My point was simply that the gossip (in Armenian) between the employees was loud enough for customers to hear, which I found unprofessional. I also don't believe I should be expected to spend more of my time returning to fix something that should never have happened in the first place, especially after only two days. I have no interest in returning. I wasn't looking for a solution. I was simply sharing my honest experience. One final point: your response incorrectly stated that I "engaged" in the employees' conversation. That is simply not true.
