Never returned calls - maybe a great place to get work done, but customer service is lacking

I have been taking my mini Cooper 2011 for at least 10 years, as he's always saving me money. And he never ceases to amaze me with his service. This week was a perfect example, I started my mini convertible, and it ran very rough as if my catalytic converter was missing. I limped to Tony's shop and had to go out of town bracing myself for engine work or other costly repair. A day later he calls me and says that I had a leaking valve cover and it's fully under warranty. I cannot recommend Tony enough for all your Mini Cooper needs. You won't find a more honest mechanic in our region. read more

have spent 10k on my sons mini with these folks, this past time it took over a week to replace a coolant hose and was more expensive than previous quotes. Now the same day , after running diagnostics (150.00) later the check engine light is on and does not go over 30.they put engine in!! go figure?? not real sure what's next on the money train from this guy read more

Owned and run by the capable and honest Tony Nguyen! This place is an awesome shop for the Mini enthusiast. Tony is big in the Metroplex Mini community and does great work on any and all Minis. He's honest, won't try to oversell, and will keep your driving style in mind before making any suggestion. I came by the shop after hearing about the Manic Motorsport tune for the N18 engines. Through a search of dealers in the area, Tony's shop popped up and I sure am glad I stopped by. The tune itself took some time but Tony's a super personable guy and has a vast knowledge of cars especially the mod scene. He's also accomplished in basic maintenance and well, like I said, anything and everything Mini. If you have a Mini, you can't go wrong coming by to Tony's shop. You're sure to get a good deal and quality work. There's no skipping on steps or doing a shoddy job. Tony himself is a Mini enthusiast and works hard to keep you satisfied. I'm glad I found this shop. Now that I'm out of warranty, he'll be the only Mini mechanic I'll allow to work on my car. read more

Very professional and timely repair on my Mini. Tony and his crew repaired my clutch plus a few extra repairs and did it quicker and more importantly substantially less than what the dealer was going to charge. From now on repairs on my mini will be done at iAutoworks. Thanks again Tony. read more

I got serviced here and Tony was excellent. He knows what he is talking about & Mini certified! I took my car into the dealership in Arlington and they told me to wait 2-3 days and tried to tell me I needed a oil change when I just got one trying to up-sell me . So I took back my car and found Tony's shop. He did a diagnosis and got it up and running the next day with a new battery and engine mount (has 2 year warranty covered by dealership) Now I'm ready for my state inspection ! After getting a ridiculous quote from the dealership for minor repairs on my MINI Cooper, I was referred to I Autowork. Tony was quick with a reasonable quote, quick with repairs, and the final bill was actually lower than the quote! I will bring my MINI back to him next time it needs work. The tune was fantastic and now my car is ridiculously fast. lol Also had new air filter, engine flush and oil change and my mini now runs fantastic. I am so glad that I found I Autowork. Tony has worked on both my 2007 and 2013 mini cooper S cars. He has done the Manic Stage 1 tune in my 2013 and i love it. If anything goes wrong with my car, he is my first call.
