming experience and now our Charley Hussle receives the 5 Star treatment! Woofy Wash is always on time and always gives great communication setting up appointments, how far they are out before arriving to our home, ect. For just this alone I would use them over and over but there is one other factor that is also most important. My zero stress of not having to take them into a facility at 7 a.m. and then pick them up at 2 or 3 pm. Knowing he doesn't want to go and then have to sit in a kennel for hours. Woofy Wash is at our front door and then an hour later he is back inside our home prancing around and wagging his tail. She takes the cutest pictures of Charley Hussle and she is professional and friendly and personable. She truly cares for each dog and loves what she does. She told me all the groomers have quit and I understand why clients don't complain because she's charging $25 to $28 a groom to just shave the dog down. Also she wants you to shave down all the dogs dirty and damage your equipment, it was almost $200 in repairs to clean and sharpen my tools. She took more than a month to pay me and she paid me only $75 for my labor and time. My gas was more than the trip there.

When I contacted the salon, I was told they reviewed their footage and spoke with the groomer and found no evidence that my dog was injured there. I was also told that a veterinarian friend looked at photos and believed the cuts appeared to be old. That explanation doesn't add up. The injuries were discovered the very next day, so they weren't old. If my dog had arrived with visible cuts, I would expect the groomer to have documented them and informed me before or during the appointment. That never happened. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. Rather than showing concern or offering any resolution, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I was told they had no explanation for how it happened, but there was no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. I understand that accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend this groomer.

We arrived around 6pm on a Friday evening. We were waiting maybe 5 minutes before someone was available to check us in. It took a little while, we were filling in some paperwork, but after about half an hour, we dropped our baby off with them. Two days later, we picked up our little boy and he seemed very happy to see us, but at the same time, he was very comfortable with the workers there as well. I am sure the workers there were taking very good care of our dog. He smelled very nice when we picked them up because the package we chose comes with a bath. I can't exactly remember the package we chose, but I think for an upgrade of like $5 more, your dog gets to run around and spend time with the other dogs for like 6 hours.
