Review I'm highly upset with the quality of the services provided to my cousin and I for my birthday, I called ahead and scheduled for Lorena and Kaila, Kaila decided to leave early knowing she had a client!my cousin got Phyllis ultimately who left her nails lumpy, unbalanced, and poorly shaped (she ONLY hand files). I had Lorena for my gel acrylics and Rachel for my gel pedi; she left not only nail glue but also gel top coat cured to my skin, the gel was flooded into both my sidewalls and cuticles, one nail wasn't even properly set with a tip resulting in a huge part of my natural nail exposed. My shaping looks like a chode, not coffin. It's rookie error after error. Even filed down after polishing leaving the sidewalls very rough and jagged looking ruining the entire shine of the color. Rachel ALSO flooded my sidewalls and cuticles, and ALSO cured gel to my skin. Let me add that the massage including lotion and cuticle oil is supposed to be done AFTER applying gel, hence the application end result. I'm very dissatisfied and will NEVER be coming back here. read more

Today I brought my client for her very first pedicure ever. She is a "person of size" and can't fit in most chairs, especially high ones. At first she was apprehensive and started to cry for fear that she would be embarrassed and need to leave. The staff all rallied around and safely guided her into the chair. They were very supportive and encouraging. She had a very positive experience that goes far beyond a good pedicure. We will definitely be back here again! Y'all about a great and different experience! I had a rough day and invited my good friend to join me in some pampering since I'm 37 weeks pregnant and haven't had a pedicure since pre-Covid-19. This salon was awesome from the very friendly staff, clean salon, and easy location to get to. Which was a big deal for me as this is the first public place I've been to since being pregnant. The lady who helped me at the salon was Phyllis! She was awesome, super kind and worked with me all the way through. She never assumed anything from the hot water to the smells of the products, to ensure that I would have a good time. Everyone was required to wear a mask and that was a great relief as for someone who is pregnant and about to have a baby or has a compromised immune system but needs a place to relax, this salon did the trick! They had also plexiglass separators between each station and for the new normal this matched expectation. I definitely will be back to get my mani. I highly recommend! read more

i have been here befor a couple of times they did a nice job. I came after my full set lasted me three weeks. Then I came to get a fill and the lady left bumps and you can tell where she did the fill and she didn't file them down enough so there's a huge lump in the middle of each of my nails. kind of disappointed in what they did because I did pay some money for it but she did a nice job on the paint just not on the actual acrylics. read more

I am not a regular at this place my normal nail tech was booked so I found this salon. I called earlier in that day to schedule for a full set and acrylic toes and they scheduled me at 4. When I walked in it was like they were not expecting me to come in and treated it like a walk in. The nail tech I was assigned was in a rush to leave and as I was pulling up a picture she mentioned it was going to be a "doozy". All I wanted was a white ombré. Only about 3 nails are blended the rest have a very harsh line. The owner was walking around taking down prices of everyone and disregard the fact I had called and scheduled for toes also. I understand they close at five but when calling they new what services I wanted and should know how long it would take and schedule me prior and if there wasn't enough time I would have been glad to call a different salon. Very upset with my experience and I will not be returning. read more

I walked into this salon a long time ago and always had a good time, the ladies in there always have you laughing and talking. I walk in and I am known by name and I love that! I love Stephanie and her mom is amazing too my nails always look amazing when I walk out. I have never left there mad. When I'm with my mother and wanted to get a full set and pedicures... Rachel and the other lady that did our pedicures was amazing but then that went south then Loretta or whoever started to do my nails and someone came in and needed a color change and I was pushed aside then my mom had a younger girl and she was doing my moms nail and her friend showed up so then she was rushing my mom out of the seat didn't even finish! I use to come to this place years ago when I lived here before living in Denver. I honestly think it's either gone way downhill or I've just gotten so spoiled that it totally sucked. Though since my nails weren't that good too, I think it's the downhill part. After a few weeks of moving and 12 hours of driving, my nails looked terrible and I needed to relax a bit. I went in on a whim to get a manicure and pedicure. I go in and there are maybe 3 other customers there. I still have to sit and wait. This isn't that big of an issue, but it was a little off putting. Someone finally gets around to me and another girl who they put in the pedicure chairs to wait. This is actually pretty good for me since I was more then happy to wait with my feet soaking. I kept telling her hotter but after a short time she turned off the hot water. It was fairly warm though so I tried to enjoy it. I got my nails done and she was pretty nice, but they had the trashiest tv on that was really off putting. Seriously, I'm there to relax not see girls in short dresses trying to get some guys attention by talking like tramps. After it's all done she puts me under the light table and I wait the usual amount of time. She never says I'm done or anything so I just leave. I get to the car and realize that my nails are still REALLY wet and I've smeared them. Now at this point I blame myself so I head to the store to get stuff for dinner. When I get home and really look at them I realize that beyond my smears they are bubbly. This means she put on the polish WAY too think. I even check my toes, which I didn't smear myself, and they were bubbly too. The ambiance was one of those trashy asian places that kind tried but not really. After going to Paris Nails in Denver for so many years, which is very nice and relaxing inside, it's hard to sit in one of these cheap, stark places. One last note, I have very dry feet and in Denver you could see TONS of dry skin come off. Yes it's gross, but isn't that what I'm paying to get done? There was very little skin that came off at all and she hardly tried. All in all I won't be going back to this place. Guess I'm going to have to search Yelp for a better alternative. read more

I'm always looking for a great salon for my manicures. Future Nails is 2 mins away from the house so I thought I'd give it a try. Guess I'll be making my usual 20 min trip to the one I've been frequenting. You get no soapy water to soften your cuticles, just plain lukewarm water. My cuticles were nipped and became raw. The base coat was old and thick which caused my nails to be EXTREMELY bubbly. Gross. Hopefully my picture was uploaded above, mine are the orange nails. I went there to get gel nails done and was greeted by the friendly staff. Nicki was the one who did my nails and she was awesome. I've been on the hunt for a nail salon that does gel manicures that don't lift after a week. My search is over. I've waited to post a review so I was sure that their gels are always good and they are! I've been here about 6 times and not one time (I kid you not-not a single time) has the gel lifted, cracked, chipped or dulled. I can keep the gel on for a month and while my natural nail does grow and leave a crescent of unpainted nail at the bottom, the gel stays on until I get them done again. I swear these nails could survive a nuclear blast! The salon is always clean and the techs are friendly. Yes, there's a language barrier with a few of them but they're all very kind and attentive to you. Their color selection is big and I never feel that they use fillers in their polishes. I recommend making an appointment but even if you don't there's usually no more than a 15 minute wait and they have a lobby area with plenty of seating and magazines/TVs to keep you occupied. The prices are very reasonable but make sure you ask up front what it's going to cost. I've mysteriously been charged 2 different prices for the same service with different techs. Either way, they're not trying to rip you off and for how great the manicure is and how long it lasts, the pricing has always been fine to me. The DAY before first day of school we're scrambling around looking for last-minute nail salon because our errands took longer than expected, I called Future nails, and they said happily "come in! Come in" it was 4:30PM & they close at 5PM. We got there in the nick of time, and they took my teenage daughter right in! Tina (the owner) was so pleasant and "breath of fresh air" how she was very adamant to find someone in the shop that knew exactly what my daughter wanted & was so accommodating! Lida was the nail tech that helped my daughter the whole time! She took her time, she was very good at finding the right color (design) that my daughter requested. To say the least, it came out better than what she initially wanted! The staff, the atmosphere, it was all so welcoming and so inviting! This salon is the best I have ever been to take my daughters. Yikes. Unsanitary. No gloves. No washing hands of clients. (I thought you were supposed to scrub your nails at some point) 2 of the 5 working were obviously checked out and not wanting to be there. A 3rd had her mask on but not covering her face, it was pulled under her chin. I get the reviews of people saying they liked certain people though! The lady that answered the phone was super friendly. The curly haired girl was not approachable at all. She looked miserable. The person I had working on my nails spoke maybe 10 words in my 27 gel mani. ($37 for 27 minutes) And she only spoke after I initiated the convo. They all kept pulling their masks off right in front of me to take drinks of their juice and coffee. I guess that's because they had them sitting right next to me. The fans they had were caked with dust, and I found out they are not even checking their employees temps yet because the owner hasn't provided the thermometers yet. It's funny because they make you sign a legal waiver regarding covid-19, yet their employees have NOT been following any mandates or protocols. I was specifically told that by the nail tech. Not sure how many of you really even care about this or not, I'm just the messenger. They don't want to be held liable, yet their employees are winging it! I'm not one of those people that are too freaked out, it was just shocking to me that's all. Would not return. On a scale from 1-10 with cleanliness I'd give them a 4. Ugh. I really wanted to like this place since it's so close. They do NOT TEMP CHECK the employees at all! They do not wash their hands. They do not wear their masks. They are friendly for the most part. I think the mother/daughter duo were super nice. They could use a deep cleaning of the inside for sure. The new manager argued with my nail tech if my nasal were acrylics or gel, the manicurist nail my cuticles so bad with a dremal tool, I had to be on antibiotics for 7 days. I left with a bad pedicure and no gel manicure. The lady was afraid to cut my toe nails and my product at home is much better than the product they use here. I live close to this nail salon so I thought I would give it a try instead of making the drive to my usual spot...BIG mistake!!! I told the lady I liked my toe nails on the shorter side and I think all she heard was short so short they are right on the skin and super tender. She also went crazy on the side nail and was digging to cut a section of the toe nail out. It didn't hurt to bad when she was doing it but I woke up from a dead sleep with a red swollen throbbing big toe and thats laying down not to mention putting weight on it to walk!
