Buyer beware!!!!!!! Do not trust that they have inspected or even checked road worthiness on any preowned vehicles. Assume NOTHING is road worthy on any used vehicles when you purchase. My son and I purchased a used Jeep on 7/1 and put less than 1,000 miles on it and apparently have zero brake pads and the emergency brake is GONE. Literally gone. Now they want us to pay over $1300 for service to repair what shouldn't have even been sold as "street legal". read more

I said I would pay them $100 more for them to admit they are bending everyone over, but apparently adding labor charges onto changing air filters and windshield wipers is totally normal for them. Terrible experience. I called to set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and get an estimate. $80-$95. Ok. I get there and the guy says it's $100 something. I said, I was quoted 80-95 when I made the reservation. He says, oh, with it being a 6 cylinder, you're right. Work is performed. Says they didn't have the filter in bulk, and has to charge me 100 something anyway. Does Fury think this first time customer does not have service provider options for an oil change? Worst auto dealership I have ever encountered. Had vehicle towed in the night before-went online and made a 7:45 am appointment on their website to replace a broken radiator hose. Went to the dealer the next morning and talked to the service advisor, signed the paperwork. Hear nothing for 7 hours, finally she calls back and asks which radiator hose-which means despite having a 7:45 appt- they hadn't even looked at the vehicle- When I asked why it hadn't been looked at, despite my early morning appt- she said my appt was with her to check the car in not for a service tech. In over 30 years of taking cars to dealers- never had I heard such an excuse-don't ever go to Fury-worst car dealer experience for a job that should take a hour. 1 star is too high read more

Absolutely terrible customer service at this dealership - specifically that "manager" Mikka. They posted a vehicle online with the wrong price. Mikka calls me and basically says they made a mistake but they are not going to do anything about it to make it right. She was extremely rude, and confrontational for absolutely no reason. While on the phone she told someone I was "throwing them under the bus" which wasn't the case at all. I was a returning customer trying to buy two cars from them but now I'll never do business with them again! Avoid this store at all costs. read more

Not my first choice for a dealership based on the reviews, but they had the make and model of a car I've wanted for years at a great price. Husband and I stopped in at 4:45pm on a Thursday, pre-approval in hand. Test drove the car, saleswoman was fantastic, and decided to buy. She thought they might be able to beat the interest rate, so we agreed to talk to the finance lady. And wait we did. It was past 7pm before we got to talk to her despite repeated assurances that our file was *up next.* We got inside, basically for her to tell us the best rate was 4% higher than our preapproval rate, and since most banks were closed, we should stick with that. The whole chat lasted about 5 minutes, and we were pushed out because she still had 3 more customers to go after us. When you're making a pretty large purchase--you know, like a vehicle....--a little customer service goes a long way. It's reassuring, reaffirms that you made a good choice, and ensures that you'll recommend the business, right? Luckily, when I returned on Friday, things went a bit more smoothly. The saleswoman and the finance lady seemed a bit harried again, so it seems Fury may want to add staff? At any rate, I drove my new car off the lot, happy as a clam. Until tonight. Less than 48 hours after I drove off the lot, my car won't start. I'll update once I have some more info, but for now, my car buying experience at Fury was not great. read more

What a waste of time. I called to confirm a vehicle was available on Monday and was called back Tuesday morning and told to come in and drive it. I messaged the salesman Wednesday and scheduled a time to come drive the vehicle after 1pm. When I arrived I had to wait almost 30min, then was told he couldn't find the keys to the vehicle I came to see and gave me another to take for a drive. I returned to purchase the vehicle I had confirmed was available twice and was then told the car was sold last weekend. I believe they call that bait and switch. First time buying a vehicle without my husband. I was a little unsure with a lot of question. They were great at first until I declined financing through them. The price listed on the website without trade in and financing discount was listed at $15,315 yet they were asking me $15,815. When I called him on it. He said he's not haggling with me. Umm.. asking him to honor the price listed is not haggling and I left. Worst place ever!!! I ended up buying the exact same vehicle from North Country Ford for $2000 less and they were wonderful to work with. read more

DONT BUY FROM HERE! Dishonest management, they try to shove their overpriced warranty down your throat. Looked at a car that had been on the lot for almost 4 months. Then magically they had 2 people who were "going to buy it with the warranty" when we showed interest. Told us they would take money off the vehicle , that was a lie it was off the warranty and then when showing them what was said, was basically told too bad , we are right and you are wrong. The GM was a jerk and the finance guy was nice but way too pushy and called me while they were ALREADY ON THE WAY with the car to tell me we aren't getting money off (the car was delivered). I'm not exactly sure where to start this. I bought my 2007 Jeep Compass from them in January. The car I wanted to look at was in Stillwater, So I wasn't thrilled since I was close to St Paul. The buying process took forever. I was there for roughly 4-5 hours. Also, They offered me $100 for my car.......thats an insult. I got them up to $500 but in reality ,Ishould still have that car and my current car should still be sitting in the lot. After about a month, I realized that my remote starter wasnt working. It took about 2 weeks and leaving 3 voicemails for me to finally get this fixed. I was told to bring it to st paul fury and once i did that, I was called by them and told that I cant get it fixed by them and haveto bring it to Stillwater. I was on the phone with Stillwater, booking my apt for my remote start when my car stalled. After a couple days i realized that it stalled every time that I filled my gas tank. I got my car in a couple days later and they fixed the remote start. They told me the car stalling was probably my oil. I don't know much about cars so believed the experts and took the car along. My car continued to stall and I gave up on Fury Stillwater so just brought it to a trusted mechanic. I was told that it was the fuel gauge and a repair would cost me $1800 or I could just deal with not filling it fully forever and I took that option since I just purchased the car. In June, my engine light kept coming on and turning off daily. I had to bring that in and it ended up being a loose gas cap. That same time it was in the shop, they checked my brakes and I needed all new brakes, so $700 later I am back on my way. Again in June, ( today) driving, traveling 5 hours home, my engine temperature light comes on. I pulled over,checked my coolant, oil and everything else I can think of but considering it is a far drive, I am now waiting on a ride (sitting for 2 hours so far). I will update this once this is diagnosed. For future reference,I would NEVER recommend Fury Stillwater to anyone. I will not be back and I will in fact be trying to figure out what to do with this junk car that I bought. I understand it's not am expensive or even close to new car.... but it is a car that I was trusting to purchase as my first "own" vehicle. read more

As my claim is sent to Brain not Brian as I am assured by Brad he verified the proper email was filled out himself. If only he had a brain maybe he would have caught it!! I would like my truck brought to your St. Paul location so I can have a competent team work on my truck, and bring what will now turn into a 10+ week repair to a acceptable conclusion! My truck was brought to Fury souly for the purpose of having a new transmission put in per my agreement with Ally. After my OEM new transmission has been approved I have your parts guy call me trying to talk me once again into a hobbeled remanufactured transmission. Dustin telling me going from a 6 speed to an 8 speed is like all but trying to reinvent the wheel, and you'd need to get engineers from RAM involved to even do it, as I'm also fed lies like they don't even make new parts! Then Dustin prices out a cold air intake when I inquire about wanting a Ram air hood?? All to just have Brad send me an email after I simply call letting him know Chrysler called to tell me there are now 3 recalls on my truck, this one involves the airbag, asking for a call back, leaving my number. I am given only an email in return telling me my transmission order has been cancelled, and apparently he'll just let me know when the next one arrives?? Making it clear another transmission has not been ordered yet!! And giving me no reason behind why my approved transmission order was cancelled!!! What a joke!! This has been an absolute fucking nightmare. I need a rep who can speak truth with integrity! That will be a welcome change of pace!! Incompetent and a complete waste of 2 weeks of my time!!! Happy to find an actual competent repair shop that can order a part approved and install. Obviously out of their ballpark, even when their being spoon fed! Save yourself a nightmare, and find a dealer that can speak, and stand behind their word with integrity!! read more

I was utilizing a corporate discount with a trade in, upon comparing with 3 local dealers and referal from a friend I received the worst pricing. When I selected the best deal, they where more interested in who gave the best deal in the sense of monopoly/price control and shouldn't have gotten a better pricing. Overall, folks where pleasant, but a waste of time getting a reasonable best deal/pricing. In the end, their best pricing was the worst and they showed most interest on who was giving better deals as they apparently all "know" each other is what was said to me. I bought my jeep grand Cherokee there. Sales experience was about average compared to other dealerships I've been to in the past. The maintenance quality was terrible. Brought it in for its second oil change. They miss installed the oil filter and I had oil everywhere in my garage. Didn't notice it until I was driving and the engine light came on as well as the low oil pressure. Limped into the service station and they took care of it. But really, if the airline doesn't clean the tray that you eat off of, can they repair the engine? Very disappointing..... and a big mess to clean up my garage. read more

She was patient (no hounding by phone or email), calm and caring. I was hesitant to trade my old car in (I was attached) and she understood and listened (I mean she actually heard how I was feeling and saying). I called to make another appointment but was informed they didn't have any openings for a week and it "probably" wasn't an emergency. I made an appointment with another dealer for the very next day. I posted the issue with Stillwater Fury's on line chat. Two days later they called and amazingly an opening materialized when they learned someone else was showing me some urgency. Too late. If you need service on your jeep head somewhere else. The customer service is lacking. We received several calls the day before confirming our appointment. However, when we showed up somehow we were not in the computer. Woman working the desk coped an attitude and was like will see if we can fit you in. Later phone calls her attitude did not improve. We brought our jeep in because the passenger window was stuck down. Fast forward 2 months. Window is still getting stuck. Bring it back. Surprise, surprise it's a different part that's gone out. Decide against getting the service. Window is stuck down and cost us 100 dollars for diagnosis. So now the situation is worse than when we brought it in. Plus the woman we worked with had an attitude. Worst experience ever. What responsible dealership returns your car in worse condition and charges you for the privilege. If I could give zero stars thats what they deserve. Don't just walk away, drive as fast as you can to another dealership. read more

I am in the market for a newer model low miles Chevrolet Suburban. After a few test drives locally I decided I should search the twin cities area for something better and a better experience. For a $40,000 price tag I expect a high level of service, customer care, honesty, etc. I contacted Brandon at Fury about a vehicle they had on there lot. It looked very nice but you can't tell from pictures (dings, scratches, missing parts, rattled, issues with mechanical/electrical, etc.). I gave a honest question, can you verify it runs well, is mechanically sound, and do a walk around and through the vehicle and just tell me what I'm gonna find before I come? I.e. am I gonna be disappointed, is it worth my time. I was told there is three scratches but they will 100% buff out. So I committed and my wife wasted 3 hours of our time driving to Fury to find a dent/scratch 3" long... and the worst part is they tried to mask it by using a BLACK SHARPIE... Holy shit... I couldn't believe it. I pointed it out and said did you put black sharpie on that? He said yeah, looks better than before... ha... wow. Then when I said we need to think about it, we would feel better if it didn't have the 3" dent scratch with sharpie touch up... he got pissed and essentially pushed us out the door. So here's the good news. We stopped at Luther Chrysler/Ram dealer in Hudson on the way home. What a change of experience, and we found a vehicle that is sound and good. SKIP ANY FURY DEALER. Arrogant, cheat, lie, steal. GO TO LUTHER CHRYSLER/RAM AND TALK TO STEVE. read more

Fury sold me a recovered stolen car with out telling me. My husband and I purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey on Saturday, January 14. The salesman read us the Car Fax but did not disclose that the car had been stolen. We were told it had one previous owner with no accidents. When we got our loan rate from the business manager, we thought it was high considering our good credit, but didn't ask questions assuming we would either get refinanced through our bank or it was the best rate we could get. When we called our lender later in the week we discovered that our rate was high because financing a car that has been stolen is a higher risk to the lender and that we cannot refinance the car. Now we are stuck paying a higher rate for the life of the loan. And we are stuck with this car until it is worthless because if we ever want to sell it, no one will be able to finance it. Fury sold us an unsellable car and lied to us. Honestly, if they would have disclosed this, we could have negotiated a lower price or some perks that would have helped pay for the added interest, but instead I feel scammed and trapped with this car. My husband went into the dealership to talk to the manager about what happened and they said they did not disclose it because it is irrelevant. Obviously it is relevant to our loan. If it was irrelevant, why would they hide it? read more

I sent two emails to the Internet sales person with no response. Why would you want to turn away a sale? Confusing to me.
