The orange chicken was a lot of breading, and very little chicken. Not what was pictured in their official photos. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was served 2/3 full and a bit too thick, but tasted good. Dining room was super clean. Service was earnest but occasionally a bit hard to get. South Charleston parking is pretty easy to find. Located a few hundred yards from a Dow Chemical plant, with a bunch of "No Photos" signs at the gates DOES give me this Erin Brockovitch-like pause about eating in this area. We don't make the water. We make the water glow so prettily. My hunger, though, after a couple of hours of snake-curved mountain roads, gets the better of me. The pho photos sell it too well. They emphasize their house, pickled carrots and daikon. I also got a tea that delivered strongly on flavor. I took some noodles to eat later, and these had apparently the same marinated tofu, which was still good as well as a slight excess of salty sauce.
