Fuzzy's on the north side is very different than the south side. Portions were notably smaller. Ordered no salsa on something and we got salsa. Service seemed a bit cold and rushed. Completely different vibe in the place. Felt like they just wanted my money and then leave. Won't be back. read more

Absolutely awful!! I just left the establishment. I've eaten there a handful of times when I'm in town. I tried a new dish - the order presented was half of what the marketing presented. I understand not all food dishes will look like the pictures - but the quantity was literally half. So I showed the manager - what a waste of a manager! All she said was that it's weighed out. Well clearly they had different weights than the picture. She was rude and had not people skills. Definitely in the wrong role. We also ordered the nachos which we've had before at other locations - nachos were dry and not all of the ingredients were used. Today I went to fuzzy. Instant regret. Savannah is great and Shay is very sweet. Until I was eating and a lady came in yelling about a drink when they were closed. This is just a problem. I've had the bartender personally yell at me before here and honest y'all need better bartenders because my friends have gone here and said the same thing. Since we live on the North side of town this tends to be our go to for weekend brunch. We love it because we can get cheap drinks and anything from breakfast, lunch or dinner on a early Sunday morning. It's never packed and the staff are always so friendly. We have tried various food here and I have to say at first we loved the brisket nachos but after trying all the different meats, surprisingly the ground beef is our favorite. It has a very yummy taste and we never feel cheated when we order something with it. I ordered the ground beef burrito with refied beans instead of black beans and smothered with queso. Normally I hate anything cilantro. I am one of those weird people that it tastes like soap, but their cilantro lime rice is awesome and comes on the burrito as well as guacamole. It is huge and very filling. We usually always scan our receipt on our app and have tons of points. Definitely a plus, when you want to sit and drink and have a snack on them. Plus you get a free desert for your birthday from the app. The Michelob ultra is 3.75$ and it is a big goblet that is ice cold. Perfect for a Sunday brunch. I also love the Chilton with a tajin rim. The Fuzzymosa is their take of a mimosa. It's a frozen fuzzy driver with a small champagne bottle. They also add flavors and the raspberry is awesome. If I drink 2 of those I'm done. This is also a great place to patio drink in the warmer weather. read more

Just not impressed. I wasn't a fan of the south side Fuzzy's, so let's try the new north side location. A friend keeps telling me, spicy pork nachos! Let's do it! The dip trio was pretty good. We liked the guacamole and the queso. Didn't care for the salsa. Glenda said her enchiladas were good. My nachos were.....cold. I asked if they could reheat them. Sure. They brought me a whole new order that was....almost warm. At least they were trying. I ate what was on top and left the rest. Maybe we'll try them again, and maybe not. Onward! read more

We ate at a Fuzzy's last week in Brownwood, TX and it was excellent. We went with my parents tonight to Abilene Judge Ely and none of us were impressed or happy with our meals. We have young kids with us and were so hungry after spending an hour at light fest that leaving and going elsewhere wasn't an option to pack up and go. The rice obviously was old and sitting under a heat lamp. It clumped into rock-like chunks and was completely inedible. Not to mention it was lukewarm. The beans were lukewarm. The order was incorrect. The queso was incredibly runny and watered down. The chips were old. The only plus was the margarita was great. Bravo bartender. The young man taking the order was nice as well. We likely won't return to this location. read more

Let me start this review with this is an awesome establishment. The bartender named Rosie gave me the best service I've ever had. She was very attentive and respectful to the point i never felt ignored. She was so on top of it. Plus pairing with an amazing personality, I had a great experience! The place is right next to a beautiful walk way where you feel a sense of community that you normally do feel at 98% of places. Rosie also convinced me to order almost everything on the menu haha but it was all really good. Great food, great atmosphere, outstanding customer service. 10/10 recommend read more

The manager at the time was Daniel and he was on top of everything. He made sure he got my order together for me as soon as it was ready. After receiving coupons at Boo at the Zoo for free chips and queso, 7 of us went to Fuzzy's yesterday afternoon. We all paid for a meal and then ordered the free chips and queso. At the food counter, the "manager" on duty told us chips were not included and only wanted to give us sides of queso. My dad showed her the exact coupon. She said what was on the coupon didn't matter; it was rang up as sides of queso so that was the cashier's error, which she claimed she could do nothing about. She reluctantly gave us chips after arguing with my dad for 3-4 minutes. Later, this "manager" was standing in the kitchen window in perfect sight of half the restaurant and was loudly complaining about my dad and the "issue." Her complaints involved using the f-word, among other curse words. This was not only audible to me but also to my 7-year old daughter and 9-year old niece. Called my order in. Got to the restaurant and paid a bartender for my order and tipped her $2 before getting my one burrito. Waited for my order and finally went to check and the expedite employee said they didn't have it yet, so I waited a bit longer. Then I asked if they even had my order back there to make. "Nope". So they asked what it was and just started making it. I had to go twice before anyone would even try to see what was going on. I told the bartender they didn't have the order and what appeared to be a supervisor went back to the line to see what was going on. They told him they were making it. A couple minutes later the supervisor found my order already bagged, ready to go and getting cold. another supervisor came out from behind the line to give me my "remake" food and to apologize. That was fine but I expected them to say, "hey can we get you a drink or some chips for your trouble" but no just an excuse. I would not have accepted it but the gesture would have made me come back. I managed restaurants for 30 + years and I know things can go unintentionally wrong. It's all in how you fix it that determines if a customer will come back. Just an fyi. read more
