After confirming price with Carlos online, me and my husband drove 3 hours to this store to buy the car. They let us wait around for 2 hours for the paperworks while they run around accompany other customers, that is just rude. Is like once they know you're buying the car you are no longer the priority. I brought a trade in which I appraised at carmax before driving to their store, they reappraised my car for almost 5k under what carmax offered me. While signing the paperwork, not only they did not explain each paperwork we were signing, they added some extra fees on it without even pointing it out. 400 theft protection and 700 DMV fee that I did not agree on appeared on the purchase order. I only discovered this after I get to drive my car, which was already parked outside of the dealer yard by their staff. Since in California as soon as the car leaves the dealer lot the deal is done, I can't even argue with them with the extra fee. I guess that's their tactic, get you so tired of waiting so you just want to get it over with. After I drove the car back, the next day I noticed there are rusts on several metal parts on the car such as the seat and the trunk. A scratch inside of the car and half worn tires. I happened to pass by their lot while riding my bike two days ago and decided to stop in and check out their inventory for fun. I saw a pre-owned 2016 Toyota Corolla S that I liked, ended up taking it for a test drive, which confirmed how much I definitely liked it. The car drove pretty much like it was brand new even though it definitely has some miles on it. Great dealership to buy a car from! I was in the market for a used vehicle and came across a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Sport on Autotrader and could tell the car had been well taken care of. Visiting Fas4cars.com directly their website was well laid out and convenient, having access to a lot of high quality pictures and the vehicles Carfax history report. I had made an appointment with Daniel to view the car in person and overall I am glad I had. He was very knowledgeable, forthcoming, and had the no pressure approach that made working with him a great experience. I initially shown up early for my appointment and the vehicle I was coming to buy was having some delivery services done (oil change, brake pad replacement, new tires, etc). My friend who drove me to to the appointment needed an oil change so we made the short drive over to their service center and had that taken care of while the Elantra was finished up. Their service department was very thorough and reasonably priced. If I lived closer I would come here for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. As I Walked around the dealers lot waiting on the Hyundai I was greeted and offered assistance, water, and coffee on multiple occasions. After the test drive with Daniel we went and did the paperwork at which point I was transferred over with Jesse to get the final stretch of paperwork done. This is the worst experience with Future Auto Sales in Glendale on Brand! I am ok to call the staff liers since thats what exactly happened. We found my Toyota Prius 2010 on CAR max and bought from them a month ago. I was told the car has JUST passed the inspection, everything is changed, renewed, everything is ready to sit and drive. They would never sell a car if it does not pass the inspection bla bla. On drivers exterior part of the door had a scratch which I was ok with, since it was a hybrid car and had a lot of "potential" buyers . So after first week of driving the car the Air pressure yellow light comes up and never goes away even if the tires were properly filled with air. I took it to the Toyota Bob Smith and turns out the Air pressure sensor is not working. I thought if its only that its ok. But the next day after doing an inspection I am getting this big list of "NEED URGENT REPAIR " of the things to the point thats its dangerous to drive. the list includes " Brake job front" brake pads are on 2mm! Hybrid battery cooling fan needs to be repaired to protect from battery's overheat, service Throttle body and 4 other very relevant, non replaced ( when they were needed to be replaced every 100k milage,) technical parts and fluids. I don't know what to do?! it is very disappointing to provide such a service , sale or whatever they are doing there. Not sure how they got this full stars reviews, I would do 0 if there is such thing. read more

I was asking if they have some great deals for a premium brand that is within my price range. But he said that they don't have that much. He showed me 3 cars that are right next to each other.
