No menus no acknowledgment after she knew we had walked in and had been there for a while. She was at the table next to us talking to what seemed like a friend maybe, taking selfies. Seems like they have good drink options but we never had a chance to order def don't think we will be back maybe they have enough people come in where customer service isn't a priority.

No one asked us if we were ok or checked on us after we got our food. Our server was very nice but she admitted she was "slammed" and apologized and said they were busy and under staffed. We spoke to the manager, Mitch, he was dismissive, gave no eye contact, when speaking to us and acted like we were bothering him when sharing our experience. He blamed it on a "busy Friday night,". Busy will NEVER be an excuse I accept . Aren't all restaurants "busy " on Friday nights?Shame on the management here I encourage them to get proper training with customer service standards. AND... they sent our family home with the leftover food, quite a lot that we've polished off since. Charge was $69 per person, three kids counted as one person for a special pizza, 20% service, tax, poured wines from a reasonably priced wine list. Total bill came to $4,000. So... Five stars.
