Note the unused spoon that will reside in a landfill long after my grandchildren have left the Earth. It's like a bad airplane meal.

Plastic utensils? Seriously? Don't eat here. Definitely my last visit. The service was fast and the staff friendly. The food was as expected. Not great but enjoyable. But I refuse to patronize a business that hands me 3 pieces of plastic wrapped in plastic to eat my meal. It's unfortunate that this is considered okay.

Fuzzys taco shop was very friendly and had information about gluten allergies when we visited. We were a bit confused at first because you get your receipt to get your chips and salsa if you ordered it, but the employee expediting the food was super nice. We are from California so this isn't considered authentic, but we weren't worried about that because the food was inexpensive and pretty tasty after a long travel day! I wish I had more room to finish my nachos. I will definitely return again when I have the craving for some quick Mexican food. We felt like there was enough seating even though it was very busy, and each table provided paper towels and different hot sauces.

Tacos were amazing. I got the chicken fajitas and they hit the spot. Sides were simple but tasty too! I like the habanero sauce. Only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because I got up to get my food from the window, but the bus person threw away my soda I had left sitting on the table.

$26 I will never get back for trash food. After waiting for rude service, and then waiting 20 minutes. The food disappointed in every way. Queso was cold, birria was tough. Like, old dude behind the register didn't even try to be friendly but was very nice to the white men behind us. Maybe, he was racist, IDK. But I do know I won't be back

I love getting their nachos to go bc I have half for lunch and half for dinner! Chicken sometimes is dry but the portion is always great. It's been a few years since I've dined in but I remember loving the giant margs :)

I remember the first time I called my mother and told her I had eaten a Fuzzys taco. After calming my father down (I kept hearing "that's my boy!" in the background), my mother told me that she was proud of me but I probably shouldn't talk to my parents about something like that. I said no worries mom, and I told her about the nachos instead. Margarita options and a bar with super friendly staff ready to help make you forget that it's an election year. Always polite and never a bad drink. The food menu is just as expansive, with Mexican fusion plates to meet anyone's need. The sides are always delicious, and don't forget the special Fuzzys dust on the chips. Some say it was discovered in the jungles of Peru in 1923, it must be true because Facebook never lies. Regardless of origin, delicious. If you have continued to read this please stop immediately and go get some god damn tacos.

My second time coming here. Definitely a pretty good taco joint and I like it, but I'm sure "natives" would not necessarily call this authentic. I got a quesadilla again. I'm not a big fan of sour cream so I asked for it without sour cream. Unfortunately, the order also removed guacamole as well. EDIT: I was mistaken about the guac. It doesn't normally come with it. Thank you for the correction. Added a star to the review for the prompt response and clarification! The order came out relatively quickly and my quesadilla was good. It was warm and the portion was relatively large. They have a great selection of hot sauces and definitely helps add some heat to the meal. Unfortunately, the sauce oozes out from the side of a cap. I think it is because the hot sauce tends to harden around the small opening. Almost accidentally dumped the entire bottle of hot sauce onto my plate... I would come here again because the food is good, but the small things kind of take away from the entire experience.

Brisket tacos are so good. Queso was white cheese which was good too. The oreo churros are so good too. I am glad I have one near me.

This place rules. My only complaint is that they don't have proper green chile but their guacamole makes up for it.

If I had someone to be my designated driver I would have had the 2 for 1 margaritas which is a Monday special. The restaurant interior was bright and funky! There are tables and booths available. The bar area has an extensive selection of tequila. I've seen bottles that I've never seen before. Our server was so friendly and extremely attentive. Both our drinks and food were served in a timely manner. I ordered the Horchata and it was delicious! I ordered the chicken fajitas for lunch and the portion was huge! I was definitely able to take some home. The food tasted so fresh. In addition to the 2 for margaritas on Monday, I am so impressed by the number of daily specials this restaurant has. Other specials include $3 taco Tuesdays, 2 for 1 Mezcalitos on Wednesdays and 2 for 1 cocktails on Thursdays for the ladies. There is also a Happy Hour which includes discount margaritas and $3 tacos. There is plenty of free parking.

I was in Longmont for the home and garden show and I was hungry so this was my opportunity to give Rosa's Cantina a try. They were very busy but I was greeted and seated promptly. The place is nice and they have a lot of seating and a patio but too cold that day for outdoor dining. I ordered the Burrito Tijuana which looked to be a good choice based on the menu description. The burrito was very good with a generous portion of steak. The chili smothering the buritto was flavorful but not very spicy. I wish they provided a little more pico salsa on the side, there was probably a teaspoon of pico. I enjoyed the buritto, it was sizeable, flavorful but not spicy enough for my taste buds. The server was good, she was attentive and pleasant. The place was clean, prices were reasonable, service was good as well as the food. Would I go back ? I might go back if the planets align but I wouldn't make a special trip. My only real letdowns were the shortage of pico and they don't offer free chips and salsa. I've come to expect and appreciate Mexican restaurants who still offer free chips and salsa.

I tiki ramen taco bar... and it somehow works!…read more I've been here many times. I like the tacos, my wife likes the ramen, and we both like the drinks. I like that the menu is constantly changing, so I can always try something new. There are usually a few staples, too. The tacos are priced reasonably so you can try several flavors. Every now and then there's one I don't like as much as the others, but that doesn't ruin the experience. The ramen is priced well for the amount you get, too. The only thing I consistently haven't liked is their guacamole. But I do like their avocado and salsas. They have a decent happy hour and, recently added, a "taco Tuesday." The kids menu options are pretty good, too. The hot dogs are a hit. Sometimes the buttered noodles are, too. The tiki drinks are great fun, and they're always trying something new. In the past, they've put lemonades in fun cups (like the hedgehog cup) so our kids can enjoy a "fancy drink." The service is pretty fast and consistent. They bring you a nice jug of water to help yourself with refills.

So it was shocking that I found such a good bowl out here in Erie. I got the Hellfire Ramen, a tonkotsu-based ramen served with their house spicy sauce, chili oil, pork shoulder, and a soft boiled egg. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.
