Excellent service they did an amazing job with my dogs. Have 4 and 3 were full grooming, and 1 was a bath and brush. Not only did it take a short time to be ready, but they also looked fabulous! One of my pets is not the best allowing groomers to groom him and on top of that he twitches at all times he is a rescue and we have not been able to improve on the grooming department so I only said do the best that you can in the past he has done well with small places but didn't do as well at Petsmart so needless to say I have been searching for a new place and now I have found it. All my pets came out happy and not stressed like when going to Petsmart and they stay there for hours and hours this was quick and they look fantastic with their bandanas and bows! Easy to work with. Good customer service. Brought my 2 dogs ( Malamute and Bichon Frise).

We had been taking our dog there for over a year. Usually happy with the service. One time the cut looked off but they fixed it. We got used to the duration of 4-6 hours before she was done. They mentioned our dog was fidgety and thats why it took so long. Anyhow, recently we took her in and once they realized it was our dog they asked if we could give her a THC snack, basically a marijuana snack. Apparently they recommend this for fidgety dogs, and sell it in their shop. Needless to stay we were shocked. They explained why they recommended it but didn't have any clinical information regarding the product. We left feeling betrayed and frustrated especially after being a customer for over a year. We will find another groomer whom can handle our pet, without needing any substance. read more

My Yorkie looks absolutely awful. I've been here 3 times total. The first time was great my yorkie was absolutely adorable. Second time he was shaved to nothing. This time I took my female and she doesn't even look like a girl. She has the most beautiful hair and they took it all off. She can't even wear a bow. I am now convinced that nobody at that place knows how to groom or cut dogs hair. I paid 75 dollars for my 2lb yorkie to look terrible. I am so angry and sad. If I could rate this place less than zero I would. Do not bring your long haired fur babies here. Never again. That is not true my male was not matted he was very much so able to get a cute haircut, seems to me you guys are just lazy and put no effort. My female had the smallest ones grown to the top of her hair and there was barely any. She looks nothing like the picture. I didn't even want to pay for that haircut but that's not the type of person I am. I paid for the service even though it was absolutely awful. Why would you insist on shaving her with clippers and not giving her a scissor cut unless you're not qualified to do so? I told you I don't mind paying I just wanted her to look cute and clean and you shaved her. Ridiculous! In the picture the yorkie had a bow. You shaved her hair off her head I can't even place a bow. I was very disappointed when they refused to give me even a partial refund for my dog after they advised they couldn't perform a procedure I paid for they said they attempted it but couldn't complete it. They said they couldn't give me a refund because instead she has him bathed, which I know is not true and I even told her I didn't want that, as my dog has sensitive skin and I never paid for that. She swore they did but he was only there a little over 20 minutes and every other groomer I've taken him too, a bathe and blow dry is at least 30 mins and with nail trimming I would assume 45. just extremely disappointed especially it being my first time there. Will never go back. ---- I took my dog to the vet the next day and was advised he was fine. They were able to clear his a**l glands and advised the groomer should not have had any problem. I was told by their staff they attempted it and stopped immediately, they insisted that they not only bathed my dog and that's why I wasn't getting a refund. when push comes to shove in my opinion it wasn't any miscommunication the staff just lied and then refused to even provide me a partial refund. Ended up at the vet paying way more for something they advised the groomer should've been able to do. Thanks for costing me so much money. read more
