This place is amazing, I highly recommend it for anyone in the area! I was in town for a convention in Pasadena last week when my filling broke while eating bread! I didn't think much of it and thought it could wait until I got back to AZ.. however, one sip of water gave me shooting pain. Coincidentally, the manager of the restaurant I was eating at saw the whole thing happen and recommended G Smile Care where his daughter works. Very glad I called them because they got me scheduled in within the same hour for an emergency visit. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, the office is beautiful! Modern, CLEAN, and provided refreshments. Dr. Neda Ghofranian was my treating dentist. She thoroughly explained the x-ray of my tooth and gave me treatment options which included risks and benefits. Sooo, I hate going to the dentist (as many others do.) I've had not so great experiences over the years which led me to avoid going as often as I should. Today, I had my first of two procedures that included getting my mouth numbed (which I readily welcomed because I did not want to feel a thing!) I was silently freaking out but Dr. Neda had great bedside manner and I felt like I was in great hands. Dr.Neda is AMAZING! I called in for a emergency consult, she called me back within minutes to give me advice for my 9 year old son who has gum inflection, she is very patient with my worried mommy mode, she went over the viral disease, explain the details of the disease, showed me how to treat it and most of importantly reassured me everything will be okay! I am very happy I found this office close to home. The office is very clean and modern. I was having some minor pain and discomfort leading up to my ear and was concerned . I sent a message and they got back to me and helped me schedule an appointment. They were very welcoming and helpful and I was relieved to know that I had no cavities or any treatment needed. My discomfort was due to my grinding. I had an exam, xrays and a cleaning done all while watching a very entertaining movie on Amazon Prime. This is the dentist office to go to! Dr. Neda listens to all your concerns and works to find an answer. I went in to the office for a second opinion after my original dentist said my tooth was fine and we wouldn't know more until it cracked more or fell out! What!!! I didn't want to loose my tooth! I recently came here because one of my crowns broke and my dentist, whom I have been seeing for years, was just not available. I heard good things about G Smile so I figured I'd give them a try. I felt very well cared for and treated with courtesy, respect, kindness, and professionalism by the doctors and Carly. The first thing I noticed when walking into the hallway was a beautiful scent. I felt like I was walking into an expensive day spa. I started to worry that my wallet couldn't afford what was about to come next! The office is very nice and they even have drinks in a little refrigerator. I started to worry even more when I was treated as though I was so special and their only concern for the day. When presented with the fee, I was very pleasantly surprised because it was much lower than what I would have paid at my regular dentist. I should know because I have spent many thousands of dollars on cerec crowns over the years. Although my previous dentist does aesthetically pleasing work, I don't feel her crowns last as long as they should especially when paying as much as I did for each crown. Drs. Gazarian and Ghofranian did excellent work and gave me a much more durable crown while still being aesthetically beautiful. I waited to write this review for several weeks after they placed my crown to make sure there were no issues and there aren't. Fit perfectly first time around and needed no adjusting. These doctors are not just here to make money. They truly care about their patients. I have found my new dental office. I love G Smile Care! read more
