My regular shop was booked and I needed to get my nails done that day. Staff at Furama is friendly and shop new and clean. Unfortunately, they don't know how to apply gel. Excellent service. The staff is very friendly. super clean too! The $35 furama pedicure is worth it. It includes callus removal, sugar scrub and hot stone massage. amazing. The normal pedicure can be $15 (express) or $20 (basic) Big fan of this place. read more

I tried this place since it's close to my work. I received a fill with gel polish. They were very nice but the actual nails themselves were not, upon leaving I had to walk back in to have a nail fixed with bubbles in it. Over the next day more nails had bubbles so I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. One week later I have had several nails break with other nails totally peeling (never had gel polish peel off acrylic nails before). I am having to get a fill a week later (which is costly honestly). They may be a little cheaper than the rest but it's not worth it in the long run. read more

I wanted to get my nails done, saw their sign and decided to try them. Their customer service is impeccable, the prices are good $32 for a mani/pedi. They do not have the drying lights but I didn't mind at all because you get to sit longer in the massage chair. As far as the job itself, it was good. I would really love to give this place a review but unfortunately I was not able to. Most of the time this would be no big deal. However they only had two people getting pedicures and she told me to come back 2.5 hours later to get a service when on the front door it very clearly states that walk-ins are welcome and accepted. read more

Lynn is absolutely AWESOME! She listens to your requests and asks how she's doing along the way. Always on time and meticulous about her work. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and one of the girls even speaks Spanish! They take atm/credit but make sure you tip in cash. Lastly and most importantly for me is cleanliness. Best mani pedi I have ever gotten. Lin was awesome. There was an unpleasant group in the salon at the same time as me getting their nails done as well, and she gave me a discount for having to listen to their obnoxious outbursts. Although I did not care enough to say anything about it, it was very thoughtful of Lin to care about my experience enough to do that for me. The previous review sounds like the daughter is spoiled and didn't fall far from the tree, I'm in the service industry and there is never an excuse to lay your hands on anyone unless you're being attacked, and it sounds like that lady was never touched. ANYWAY - Ken at this salon is very good at what he does. I am treated with kindness and he is very attentive to what I want. I have gone three times and on the third time he knew what I liked. Uhh well I had my nails down here twice. My nails I got from here were not filed right and lifted so bad because they didn't even make the nail go w my nail bed. So in the end I was stuck w blocky acrylics trying to be flat and escape the nail .i don't know but I feel their products and the technique is questioning their professionalism. Boo read more

I went to Furama for a pedi and decided to have acrylic nails put on. Pedi was fine but communication is so poor that the staff thought I was sitting ( for 20 minutes) waiting for my toes to dry. Nails were done so quickly by one of the techs (who was to busy getting her own spa treatments) that she rushed thru mine. One hand looked completely different from the other. Terrible work, never going back there. read more

My cousin and I went in for mani/pedis, it was a weekday and we went in right when they opened in hopes we'd be taken care of right away. There was only two nail techs there at the time and when we told them what we wanted they said it'd be about a 15 minute wait until another girl would be in, which was fine. One of the nail techs that had one of the appointments at the time that we came in got my cousin ready at one of the pedicure chairs since she had work in a couple hours. I went and sat in the chair next to her while I waited for more staff to show up. My cousin and I were originally getting the pedicure with all the works, however, when my cousin told her that's the one she wanted the nail tech basically told her that she's just gonna do the basic pedicure because she doesn't have time.... Uhh? Half way through her basic pedicure a third nail tech comes in and continues the pedicure on my cousin while I'm still waiting for what had been about 30-45 minutes. Finally once another girl came in and was able to start my pedicure she seemed grumpy and looked like she just rolled out of bed. She made me feel like she was giving me passive aggressive attitude since she clearly had to come into work early. Once I was finally done with my pedicure and moved on to my manicure my cousin was practically done with hers. I believe the manager was the one who was doing my nails, she seemed really sweet and like she wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my nails. She was the only positive part of my time there. Throughout our whole experience there we felt like we were inconveniences due to this nail salon being understaffed. I feel like it's common sense that if you have an appointments for two you should probably have more than two nail techs at the salon. Overall we were clearly unhappy but didn't receive any compensation for our wasted time or bad service, not even an apology. The manager seems really sweet but we won't go here again. read more

I wish I could give a 0 star instead... As a first timer, I requested a regular manicure pedicure and my pedi lasted just about 9 mins for that's all she included in a regular pedi, she says. 2 mins massage, no scrubbing of dead skin, didn't agree to change the shape of my nails during filing and got me going with the nail paint in a phew. I wonder why even keep that kind of pedicure on your menu if that's the kind of justice that you've to do to $22. Will never go and recommend this place. read more

This quickly became by go to nail salon since it is close to home. It is up to date, clean and the ppl are nice. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from and services provided. They also offer a punch card for returning customers. Eyebrow waxing is another option for services provided here. read more

This nail shop is overly expensive. $10 for a polish change by a young man who was most likely not even certified to be doing anything with feet. He seemed scared to cut down my toe nails, when he did he left the corners sharp/uneven. The nail polish has streaks and just looks like a child did my nails. Not impressed never going to this place again! read more

OMG!!! I do not know how this place manages to stay open. The owner gave my daughter an awful brow wax and on top of that she was rude and glared at my daughter and told her it was her problem. She was pre paid so could care less. I went in to get a refund for my teenage daughter. As soon as I walked in the door she smirked at me and had an ugly attitude. We got into a heated argument and she stood up rushed at me and put her finger in my face. I had to defend myself so I pushed her away from me. She started yelling and getting crazy so she locked the front door and called the police. Once the police arrived i told them the story and come to find out... she is the owner. I am not allowed to return to her store. trust me I would not return there if it were the last place on this earth. There are plenty of great salons in our area. Please do not risk becoming a victim of this so called salon. An apology would have helped the situation, however even after asking her to apologize to my daughter, she refused. read more
