Jeremy is the Best in the Business.. You will be glad you called him…read more He has always been there for us when we needed some on e to care for our 100 LBS of yellow Lab. Mike D

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.

I had a wonderful experience with Sarandipity. Since the…read morebeginning Sara was very kind and helpful with my needs. I booked their service last second, Sara was super quick in organizing everything to perfection. They use a special app (that I loved!) where you can message with them during your absence and receive updates and pics of your pet. Fantastic! My pet sitter was Laura. I couldn't have had better service. She is GREAT! she is very professional and from the first visit i realized that she loves her job and that she would take good care of my cat. Laura was great every day, every visit: she took great care of my cat! She sent me pics and updates every day. On my return everything was clean, perfect and it was as if I had never left. Thank you so much!! I will use Sarandipity again for my next vacation!

My fiancé and I went out of town for almost a week. This was the first time her and I ever traveled…read moreand hired a company to care for them (we usually just called in favors with friends or neighbors). Needless to say, we were SCARED. Sara (owner of Sarandipity- cute, huh?) and Laura (sitter) came by a day or two before our trip. Met the cats (well, the two of the three that weren't hiding) and we all discussed their care and any concerns while we were gone. Both Sara and Laura are very nice and down to earth - not judging our disheveled house (we just moved in) and the fact that we were frightened (feral cat kind of frightened) to leave. While gone, we received daily texts of collaged pictures and a quick update with how well the cats were doing. Laura (the sitter) kept us tuned in with our cat that was a little anti-social and even asked US for particulars on what SHE could do to assist HIM through his shyness. The trip was great - but we were definitely in a hurry to get home. The house was just as we had left it. Mail brought in, litter box changed, fresh water and dry food given, and Thank God the cats didn't create throw any crazy spraying parties while we were gone. Sarandipity also created a daily log for Laura to complete while visiting the house, (times she came, what she did and the moods of each cat). Thank you Sara and Laura! Your help is very much appreciated and you will definitely see Mia, Casanova and Grey Guy again. Readers check out my pictures of the LOG.
