Message to the owner : Hold onto Lori because she's a GEM!!! Now I only had a brief interaction with this company as they were contracted only to deliver my boy , blackjack's cremains to me but were not the ones to actually perform the cremation . For such a brief interaction , they managed to have the most positive impact on my mostly negative experience with the other parts of this process. This is a company that actually CARES . Not one that simply says and pretends that they do. The difference is palpable. They managed to turn around a terrible and traumatic experience (which had nothing to do with them at all) and end it on a positive note which I can't thank them enough for. There's a lot more to this story as far as the negative parts go but I covered that in a review under the appropriate business . These types of moments can't be repeated or taken back and so whatever your experience is, becomes stamped into your memory forever and the last thing I wanted , was a negative imprint on what is already a challenging time when your pet dies . We did this whole process through the VCA however I called a week after we put her down, to see when she would be delivered or if we could pick her up. The lady that picked up was so sweet and understanding and she said she was ready that day and that we could pick her up or we would have to wait until the 22nd of July for her to be delivered. Anyway I sent my parents to go pick her up and they were extremely happy with the experience! I was so nervous to receive my little one but the way they had everything set up was amazing! On May 27, 2022, we said good-bye to our beloved boy, Noah. It was the most excruciating experience my family and I have had to go through. I have never had to put a pet down & after 13+ years the time had come. I am a mail carrier at the Usps and I often deliver cremated human remains (from Long Beach) in a basic priority mail cardboard box, and it breaks my heart every time. I didn't know what to expect when I had my furbabies put down...but it surely wasn't the service that I got. I was contacted a couple of days before with a date and an estimated time. My littles were brought to me within that time frame with an additional text letting me know that they were 5-10 minutes out. Dealing with the loss of our dogs has been the most difficult part of our lives. Pepper lived to be 18 1/2 years old. She was more like a child than a pet to me. When she passed away Furever Loved took care of every detail of picking her up, cremation, and returning her remains.
