I used this shop for everything for 5 vehicles since 2007 or so up until about a year ago. This shop was sold in July 2024. Since then, most of the staff has turned over and the excellent master mechanic left last year. The facility has been remodeled recently and has been cleaned up really nice. They also performed the oil change quickly. Unfortunately, I was told a lot of things on my vehicle (in for a oil change) were dangerous had to be repaired asap. I knew these things were fine (brakes, battery, etc) and was disappointed that they lied and tried to pressure me to have them perform repairs that I know I don't need. They also made a mess under the hood and failed to check other fluids or do the courtesy cleanings they used to do on the windows and front carpet.

I also had another mishap with an animal (I need to stop doing that) in 2023 and they did an excellent job back then, as well! The second accident occurred on 4/12. I submitted a claim through my insurance on 4/13 and called to make an appointment on 4/14. The process was very easy (as it was the first time) and everyone was very friendly. I ended up dropping my car off on 4/15 and upon inspection, I let Tom know that there was a very small part on my driver's side that was missed the first time. It wasn't very visible when the car door was shut and I definitely don't blame them at all for missing this, as it was easy to do so. He was extremely apologetic about that and let me know that they would take care of the issue. After the inspection, I was taken to Enterprise to pick up my rental and my rental was reserved until 5/3. I was then kept up to date on what was going on with my vehicle through text messages. On Friday, 4/18, I received a call from Tom, letting me know that they were wrapping up my vehicle and I could stop by later that day to pick it up. What?!?!? Less than a week from my accident to being 100% repaired is incredible!!! The speed of service didn't at all affect the quality of their work and I'm extremely happy! In summary, if your car gets damaged, take it to North Texas Collision Center! Getting into an accident is never fun, but Tom and the crew at North Texas Collision Center helped make me feel a whole lot better. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if it does happen, North Texas Collision Center will absolutely receive my business again, even if I would happen to relocate to the other side the Metroplex. My mechanic couldn't go with me, but he asked me to look under the oil cap to see if there was sludge, and to look at the plugs to make sure it wasn't burning oil. Since they were not able to give us much information other than what engine it was, he wanted it checked ou. All their engines are powerwashed, so I know a good checking out is required. I was allowed to look under the oil cap, but when I asked for permission to pull a plug, the young man helping me walked away to talk to the boss. He came back with an older Asian man, who said he didn't want me wasting his employees time. I said that "I" was willing to pull the plug, but he said NO. I asked, "if, after I pay and load it, when I pull the plugs, if they are oil fouled, may I return it right away?" He was obviously angry and said, "This motor is NOT for sale". I don't know why he is against someone checking out a motor, but this business seems pretty sketchy to me. Who would buy a used car without a test drive at least? I just wanted to make sure it didn't burn oil, but that oppurtunity was refused. Please use caution when buying from this company. I'm not saying that they are hiding anything, but their actions to me today would make me very wary of ever returing again. And I will certainly never recommend them to anyone. Purchasing the motor was easy but getting them to warranty the motor or do anything that would be the right thing to do was a nightmare. After dealing with this motor for almost 90 days between calling them and trying to get ahold of either Daniel or zoon that are never there or never return your call. they finally refunded me most of my money back claiming that I didn't bring back the exhaust manifold so they docked me 200 bucks. What? It's the top half that isn't usable unless you have the bottom half! All the electronics on the motor where pretty beat up and or broken. I will tell everyone never to buy here.
