I came in for a Gel-X manicure along with my mother, who was getting a gel manicure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had our appointment scheduled for 12, and the staff was incredibly kind and patient throughout the booking process. They didn't mind me asking over a hundred questions, and they were happy to accommodate my mother joining in around the same time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once we arrived, the experience was fantastic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff were gentle, caring, and very friendly. The person who did my Gel-X manicure was especially sweet. She kept checking in on me throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The entire session took about 1 to 2 hours. My mother had her manicure first, then went ahead and got a pedicure afterward. The pricing was surprisingly affordable, especially considering we were two people. It came out to about what many places would charge for just one person. I've included a picture of our nails, mine are the green ones, and my mom's are the red. Overall, I definitely recommend Nailed It Spa.
I just moved to the Valley so I was looking for a new nail salon when I stumbled upon Nailed It Spa. Trusted good reviews and made an appt, I am so happy with the quality of work, my nails are so perfect. John did a great job. I'm definitely going to be back! I went with powder dip nails and regular pedicure.
My first visit. I scheduled an appt as this place was well reviewed and now I know why. I absolutely adored Ann! She gave me a gel manicure and pedicure that exceeded my expectations. Ann was patient and funny and a blast to collaborate these designs with. I highly recommend a service with her. She's the best!!! This awkward hand pose was to show off all the details of my nails. Haha.
First thing they have you do is wash your hands before you start at their touchless sink. I thought this was a great method to reduce high touch areas. They implemented social distancing by skipping every other nail station to allow space. All the employees wore masks and required everyone to have masks on. They are following COVID precautions, which made me comfortable and safe since I haven't gotten a manicure since beginning of last year before the pandemic. I got a gel manicure and it felt great to do that again. She made it into the shape I wanted with the picture I showed her. I thought she was done with adding more nail polish layers but she added one layer too many (than what other nail technicians at other salons have done in the past). It's a little too thick for my liking and it made a few of my nails uneven because one side would be thicker than the other. If she stopped at one less layer of gel nail polish, it would've been just right. They still turned out pretty cute
I needed a fill for my Gel nails and so I looked up on yelp and this one was close and seemed good. I walked in, they took me in asap. The lady was very nice verbally, but a little aggressive with my hands. When she was using the nail drill to file down my previous gel, she kept going really close to the skin. I even told said Ow and flinched a few different times and she said "sorry" and continued doing it. Now my cuticles are all sensitive and one has a minor cut. When it came time for my fill, she did even more filing. You can still see the difference of my original gel set vs where the fill is. The color used at the base was a really sheer white. I didn't really want that but more of a pink but she said it was too sheer and it would be showing my real nail underneath too much, so she did white instead but you can still see my real nail so it didn't really matter. She was pretty aggressive with my hands and i think that was the hardest part. She was nice which is why i gave it 3 instead of 2. i was a bit disappointed overall, especially because it's so close to my house :(

Nothing against mask wearing just maybe take it off when on the phone to make it easier to hear :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Both people that did my pedicure and manicure were so so sweet![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I just feel like this place is pretty run down looking to be charging the same/more than other salons that are little bit more put together look wise. It was also pretty uncomfortable to have my manicure and pedicure done at the same time due to the angel I was put in during the manicure. I was reaching over and twisting my back every time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are appointment only, but I was able to get an appointment for same day and right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall it wasn't an awful experience especially due to the workers being the sweetest I just don't see myself coming back for the price
This place is just amazing. I've been to so many nail places in LA and the valley and nobody does it like Nailed It. I am never disappointed with any of the services or nail techs I get. John is so gentle when applying acrylics and never cuts or hurts me, and I have fragile nail beds. John always takes his time to carefully craft each nail. He is consistent and focuses on making his customers happy. I've been coming for a little over a year now and I'll keep coming back until I move away from the area! Cannot recommend this place more. They deserve your business if you're wondering which nail salon to go to!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]i needed an appt ASAP same day, and she accommodated as soon as they opened !! what a gem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] she pays so much attention to detail. i chose a shade of red, and she realized it was more orangey on the nail. i didnt even tell her, but she KNEW i was going for a candy apple red and she found me the right gel shade opi 13 i think. Overall a really great experience. I like this area - I usually park on the street in the neighborhood but there's also garage parking across the street from the shop. The shop is in a salon on the second floor, it's also next to a tapas restaurant on the outside. I really like the small intimate space. I prefer this over the hustle and bustle of regular shops with lots of tvs and people coming in and out. They still have some background noise so it's not totally silent. I had a regular manicure, pedicure, and hard gel removal with Michelle. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Michelle is probably one of the best nail techs I've ever had. She immediately made me feel so comfortable like I've known her for a long time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She even suggested polish colors which was so helpful because I'm always too shy to ask for recommendations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She was super detailed on my gel removal, cuticle removal, and polish. She even removed some of my toe hairs which was beyond my expectations! I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time checking out this location, but I live really close by so I thought I'd check it out. I got a pedicure by Michelle who did really well and she was also quick with it, only took about half an hour. I also got a hard gel manicure by Kaytie and she did amazing! I'm in love with my nails and the quality of them are perfect. The nails were $70 and I think the pedicure was $40. Kaytie hooked me up! I made a last minute appointment and was super happy with the results! The salon is small but don't trip the place is clean and I loved that I could actually communicate with my nail tech Kaytie instead of needing Google translate lol read more
It's been a while since I added an update. I just switched over to builder gel and I'm impressed. My nails have gone through a hard 3 weeks with travel, bowling, golf and they are still going strong. Definitely going to keep this up and appreciate John's recommendation! read more

I've been going to John for years now. There would be certain times I go elsewhere for my nails but I always end up back to John. John is the best. I always look at trendy nail ideas on Pinterest and he always makes it happen. I sometimes come up with my own ideas and he does amazing. He takes his time to make sure it's how I want it. Seriously, 20 min each many and pedi?!? I don't know, maybe I am spoiled by the 1.5 hours I usually get where I go. 3 days later, ALL of the nail polish is chipped and some of the toes. I'm used to solid 2 weeks, no chipping, stays shiny. Ya, so it's more than twice as expensive where I go BUT it's worth it. The only reason I'm not putting the name of the other salon is bc my girl will know I cheated on her. Yea read more

John was so friendly and is truly a master at his craft. I wanted longer nails but he advised me that they would be challenging for a first time acrylic nail wearer. I could not be more happy with the results! Parking was not an issue and the shop owned a cute corgi that came up to greet me during the session. I know who to go to for my nail needs now! read more

This was my first time at nailed it spa and it was for my wedding. I got my acrylic nails done by John and he did such an amazing job! He was very careful and made sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy with it. When he was cutting my nails he asked me multiple times if I was happy with the length and I appreciated that. He took his time and made sure my nails were perfect. I will definitely be a returning customer, I was well taken care of. During Covid, they went ahead and installed barriers in the manicure and pedicure sections. They also had a touch free sensor for the sink which I very much appreciated. This all made me feel safe and I'm grateful! read more

This was my first time here and I enjoyed it. The salon is extremely clean and sanitary. You must wash your hands before touching anything or getting serviced. Michelle was the one who serviced me. She did amazing on my pedicure, but I believe it was a miscommunication on my nails. I went in for a mani/pedi with gel. I currently have on acrylics and needed the acrylic off for a new job. Michelle just filed the acrylic down and completed the manicure. I will now have to go somewhere else to get the acrylic taken off and get a new manicure. I didn't want to cause a scene because this was my first time there. I would go back for a pedicure but not so sure about my nails. read more
