I can't say enough good things about this location. I bought a groupon which I highly recommend. My total came to less than the value of the groupon but wasn't noticed until after the order was closed. As reconciliation I was offered a drink which was about the same as the different in value. And because of the misunderstanding I was given a free margarita. I have had run ins with using groupons like this before but never has the business been so understanding. I already eat here about three times a month but they recently opened another Fuzzy closer to my house. And because of this location's service I will continue to only order here. read more

I went into Fuzzy Tacos tonight to order 2 beed taco's around 8.20 pm.. well I wasted my money. There was no meet on the taco's really.. mostly lettuce and it was very cold. It must have been out all night and they were running out because it was not worth eating. They also ran out of queso.. so it must be the trend for this location.. the place was dirty with plates of food on the tables and lots of tables that needed cleaning. I can tell the managment is very bad at this location and I will not be back again.. I will continue to go to the crossroads location that has great hot food and service! read more

Fuzzy is an appropriate name for this cuisine. It's not Mexican and it's not Tex-Mex. My wife loved her enchiladas but was disappointed that the ground beef taco was in enchilada form as well. My tempura shrimp taco with all 6 little popcorn shrimp on a tiny, single corn tortilla was a bland treat as I prepared for the entre, fish burrito. I was unclear that the choice of rice and beans was to be rolled into burrito which had some mushy, fishy flavored interior. Had I not ordered through grub hub I may have been alerted to the preparations of said cuisine. Wife said 5 stars, but I'm at 1. It's a jungle out there but I like my jungle a la carte, not all rolled up into one. By the way, a fish burrito should be predominantly fish, not fish flavored. read more

I don't usually write reviews and I usually really like Fuzzy's but the service at this location is absolutely terrible. First let me start with the waitress that took my order. She kept adding the wrong items and having to correct it after I repeated myself over and over. I thought she finally had it right so I pay, get my food and go on my way. I get home only to realize they did in fact mess up my order big time. I call and the manager said he would make my order again so I can pick it up. I drive all the way back, which mind you I don't live around the corner from this place. I have the family wait for dinner (since half the order was right half the food was cold by the time we ate. They took the wrong order back and gave me my correct order. I think if they mess up and make a customer drive all the way back there should be some sort of compensation for THEIR mistake. I am so unimpressed by how they handled this mess up. I doubt I'll be going back there. read more

Dirty is the best way to describe this location. The trays used to serve the food, look like they may have never been washed. Also, most of the silverware had dried or smeared food on them. There was a coffee carafe that was open, and there was grease smeared on the inside of lid. I hesitated whether we should eat our meal, but it was a burrito served on paper, so at least they weren't expected to wash that. I can say the table was clean, but that is about it. What a great location, really clean place, and the food is top-notch for Tex-Mex fast food! Stopped in on a rainy Monday night in the winter and enjoyed the best service and positive attitude from the staff. Lots of televisions around the restaurant so every seat is a good seat. Me and my family are very disappointed in the service and the quality of food, we received. my daughter ordered a burrito with just cheese, rice, and beans in it but she sadly received a regular burrito with guacamole, which she can NOT eat because of her allergy. and my son ordered a burrito with cheese INSIDE of the burrito somehow there was a miscommunication in the kitchen and he received queso poured all over his burrito. my other son also found a hair in his food, we were horrified and decided to stop eating. sadly will not be returning to this establishment. and i would highly suggest not coming her. read more

Have been to this location a few times and the food is always good. Timing is not always the best. Placed a To-Go order 30 min before arriving and was told 10-12 minutes, great!! However, upon arrival was told it would be 10-15 minutes more due to a large party. (45 min estimated) The kind gentleman at the front rushed the order and it was out within 10 minutes of arriving. What can I say. I love fuzzy's how can you not? They have awesome good food and the price is fantastic! The drink specials are also great and very underrated. But specifically this location!
