It was our labradors first time at the groomers and our experience exceeded our expectations! Our lab has really bad environmental skin allergies where he accumulates a stench over time. We decided to take him here and they did an awesome job. He smells amazing, his fur was silky and smooth, and he was overall squeaky clean. The little groomer report card and bandana was the cutest lol. Our lab also usually isn't fond of baths, but the staff were very friendly and said he did great. She's usually ready on time, but sometimes I have to wait a little extra despite the 20-30 minute heads up text -- the prior visit I waited about 30-40 minutes and this visit I waited an additional 10 minutes. This is my dog Benny, and I had adopted him 2 weeks before this grooming appointment. I was feeling really anxious since I wasn't sure how he reacts to groomers/ being groomed. I booked him for the following day :) My appointment was at 3:30 but I arrived 3:20. They only accept one dog family at a time inside the establishment. I think that's pretty awesome. Right at 3:30 an employee greeted us and answered each one of my worries. She was really understanding and reassuring. She also let me know what the process will be like for Benny step by step. Then they took him in and let me know they would be in contact. I went to an appointment of mine and received a message once he was ready. My appointment wasn't don't yet so my partner picked him up. We tried asking for the you, Mario, however we were told you were busy by the front desk working on another pet. We were not happy with how his hair was cut and was taken back to be trimmed more on top of his head; but it doesn't appear it was done by you as they said you were busy. As for his nails which were sharp and still long appear to have been completely missed. We groom our puppy daily. He had no knots. I took him home and I had to trim his tail, and face hairs. The job was shabbily done. The body was fine but he had knots in multiple places. I understand he's a cavapoo but still knots are not acceptable coming out of a full grooming service. In addition. When it came time to pay for the service, we were quoted a higher number than what was quoted for you. We were told if we wanted you to work on our pet, it would be more than the other groomers.
