I've been here with family multiple times and so far they have always been very good. We had a large party of 18 last night. They sat us in the back which was perfect. Started by sharing an old school scorpion bowl for 2 with the shot in the center. Woo! I ate the chicken lettuce wraps. They give you 4 and they are already assembled which I liked. Next time I will ask for extra hoisin. The Vegetables Vegetable is Broccoli,carrots,baby corn and zucchini simply sautéed in a Brown sauce. The veggies were crisp and delicious and went well with the house special fried rice. Light in color with peas carrots and sprouts, shrimp ham and chicken. We did the pu-pu platter for two, subbed more chicken wings for the fried shrimp. The wings were amazing and very fresh. The chicken fingers great; the boneless spare ribs very tasty. We had zero complaints We decided to try the house special fried rice: shrimp, chicken, ham. I wouldn't call it fried rice as it lacked any of that flavor and was just all around bland. The food was quite good. We appreciated that the vegetables were cooked so they were still crunchy and not mushy. Our server was hustling and working super hard serving what seemed to be half the restaurant. With that said, in order to order, get the check, etc. we did have to flag her down rather than her checking in. We were disappointed because half of our entrees came out about 20 minutes before the rest of them which made it hard to enjoy dinner all together. The restaurant is very nice but also quite loud. Quality has gone down. I go now v infrequently. General Gao's way overcooked and undersauced. Dumplings are about the only thing I get that are edible. Not a fan of their hot & sour soup. We had an amazing meal at Fusion Taste. A friend recommended this place, and we stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I was blown away by the food and the service. We tried the General Gau's Chicken, which was lightly battered, crispy and appetizing, Crab Rangoons, Shrimp Tempura Roll & Boston Uncommon Roll which were so so delicious! We also had Spicy Tuna Appetizer which my friend loved. They have great drinks too. High quality food, 5 star service, and impressive presentation. We love the remodel changed they made. I'd be giving them 5 stars if takeout was as good as eating in. We find if we go earlier, before the Friday and Saturday rush, that their food is consistently outstanding. If we go later hit or miss, especially with salty issues. Service is always spot on. The chicken pad thai was pretty much just noodles, the chicken was very scant and the noodles, although cooked well, were bland. The veggie udon also lacked flavor and veggies. There were 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and half dozen pea pods. That's it for the veggies, the dish was pretty much only noodles. Each was $12.50. I was a part of a party of 7. The service was not good. The waitress was not attentive or friendly. The meal came out piece meal. The last served waited 10 minutes while others were eating. They usually put the wasabi on the side as I request because I'm allergic to it, and my husband isn't. Their sesame chicken bento box is good. They don't coat the chicken in the sauce too much, and the batter is not too thick on the chicken. They also deliver on time, and most of the time, the entire order arrives.
