We are usually able to call a couple days before and get in if it's not the weekend. Otherwise you should probably call a couple weeks ahead. On the day of the appt you can drop your dog off between 7 and 10am. When we've dropped her off around 7 we can usually pick her up around noon. Later dropoffs and we've had to get her closer to close. They give you a call when they're done. Everyone working there has been very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

In 2023 I moved to Scripps Ranch. My dog loves Doggie Station so much that I still drive her every other week for a bath & grooming. Once we get out of the car my dog can't get inside fast enough. Poppy jumps on the gate as if to say, Girlfriend let me in. Carol's schedule is flexible and she is always accommodating my special request, appointment changes and is always willing to allow Poppy to hang out until I can get back there to pick her up.
