The dealership in Michigan could not handle the recall so he was forced to bring his truck back home for repair. The problem was that someone in Michigan entered the wrong codes and now the VIN number indicates that all the recall work was done when it hadn't even been started! Alex at Waconia worked tirelessly for 2 weeks to help us get this straightened out. It was no small feat as we got no help from the dealership in Michigan. We had to call in Area managers to get this all worked out. Along the way of this process, Alex continually kept me updated. Despite many back and forth phone calls, he was always polite and made me feel that my business was important. I spoke to a couple ither folks at Waconia who were equally as helpful and polite. Alex went way above and beyond to be sure my son's truck was fixed and safe. I am so thankful for his diligence and kindness. His service and the service at Waconia gets an A+. Matt made this a seamless transaction, and I'm one happy customer. The transaction on my end started rough but Matt stood by me, and I appreciated the way Matt helped me through my issues. The car is everything I'd hoped for, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. I couldn't be happier with the car, it's in beautiful shape! My mechanic looked it over and was genuinely impressed. My friends and I rely on "word of mouth", so I'll make sure everyone I speak to about this car hears about this great experience. Thank you again Matt

What a fiasco! First, Matt is super slow to respond to your calls and messages. Second, his…read moredescriptions are WAY over the top. He described the vehicle as a #2 car! Here is his exact description of the vehicle we purchased as he describe it "all lights, turn signals, radio, wipers, heater, gauges, etc. are all in good working condition". Well the RADIO, WIPERS, CLOCK don't work! Upon arrival the car had a serious fuel leak and almost didn't start. I installed a new "real" fuel line. It had some kind of yellow plastic line. We then took off on our first adventure in the car. After 1 1/2 hours we headed home. We heard a load scraping noise. The right front wheel bearing cratered. We limped it home. We smelled gas the whole trip. We discovered the carb was leaking fuel in several areas. So we've enlisted a Ford expert to help us locate all the leaks from the engine. I replaced the front wheel bearings after 9 hours!!! Then the next day the driver door wouldn't open. I finally got it open. The engine leaks oil like a stuck pig! The car needs a "puppy pad" underneath it to catch all the leaks! The following items DON'T work as advertised!! Horn, wipers, radio, clock!!! Everyday we wake up wondering what will be wrong with the car today! But the worst part of the transaction is Matt's SLOW or NO response. I gave him a over a week to check back and see how we liked the car. CRICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We spent 40K on a car and he could care less!!!!!!! No communications. I left a voice mail about our issues 24 hours ago and no response so I'm leaving him a horrible review!!! Spending this kind of money on an unseen car is scary. I feel you CANNOT trust Matt! He told us this was a #2 car!!!!!!! Really????? His exact words in his description were "this is a rare, classic car that can be driven anywhere with no worries." Well that is a lie!!!!! 8 days later we have still not heard from Matt. We can't take the car out without worrying about what will fail next! The car won't start after driving it for over 15 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be warned!!!!!!!!!!! Run away from Matt and Mad Muscle Garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thing I think that sets Rogomobiles apart from all the rest is that Philip genuinely cares for not only your car but for you as well, it is the special attention that he gives you, the time he takes with you to explain what repair is needed for your car, even tho listening to him explaining the parts needed, etc. is like listening to medical terminology, it's over my head. I was on a hunt for a reliable used vehicle after my car got totaled. I went to a large dealership…read morethat had a Toyota Camry for sale, and I stopped by trying to test drive, but I was met with shady sales tactics, and the vehicle was only safety inspected. That is the norm when trying to buy used cars from large dealerships, from my experience. You buy, and are left with the uncertainty of owning a vehicle that has only been safety checked, on top of dealing with shady salespeople. For this reason, I'm drawn to smaller dealerships. I browsed online for used 2007 Honda Accords with black interiors. I came across Rogomobiles, and there was my future vehicle. I read the reviews of the dealership, and I read that Phil didn't just sell vehicles, but he is also knowledgeable about vehicles. He actively works to service vehicles hands-on. I stopped by his shop to test drive, and I asked him several questions about the Honda Accord, and he not only told me what I wanted to hear. Phil made sure that I knew what I was getting myself into. I didn't know much about cars, but Phil assured me that the vehicle was fully serviced. He told me the positives and the negatives of the vehicle. I took the Honda Accord on a test drive, and Phil was on the passenger side giving me additional information while I was driving. Aside from some cosmetic imperfections, the vehicle was mechanically solid from what I was able to tell while driving. Phil is trustworthy because he is authentic. I purchased the vehicle without getting it looked over by a mechanic. I went into his office, which felt like home, with his wife on the computer, and his friendly dog roaming free. I got all the paperwork taken care of by Phil, and I got the car inspected by 2 different trusted car shops afterwards. Like Phil promised, the car is solid, with 190,000 miles, and it is still going! Phil went above and beyond, and kept in touch with me even after the purchase because I had some paperwork complications. I recommend this shop for those looking for a genuine dealer who isn't just looking to take your money.

GMC had been unable to locate a new (that is to say "on a shelf for the past nineteen years") rear differential for the car. They had, however, unearthed a used assembly, but eventually determined it to be unsatisfactory for some unspecified reason. After a wasted morning, I was summarily dismissed with a greasy handshake, an excessive diagnostics bill and best wishes for finding a suitable mechanic to fix the problem that GM-trained technicians were unable to resolve. I found just such a mechanic across from the Holiday station in St. Boni. Kyle (the eponymous namesake of the Bearded Mechanic brand) searched the Internet for a proper rear differential and--in less than five minutes--located a new (unused) one. Kyle's sunny optimism was a welcome change from the apathy that was prevalent at the General Motors dealership. Kyle and his employee Isaiah (also a bearded mechanic) repaired the car in a single day at a reasonable cost. (The lavish price of the differential was set by the online seller.) My car now runs flawlessly and I couldn't be more pleased. If there is a drawback to having a car serviced by The Bearded Mechanic(s), it's that exceptional service inevitably results in a waiting list. I highly recommend The Bearded Mechanic (in fact, both of them).

They determined a tire rotation wasn't necessary and my tires could go longer without a need to have them replaced. Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is. I found major brake vibration on my first drive, a significant oil leak, and power running board issues almost immediately after taking possession. Instead of explaining how these were missed, Lemon Squad just kept sending the same canned response about their inspection being "visual and non-invasive." I wasn't asking for a warranty--I was asking why obvious issues weren't caught. The customer service was just as disappointing as the inspection. I won't use them again. They could improve by not having canned responses such as it's visual and non invasive. In one of the photos you could zoom in and see cut wires. I diddnt catch it because I didn't think I needed to indirect the inspector's work. All in all it was a mistake ever trusting them! So yourself a favor and just look up local mechanics and ask them to go do it.
