My experience was very ok. Got my margarita quickly, but it was super tart. Also pretty sure they used steak seasoning on the rim instead of tajin. My chips only had the famous Fuzzy dust on the top layer. The bottom chips were bare and all of them were kinda stale. The queso it came with had an odd color and consistency. This location has the worst customer service! I called on Monday to cancel my order because I placed it at the wrong location and the lady I spoke with stated she would refund me my money. I love Fuzzy's and knew I had to go while in town for a weekend. To start, the loyalty club was worth signing up for as I got a free chips and queso for joining. I've been missing their nachos, so ordered shrimp nachos. They were just as I remembered, and so worth it. I also ordered a margarita (happy hour prices) and a pop- mainly because I wanted to re-stock my supply of Fuzzy's cups. Today was NOT a good experience at this Fuzzy's location. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I waited until the time specified to pick my order up. I called from the parking lot, as the sign said. The cashier said to give her 2 minutes. More than 10 minutes later I called back and she said "yes your order is ready, just let me finish with this customer". I waited about another 5 minutes and finally had to go in and get it myself. It wasn't the cashier's fault. It was the fault of management. This was around 11:30am and she had no help. She was the only cashier with a line of people and the food I ordered sitting there by her. By the time I got back to the office it was all cold and we aren't even a half mile away. This is a Fuzzy's. In the early to mid-2000s there were only two, as far as I know. One near TCU and one near UNT. They were opened late and not expensive and served alcohol and it kind of felt like a low-key local place to get some tacos and chips and a beer. And I loved that. So I was already all-in when massive expansion came along around 2010 or so and all of the sudden there was a Fuzzy's in every strip mall in north Texas. I can maybe understand people who didn't have that previous experience being unimpressed. We were greeted by a young man named Voice as we entered. He asked how we were doing and if we'd had a good day. It only got better from there. None of us were familiar with the menu. Voice patiently (and I do mean patiently!) took the time to tell us what ingredients came on what items. I had the tacos and cilantro lime rice. My family and I visited and Voice swept through the dining room asking how everything was. He is one of the most delightful people I've met in a while--and I managed a Taco Bell back in the day. I was very happy to find a Fuzzy's Taco Shop near my work when I was craving breakfast tacos. I went in around 9am on a Thursday and placed my order for (2) bacon, egg and cheese and (1) shrimp, egg and cheese. The tacos really surprised me. The bacon one had a ton of meat in it and was filled to the brim with egg and cheese. Normally places will skimp on the meat or half fill them. The shrimp one was also surprising because I normally would not order shrimp for breakfast but the flavor was really good. It is just pan seared shrimp but I am sure they would do the fried if you wanted. My tacos only took about 2 minutes to be ready and at least when I went here was no line. The service was not overly friendly but more like nice but in a rush. The only negative is that the tacos are a bit 'bland' i would say adding some seasoning, cilantro, onion would help a lot but i know breakfast tacos are all about speed and cost effectiveness. read more

I liked that they had a few veggie options, but none of them blew me away. I got the breakfast taco, and a veggie taco. The tacos are big, but messy and bland. Their salsa was also extremely watery. Nice and spacious inside and is the normal setup as most Fuzzy Tacos! This one doesn't have a patio but it's still all good! Food was super hot and fresh and the chips are warm and crips! I didn't care for the black beans as they had a strong beer taste but the young lady replaced them with refried beans and even gave me fresh rice. You must order the white queso, it is fantastic and addicting! A friend and I ordered it to have something to nibble on. The chips have this season on it that gives it a kick. I like anything with a kick. I ordered the shrimp taco and the shredded chicken taco on corn. They were both really good. I also love their big salads here, you can't go wrong with that. There is ample room for seating, and there is even a cute patio where you can just hang out in when the weather is warm. If you want quick service, I recommend coming here. read more

Loved the staff here who were above and beyond courteous and helpful, some of the best customer service I've ever received at a restaurant and a drastic difference from another Fuzzy's location I went to. The tacos I'd really give a 3, the flavors were good but not amazing. I did really like the chips and queso, they have a seasoned salt on the chips which definitely makes them better than the average. I tried the pork and a chicken taco and both were tasty, they just had a sauce on them that had a funny after taste. I wouldn't say it tasted bad, just a little weird.
