I have frequented this fuzzy's since they opened-- but today I put my usual order in (taco plate), and waited... and waited... and waited my ENTIRE lunch until I had to go back to work and never got my tacos (usually takes 5 minutes maybe 10 if they're busy.. I waited over 20) they weren't very busy in store. I'm just really disappointed that I didnt get to have lunch and didn't get the food I paid and tipped for. read more

I'm sad to write this review. The day I attended Fuzzy's I realized an unjustifiable action that occurred in the workplace. I normally go to fuzzy's, I love the food. Though when I went I was eating and noticed what had looked a manager. She was yelling at an employee on the floor. Her language was inappropriate. I ordered a taco plate. All the food was cold or barely warm. The fish taco was the dried out bits of leftovers..fish jerky? The brisket meat was cold, overcooked to the point of little texture. Being from Texas, I've been to several Fuzzy's restaurants and this is by far the worst. Actually, j take that back, their drinks are awesome, but good god their customer service and their food are both absolute trash. If you're a vegetarian, don't even bother. Their veggie options are not even close to what the original store is, and your food will basically just be guacamole, beans and rice. No veggies at all. Plus when I asked about why there were no veggies in my veggie burrito the woman at the front pointed to a sliver of a carrot (yes a carrot. In a burrito.) and said there were veggies and "this is how our burritos look." No apology for me not being happy, no offer to switch it out for something else, nothing. FUZZY TACO IS AWESOME. We had a half hour to kill before catching a movie so we decided to get a taco. Whoa. This place is awesome and the prices are very decent. I had a great brisket taco. Yeah, awesome. The lime cilantro Rice side, YUM. the Boracho beans were great too. They had a great hot sauce on the table too, and I'm blanking on the name, but it was something like "ass kickin habanero sauce". Omg. We need fuzzy taco in Cali... This is my second time trying this place and it was worse than the first time trying it. The place was an average busyness for a weekend lunch rush. If you've ever been here you stand in line to place your order, then sit and wait for the pager they give you to go off. You then need to go to the window at the kitchen and pick up your food. We waited an extremely long time for our food. I picked up our trays (there were 4 of us and it was 2 trips for 2 trays). I had a quesadilla and it was just "ok". Not worth the price. (But I feel like that's hard to mess up). My husband's chicken burrito was terrible. (He left half of it and he is a big eater). The worst my my youngest son's "kids cheese nachos" (you have to order the "kids" version if you don't want it to be spicy , according to the lady taking our order). Back to the nachos. Think Chips from a bag with canned cheese or boxed cheese piled on and then a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Honestly, nachos from an amusement park are better and cost less. We won't be back for food. I gave them 2 chances and both were bad experiences. They do offer "Adult" smoothies of different flavors. Like Vegas. I haven't tried one of those and if I do, I'll give an update. If I go back it will be for a drink with friends and nothing more. I'll attach the picture of kids nachos. read more

We love this place. Their fish and shrimp soft tacos are excellent and really hit the spot with a beer or a margarita before or after a movie, or just for a quick meal. This is the same Fuzzy's you will find in Ft Collins. Fast casual place with a pretty decent sized menu. Queso is good. My daughter likes the churros that come with the kids meals. Not bad but with so many other choices for fast casual mexican, it wouldn't be first choice. I had nachos with pork. It looked delicious but the taste was lacking. We also got a mango margarita (huge and cheap) and I almost drank the whole thing myself. I'm a small person and not even a hint of a buzz. Owell, that would explain the price. The atmosphere is a little off-putting. With all the inneuendo and cheap alcohol I think the target market would be a college town but this location is full of families and kids. Not comfortable. There are also lots of staff standing around the food window and frankly, they are kind of in the way and I'm not sure of their purpose. Anyway, I've heard the breakfasts are good. We ate here Saturday 4/9 while down in Longmont. Ordered the taco and enchilada combo, did not care for the ordering system they have in place where you walk through a cattle drive maze to one of two cashiers to order your food. Really bizarre and inefficient in my opinion. The taco was good but the enchilada was very disappointing. Maybe that is why it is called a taco shop because they can't make anything else decent. It's not often my family of four can find a "faster" food place we all love but Fuzzy's is one of them. My girls like the cheese quesadillas with the queso and love the Oreo churos. The burritos are good sized for the cost. Of the food I've tried, the shrimp taco was the most ho hum but love the chicken nachos and the shrimp quesadilla. There's nothing not to like about this place. I had the smothered Enchilada plate, it comes with 2 sides, and even as al glutton, I had a hard time finishing this plate...but I did... because it was so darn tasty. Good alternative when Chipotle, etc. gets old with the advantage of being able to get lit at their bar before you eat. Food is good not great but the ingredients are solid and the place is clean. Ordering take out is slightly awkward. There is no waiting area to sit so you either stand near the counter or get a seat at a table. Pretty good stuff though. read more
