But we always had to call them to ask -- no one ever reached out to us to say "there's a delay, here's why." What's more, they charged more for fixed shelves instead of moveable ones and when it finally arrived, it's got a wobble. I went on the mistaken assumption that this was the sister store to Boston Wood in Watertown. I will be going to Boston Wood instead of this place in the future.

I put in my order and two hours later I received a phone call asking if I would like the item dropped off that same night. It was here in under an hour. Desk is in pretty good shape - only had to assemble the legs. There are some tiny scratches here and there but I don't mind since I was planning on buying a used desk anyway.
