I wanted to share my experience at Future Auto Sales in Glendale. From the moment I stepped to their premises I fell in love with my dark grey BMW grand coupe. I encountered Emin and he made my experience amazing and the process was very easy and fast. Emin has a way with customers making us feel at ease comfortable. This is what you call great customer service!! I am happy with my car and the price was just right for my budget. Future Auto Sales - Glendale IT IS TAX SEASON BEWARE!!!! I was told that $500, (they kept my money) would go to the DMV as of today's date the DMV said that there was NEVER a registration filed naming me as the owner of the vehicle! I have this in writing from the DMV They never paid $509 to the California DMV for anything associated with me owing this vehicle and the vehicle was NEVER registered in my name. I had a very troubling experience with Future Auto Sales in Glendale that caused me to completely change my mind about the purchase. I understood and agreed that the Right to Cancel contract fee was $500, and I was prepared to pay that upfront as required. However, I was also required to pay an additional $250 upfront in cash as a "restocking fee." The manager specifically told me this payment was a requirement in order for me to exercise my right to purchase the cancellation agreement. This requirement was not clearly disclosed beforehand, and it raised serious concerns for me about how the cancellation process was being handled. Based on these concerns, I decided to return the vehicle. When I requested that the full $750 be returned, I was questioned about why I was returning the vehicle and was told by the manager that not wanting the vehicle was not a valid reason, despite my understanding that the cancellation agreement allows a buyer to cancel within the permitted period. My refund request was denied. I also previously left a review describing this experience, which was later removed after the dealership disputed my account. I stand by what happened and am sharing this so other consumers are aware. Came here on time for the appointment and art helped me online and in store. Checked out this E300 and the experience was amazing with Mr art. I got a way better offer on my car with another car dealer. They offered me 2k more while Future Auto tried saying I wouldn't get any better offer elsewhere. They also started nitpicking at my car over every small detail when I wouldn't accept their offer - trying to convince me that what they offered is what my car was worth. They also blocked my car in to try to continue to harass me into selling my car to them. read more

I strongly recommend Future Auto Sales. Unlike some used vehicle dealerships, Future Auto is highly professional, customer focused and geared towards quality , pre-screened vehicles. In the market for a Porsche, I met with several other dealers before locating my targeted 911 at Future Auto. Davit as my sales person was very helpful through entire process including pre-purchase inspection and test drive. FAS is by far the best! Arthur is the most honest person I've come across in this industry. I told him I was in the market for a 1-2 year old used wrangler. After a couple days, he told me he found a car that met all my expectations and gave me the pricing. He also told me that based on what I wanted, and the current prices and market, it made better financial sense to lease a new car. So he helped me get a great deal on a new wrangler. I was sent here by TrueCar.com to sell my car. Besides wasting 2.5 hours and driving 60 miles, they pulled the "I need to go speak to the manager scam" when there was no intent to buy the car. At least 1 other TrueCar dealer said "their algorithm is incorrect and they didn't honor TrueCar pricing. This saved me a trip! read more

Was looking to sell my 2009 Nissan Rogue S and checked Kelley Blue Book (KBB) to find out the current value of the car. I found used car prices are up with the lack of new car inventory at the moment. It seemed like a good time to sell my 12 year old vehicle. After calculating the value of my car, KBB referred me to dealers who might be interested in buying the vehicle. That is how I came to know Future Auto Sales (FAS) and Matthew Avila in Glendale, CA. We arranged to meet so Matthew could evaluate my car and make me an offer. We had a pleasant negotiation and I can honestly say I was pleased with the outcome. One of the things I like about FAS is if you bring a written offer from another buyer, they will top that offer. It's a win win for you. If you so choose, you can shop your car around and still get a max offer at the end of the day. Like so many, I very much dislike the car purchasing/selling process. It can be unpleasantly nerve wracking, as most well know. With FAS there was no lo-balling on payout and no high pressure tactics. What FAS offered was very much in line with the KBB recommendation and well within the price range I found acceptable. Matthew took care of the paperwork. All I had to do was sign in the appropriate spots and accept my check. I remember using the phrase "painless experience" after the process was completed. Just an fyi. Although I didn't go into Carmax, I did check their online calculator for the amount they would be willing to pay for my car. It was significantly less than FAS. If you're thinking about selling your car (or even buying a car; FAS has a good selection) you should give FAS and Matthew a shot. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience there and you might be, too. read more

David called us and told us the car was ready and we decided to drive from Irvine down to Glendale with my mom and my wife to pay cash for the car. We asked to have it fully charged and if you do buy an electric car make sure they drive it to a level two charger and have it fully charged. That was the only downside. The experience was really nice and the people were great. The charger was accidentally not included with the car and they mailed it to us. I would go back to get a car when I need one. read more

Alex and Jesse were a great help purchasing my first car. The process was a bit longer than at a large dealership but with the steal I got it was well worth it. Alex was very responsive to my texts and questions. Multiple people were looking at the same car and they handled it like professionals. It was first come first serve. I went to KBB to get the value of my car and it said my car is worth about $3.7k then it referred me to this dealer and gave me a list of other dealers. I got an email from this dealer immediately after my quote and a call later that day to bring my car in. Marlene was super friendly and made me an appointment for that night and to call back if I couldn't make it. She told me to look for David when I get there. This lot was full of beautiful cars which surprised me because I thought used car lots would have junky cars. Anyway, David and I took the car around the block, went back to his desk, he asked if I needed a drink then he gave me the KBB value of $1k and showed that to me on his monitor. I didn't want to sell my 2005 Camry XLE for less than $3k. He bumped it up to $1.7k but I still rejected his offer so he had Arthur come to talk to me. Arthur said it was going to cost him about $2.5k to fix up the roof paint and both of the bumpers. He was very honest because I had checked around on the repair. I was still adamant on $3k so he offered me $2k. I countered offered $2.5k but he refused to budge and told me to sign off my pink slip for $2k. I told me ok if he ubers me home. I switched the topic of selling my car to buying a new used one. He said that he will give me a better deal then the car dealers and that he will show me the invoice and his mark-up so I said where do I sign. He handed me off to Jesse to complete the paper work. Jesse was very nice, patiently filled out the documents and told me where to sign on the pink slip. I had to go clean out my car of personal items and he came out to hand me the check. There was another salesman that was talking to me while I cleaned out my car and asked if I needed something to put all my stuff in. He came out with a huge box that was perfect! Arthur came to talk to me and made sure I didn't take the car seats. He's a very funny and friendly guy which makes all the difference in repeat customers. He asked for my address and ubered me home. I went in there at 7pm and got out at 8:45pm. It was a very pleasant and positive transaction from start to finish. They have a customer for life and I'm definitely going to spread my word of mouth. This place is great. I rarely go car shopping mainly because I know when the right time for me to purchase is and can't stand getting haggled by someone trying to get a sale and get me off the lot in a car. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I saw a vehicle online I liked. I spoke with Carlos, who answered my initial questions over the phone, and when I came in he was busy so I ended up working with David who was awesome. Straight forward and no sales pitch. He even drove the vehicle over to my mechanic the next day to have it inspected. Jesse in the finance department was super nice and very helpful in finalizing everything. I just bought a new Alfa Romeo and needed another new car like a hole in the head. My buddy just bought a Porsche 991 Carrera, and I had a very nice 997 which is the earlier model. His purchase got my head reeling and I started looking. I saw this incredible 2015 dark blue GTS cabriolet at Future Auto Sales. Truth be told I'm not too keen on any independent car dealerships in Los Angeles, and I was ready for some type of flim-flam or BS. Call me skeptical. Call me cantankerous. But Arthur the owner was fabulous as were the salespeople including David. I got a terrific trade in on my Porsche. Normally I would never trade in my car, but they gave me a great price on the purchase and on the trade in. They are even refinishing the lower skirt on the Porsche. It wasn't a cheap purchase at over $100K and I want it to be perfect. Great people. As always YMMV. My experience was super! read more

I thought he would have fixed the numbers to his favor, but to my surprise his numbers were spot on when I drove to to CarMax that evening to get an appraisal. This review is not aimed at any employee directly This is strictly towards ownership/management If you've driven down brand Blvd im sure you've seen the huge billboard placed right at the corner of the lot Which states that they beat carmax prices Unfortunate for them i drove in a vehicle which they "inspected" went back an hour later they gave me a price which was less than half of what carmax offered me I went ahead and informed him i had been quoted a certain amount at Carmax I was then told to hang around a couple minutes until the salesman spoke to management He then came forward to inform me that he was actually trying to help me by offering me the price he did He then said "the system didnt even let me offer you anything. The price we gave you is more than fair" I drove right to carmax and i have not been happier read more

Called ahead of time to see if they still had the car, and Alex let me know that they did still have it. Alex and everyone there is SOO HELPFUL, Alex even helped me find the lowest rate on insurance for my car, if you are getting your First Car HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! This was my first time buying a used car and Matthew made it a smooth and easy process. The salesmen there didn't give me that stereotypical 'car salesman' vibe that try and nickel and dime you with fees and harsh negotiating. They were fair and I am very happy with the my new car. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family Random Note: Due to covid I did have to wait outside the majority of time with outdoor furniture and shading provided. For some reason there were some mosquitos and my girlfriend and I got bit quite a few times. read more

The team at Future Auto Sales is wonderful! Buying a vehicle is a huge undertaking, and Future Auto Sales helped me get into such a great car that I wanted to help them in return, so I decided to sign up for Yelp just to leave a review for them. Mine might be longer than most, but the message is the same: if Future has the kind of car you're looking for, get it from them. My husband and I needed a car after a wreck took our last one. We were looking for a sedan, but my mom convinced us to check out a used 2009 Nissan Cube at FAS. We'd been to one other small dealership, and the big Nissan dealership which, of course, had a lot of sedan option. The small place didn't have many nice cars within our low budget, and had just sold the one we'd been eyeing as we were on our way to test drive it. The big dealership almost had too many cars and salespeople: we waited 15 minutes after our test drive appointment to even speak with a salesperson, there was confusion in getting the car for the test which almost resulted in no drive at all, the sales rep couldn't get keys for more test drives out of their fancy key lockers, etc. We went home to regroup and see if we could use their website to pick a few more cars for tests. We hoped this time there wouldn't be any confusion, but waited well past the 30 minutes when our rep said he'd call back (it took so long we had already started the paperwork at Future by the time he called). In that time, my mom convinced us to check out the Cube. After giving the big place time to get back to me, I called John and he kindly arranged an immediate test drive. When we arrived, he was busy with other customers, but we were quickly helped by Carlos. He took us to look at the car, let my husband sit inside to see if he liked the fit, and when he did, moved several cars so that we could try it out. He was patient with my tedious questions and very open about what they do and don't do to their used cars. We decided that we liked the car well enough, and really wanted to buy from Future, rather than the big dealership. Jesse was really helpful with the financial and legal aspects, and worked so hard to let us take the car as soon as possible. Interacting with everyone there was like chatting with an old friend. You can tell they run an honest business and take pride in putting people into good cars. Every other customer we saw there looked happy and relaxed! They also offer mechanic services, and I'm grateful to know a reliable place to keep my new wheels rolling. If you want a pleasant car-buying experience, you will definitely get it at Future Auto Sales! I look forward to the day we can afford a second car and go back to pick up another one of their great vehicles! read more

READ THIS REVIEW! Terrible experience after buying a car. These guys are crooks. Here is the deal: 1) They flip cars without doing any kind of real diagnostic on it. They are the typical "Clean it up and then lie about how great of shape it's in and how they got it checked bumper to bumper, even though it has serious skeletons in the closet" kinda guys. Completely untrustworthy. 3) If and when it breaks down (it did, within the first week), they will promise and pick it up "for free" and "take care of it for you because they feel bad" but then try and charge you a lot of money for towing and unnecessary labor later, without checking in with you first even when you specifically ask them too. They didn't even know how to fix the problem and would have charged us anyway for incorrect fixes. We had to threaten to call the police to get the vehicle back because they wouldn't give us the keys. 2) THEY WOULDNT LET US REGISTER THE CAR FOR MONTHS. They wouldn't send in the paperwork for us, so we were essentially driving a car that belonged to someone else for months. We wondered if it was stolen...but it was most likely legal and administrative car issues that meant that they should NOT have even been selling the car yet in the first place. 4) The car had factory defects that this dealer chose to ignore and wouldn't acknowledge, and then wouldn't file the paperwork for when repeatedly asked. It was so bad that an independent dealer was able to do all the work for us for free because the car company was giving such serious recalls. Recalls because of issues with the car that were springing up left and right that no prudent person would ignore. We now have a car we are not confident about after spending too much money on it after all was said and done. I would never recommend anyone waste their money here. Go with someone trustworthy. read more

What a pleasant surprise it was doing business with these guys. After posting my car for sale on Autotrader/KBB I received an e-mail from David H. asking me to bring my car down so they could make me an offer. Of course i was very skeptical since one is continually bombarded with BS calls and offers when selling a car privately. I had other places promise to pay KBB Instant Cash Value or Trade-In value then come up with some BS excuse later. After persistent phone calls and e-mails from FAS I decided to stop by and see their lot. Wasn't sure if they e-mailed and called everybody or if they were really interested in MY vehicle? After seeing the high-quality vehicles on their lot and meeting David H. in person I scheduled a visit with my car at a later date. Since I didn't need the money I was not willing to sell my vehicle for less than KBB Instant Cash Offer price. After looking my vehicle over and asking a few questions they made me an offer which I declined. After a little more discussion between the owner(s)? they came up to my minimum price. Simple as that. Very pleasant and very low stress. They didn't try to talk me down or find flaws in my car or any other B.S.. David H. did the DMV paperwork, they cut me a check and drove me home. The process could not have been easier really. All done in about 1 hour. If you enjoy people not showing up when they say they will or internet scams from people in Nigeria etc. then go ahead and sell your car on your own. If you don't then give these guys the opportunity to buy your car at a fair price. read more

Ok so I was looking for a car for my wife. I was not sure weather we should be buying out right or lease. I called Future Auto Sales and they immediately educated me on the benefits of each and they actually made us ultimately decide on leasing. So now that we had some info on what we wanted we went to Marina Honda and asked about their leases and decided to test drive the accord and the crv. She loved the crv. I should make a note that the sales guy did not seem too clear on what came in LX model versus the EX model. So we sat down with the salesman to see what is the best lease payment we could get on the EX CRV. He gave us some figures and so we went home now decided on the CRV EX model. I then called Future and asked what would be the best payment on the CRV EX for leasing for 36 months. He then proceeded to run down for the difference between that one and the LX which is the model that honda advertised on their website for leasing. He came back with a much lower payment than Marina Honda. The next day they called me to come and pick up our new CRV EX. It was painless and I feel we got the best deal period. I highly recommend Future Auto. You owe it to yourself to see what a better deal you can get. I might be leasing a second car and guess where I am going....Thank you Future. read more

I've been to many car dealership but I could say that this is the first time I felt I wasn't being pressured in buying car. My wife and I are just wondering around checking a second hand car just for my everyday ride to work. But when I saw the Volkswagen Jetta and did the test drive we felt in love right away. My Salesman Vic is a very nice, attentive and patient guy. Although I knew I already like the Jetta I still did several test drive out of curiosity. After few days of driving my car I just realized that my baby's car seat doesn't really fit well, it's a little bit tight and I don't feel comfortable coz I have to push the driver seat forward as much as possible. Thats when I decided to go back to FUTURE AUTO SALES and tell them about my problem. Luckily the Owner was there and I approached him about the problem. Like all his staff, he is very accomodating too and very understanding. He let me exchange my Jetta to BMW which is actually my second preference. Now I am more happy and contented with my BMW. I like to tell you about my experience with Future Auto Sales. I met Alex Vini at Future Auto Sales through my niece's boyfriend and let me tell you, Alex and Future Auto Sales will do anything to make you happy. Alex was the most friendly person I have met in years, very patient and was constantly calling people and finding information for me about the truck I wanted. Future Auto Sales found me a brand new Toyota Tacoma 2012 and had it delivered the same day and it was raining too! Well for starters im very happy i did not over look Future Auto Sales.Ive been wanting a Chevy Cobalt ever since they first came out in 2004.i Actually went through the process of purchesing 1 at Enterprize car sales.and not only did they add a acouple thousand on with interest,they completed the deal just to call me a week later while driving the vehicle and say unfortunately the bank changed their mind and you have to bring the car "BACK".WOW!!! REALLY??? but AFTER car searching on Ebay,craigslist, i came across an add for Future Auto Sales.And thanks to the coolest sales repp i ever met Alex im driving my 2009 Chevy Cobalt. Let me start off by saying, David Hovhannisyan from Future Auto Sales is the best there is! From the first time I met him and he started to speak, my body's tension and stress of selling my car (Honda Civic) started to go away. This was a great experience in car buying, especially for a woman - by herself. I saw the one owner older vehicle (Ford Escort) advertised online, called and spoke to Harry and Alex, and later Eric. They were all great, low key & funny, no high pressure, and willing to make a deal, so I saved money! Before I went to this dealership, I had had two less than stellar experiences at other lots, so this was quite a noticable difference. There were quite a few minor repairs to be done as it was an older car, and their mechanic did them all. The car was immaculate, inside and out , like it had never been driven! There was a single small dent, which I don't mind, mechanical stuff is always more important. I was certtainly not seeking cosmetic perfection! As I waited for my paperwork to be completed, I watched the salesmen with other customers and noticed their manner was the same with these potential buyers. read this please. i have had a very good experiance with future auto sales. i dont care what are negative people say about future auto sales . they helped me to get a car i wanted a year ago. the credit was bad but they found a bank that can loan me money to buy the car i allways wanted, and than a mounth ago they financed anouther car for my father with no problem. they are really nice, everybody is equal over at future auto sales. i dont understand why people write negative reviews over here, if you are not getting the car or the deal u want does not mean u have to write negative stuff about this femily owened dealership. oh and they have over 150 cars not 30..... i am really happy about my car and also my father. now i am thinking to buy the third one for my mather and i am defenetly going to future auto sales again. i can sit here and talk about future auto sales whole day but you got to go and try them out. thank you for reading my review and have a pleasent day... read more

I found FAS when I was driving around in Glendale looking for a new car. My 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo SS was on it's last round and I needed a car badly, so I stopped into Future Auto Sales. Everyone was very helpful and great, and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I picked out a 2004 Volkswagen Passat and closed the deal. That was in August of 2011. It is now February 2012, and FAS has kept their word in helping me out with whatever I need with the car. When buying a used vehicle, you're never going to be getting anything "perfect". The most important thing you can get from a used purchase is a guarantee and word that they will be there for you when you need help. Whether it's an oil change, brakes, transmission, check engine light, etc., Future Auto Sales will be there for you and will make sure the job gets done at the most reasonable price. Prior to contacting Future I did my home work for the car that I wanted. I was so unhappy with how I was treated by the other dealerships from San Diego to LA. I spoke with Jessie (Financing) He was very helpful and treated me like a family member purchasing a car. Jessie worked to get me financed with a reputable bank.( I didnt have bad credit , I had no credit which can be a challenge as well) I liked that Future didnt try to talk me into a car that I did not want but worked with me to get the car that I had chosen. I bought a 2006 Buick Lucerne CX here at Future Auto Sales, Glendale. This is a small car dealer but the sales rep treated us well and Jessie, in finance, did everything in his power to give me a good deal. I was looking for a car that I could depend on, because a person totaled my classic car in which I had completely restored, had invested thousands of dollars to finish, and I didn't want to have to spend more on repairing another car again. I looked at many cars but this Lucerne looked, drove, felt, and sounded like new; like it just came off the new-car truck. So far everything is great and I will give updates. Had been car shopping for two months for a Corolla that is a few years old, and I found one at Future Auto Sales, and from start to finish, the process was so pleasant! First of all, the customer service was outstanding. From knowing about the vehicle (carfax, details, the make and model standards, etc), to giving me space and time to make a decision, and offering me arminian coffee and pastries during my time there, I had nothing but an outstanding experience! Secondly, the car was MORE than reasonably priced for a dealership, and the car was in awesome condition (inside and out) with a clean title. Lastly, after purchasing the car, i had a few minor glitches (an interior light not working, losing a hub cap, those types of things) and they were QUICK to have me bring the car in to address the issues. Future Auto Sales its the best car dealer in Southern California, I been buying my cars from them since 1999 and it's amazing how every single time we get the best prices and the best quality, I don't even want to mention the service, because you have to see it to believe it! I got a Lexus SUV that I bought from them, which I looooove!!! We were looking for a car for my Mom, we talked to the owner to see if the can get an specific car for her and WOW just in a few days he got a few different ones for us to pick from. We just got a Ford Focus for my Mom. When we were negotiating I check the price on the Blue Book and we were surprise to see the car a lot cheaper than the blue book. No one ever followed up with me. 2. They pulled my credit, but sold the vehicle to someone else after the salesman told me if they pulled my credit, then they couldn't sell it to anyone else. I felt like I was being given the run around, even after someone notified me they pulled my credit and I was approved. Finally after 3 weeks of the vehicle being painted and me being given the run around, this sales guy tells me that there were more paint issues and they was more paint issues than they realized but added that they sold the vehicle to another buyer. smh
