DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Okay this is probably going to be the longest review ever, but I wanted to give a detailed account of my experience with this establishment. So, I live in walking distance to this place and finally decided to give it a shot. I have been here 3 times. The first time I had made an appt, I called and spoke with TIFFANY(the owner) regarding questions on cost of gel manicures, pedicures,etc. I was also told I would not be charged for gel removal. Prices were reasonable. I went and things went smoothly. Yay! The second time I made an appt with the same technician (Louisa-who is very sweet and talented) and when I arrived she was not only double booked with someone else, but she was still working with another client (who apparently arrived late for their appt). Luckily the other person who shared my appt time said she could come back later. Even so, I had to wait a half hour before my appt even started and I had a flight that day so I had to be done by a certain time. Stressful. Upon checking out, I was told by TIFFANY (the owner) that there WAS a charge for gel removal and that she never said there wasn't to me over the phone...while handing me a brochure. Not a huge deal, but the way she was started to raise her voice was a bit odd so I assumed she might've had a bad day and this wasn't a normal occurrence. I decided to go back again, as I like Louisa and the way she does my nails. Plus, it's so close. BIG MISTAKE. I arrived when they opened for my 10 am appt with Louisa on Christmas Eve. When I checked in, I was told that Louisa already had a 10 am appt and there was no name next to my appt time. Fortunately, the other person decided to go with the other technician and said I could have Louisa. Mind you, Louisa wasn't there yet...she arrived at 10:15 but there was lots of rain, so I understood that traveling could be difficult. During my appt, Tiffany (the owner) arrived and was dealing with some water issues with the ceiling. At one point, she was YELLING on the phone with someone trying to make an appt. After she hung up, she started to complain to everyone there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable, but that wasn't the worst of it. As I was checking out, I mentioned what happened with the double booking, as I figured as the owner she would want to know this happened. Before I even finished my sentence she started raising her voice , saying that I always have a 'problem' and I shouldn't come back. I tried to calm her down saying that I was happy with my nails but thought she would want to know of the mixup. At this point, she lost control. She started yelling and insulting me, but then kept saying I was 'pretty'....WHAT?! She finished processing my payment, and then screamed at me to leave. She started to come towards me to PUSH ME OUT OF THE DOOR. Yes, you are reading that correctly. I honestly didn't know what to do as I still had to grab my things (rain boots, umbrella, etc) which were still on the station. Luckily, she didn't put her hands on me but WTF. Writing this now, I can't believe this really happened but definitely had to share my experience. I can't imagine this is the first time she has done this nor will it be the last. read more

When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the spa owner. She was very nice and I only waited 5 minutes before they took me in for a walk-in pedicure. The place was very clean and the massage chairs were super comfy. Before she began, she placed a plastic liner and pulled out clean tools. When she started I told her that my calluses were bothering me and she did an amazing job removing the calluses and left me baby smooth. My feet feel clean smooth and sexy all thanks to her. Nope ! New owners and it's a no for me. Gel x nails went from medium length to short because of all the filing. faranak had the front desk girl filing my nails which I'm sure is not her job. I wasn't happy with the service I received from this location. I had booked this for my mother, my aunt and myself for a special occasion (wedding). It took them almost 3 hours for a mani/pedi service (gel x, gel mani and acrylic fix). I had already paid ahead of time and I guess there was a double booking leaving the other client to leave frustrated (which is understandable). The treatment we had received afterwords was rushed and I requested for the nails to be fixed but was told to come back at a later time as they didn't have the space. The end product was nothing that I wanted for my nails (I showed an inspo picture of a French tip with a small design) and got something I wasn't happy with and there was excess amount of gel for the gel x. I had to go to another salon to fix the nails (thus paying an additional amount for the same nails) that should been corrected here. The service from the receptionist was phenomenal as she took to the time to listen to my complaints when the perceived owner did not show the same courtesy. I did receive a call the day of my event and at that point had no time to come in thankfully I went elsewhere to fix them. Overall, I wasn't too happy with the service here. read more
