These are the lowest grade movers I have every experienced. First, the make you pay a $53.00 deposit to confirm your moving time. Ok. Then will call you the day of and pester the hell out of you to see if they can come earlier, not honoring the time that you purposely choose and paid for. If they cannot come when THEY want to regardless of the time slot you reserved with your deposit, they make up some dumb a** excuse and not show up. When you call the office to complain, the receptionist says she is on one of the work trucks herself and can't do anything right now. Was told my deposit of $53.00, which was drafted out of my checking account, will be refunded but they cannot put the money back into my checking account because THEIR system doesn't work that way. Was asked if there is "ANOTHER WAY" my deposit can be refunded to me. Are you f***ing kidding me? You took the money out of my checking account but you can't return it? Again, this moving company is full of low grade a** thieves who's business deserves to be shut down and reported to the Better Business Bureau which is exactly what's going to happen. Luis and his team did an AMAZING job moving us from our 2 bedroom apartment in Conroe to our 4 bedroom home in The Woodlands area! We made sure to have as much of our things packed up as possible so that their work was as smooth as we could make it. All the guys kept a positive attitude, and handled all of our items with a lot of care. Luis made sure to let me know about all damages that he came across that he saw as they were moving our things to make sure there were no issues with liability. Very honest guy, and so helpful. In the new place they did scratch a small part of the wall, but they immediately told me what happened, took care of it themselves, and touched it up! They put everything exactly where we wanted and moved things as requested with no complaint at all. I am so glad I found this movers company, I highly recommend. I hired this moving crew earlier this week and was very impressed. They were professional, fast, and affordable. They brought all the supplies -- blankets, plastic wrap, everything -- and handled my things with care. Before wrapping my TV, they confirmed it worked and had no damage. They pointed out any existing issues so we stayed on the same page. They drove carefully, never going over 30 mph since it was a local move. My move involved multiple stops: from an apartment to a house, then taking the old house couch and other items to storage. They handled everything smoothly and stayed organized. There was a minor scheduling hiccup -- originally set for Friday, they had to reschedule to Saturday due to an accident. They communicated clearly and arrived on time within the promised window. I cannot express enough how amazing this team was and how great the moving experience was with them. We had two stops and they were efficient and careful and thorough, all while maintaining professionalism and helping us laugh our way through the stress. The price is phenomenal for the work that you get, and I will honestly hire them for any future move or needs. They wrapped up anything fragile, constantly checked in with what was going/staying, took apart the bed and put it back together to fit it into the tiny stairs in our new Montrose townhome. Luis was great. Once I gave the confirmation, he called a day before to update me and next day they arrived 15 mins early( for which he did not charge) and checked everything. They was fast, and wasted no time. We were also prepared with all our boxes. They dismantled and wrapped the furniture carefully. We live in a apartment building and it was a long walk from the elevator to the door. They had no issues. They planned it well so that it was quick. Assembled all the furniture where we wanted. Everyone at G&G movers was amazing! We moved from an apartment complex to a house and the apartment required the freight elevator to be reserved. We only had it from 8-9 so I asked them to arrive exactly at 8 am. They were even early! They moved everything extremely quickly. Because of some hiccups with the lenders I wasn't able to get my key by the time the movers arrived so I asked them to unload in the drive way. They even offered to come back after their other move to help us move everything into the house! Really great service and super accommodating and helpful!! read more

I was able to schedule a move occurring within a few days. Communication was easy and responsive. Other movers tried to tell me what I needed (more people, more hours), but Luis actually quoted what I asked for. The movers showed up early and ready to go. After a quick walkthrough, they started loading up. They were careful, efficient and professional. We were so happy with these guys!! Very punctual and very careful with all breakables/mirrors/etc.. They were super efficient helping us move across the city and getting in and out as quickly and careful as possible. There was a challenge of moving the treadmill around corners, and they were patient to wait while we took it apart and moved the pieces into the room. We even needed a little extra help moving a large dresser into the attic and they were happy to assist! Definitely recommend G & G Movers and will be using them again for any future moves! read more

I loved this moving company and my experience. They are a family company, and the first day (Sunday) the women came to pack in the morning. Michelle was very communicative and helped explain everything. The next day was moving day (Monday) and the men came to move everything. They were efficient and extremely helpful as well.
