So I have to give this company five stars. They really went above and beyond for our soccer teams jerseys. First they got them back to us right away. We are talking within 24 hours. The quality looked great. I ended up messing up and giving them the wrong spelling of one of the kids. They were able to remove The mistake and fix it while still delivering a quality product. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive. They have been a pleasure to work with and I plan on bringing back many more jerseys and ordering items for personal use. I was very disappointed with the service I received here today. I placed an order for 12 sweatshirts and 12 shirts for our team spirit pack. I asked for our players last name and number on the back, with a couple of special requests for names. I recall two emails where I made sure to confirm the special requests would be included. Because of issues I had last year with another vendor, I checked each item of clothing to make sure things were done correctly. The special requests were NOT included (certain kids wanted nicknames) AND the sweatshirts DID NOT include the player's last name and number. Also, there was a misunderstanding of the type of color that outlined the logo on our clothing. Instead of apologizing for their print error, the manager, Michelle, said it's a "simple fix." My question is... why wasn't the accuracy of the order double checked before I picked it up? Now I have to take an extra trip to their location because of THEIR error. Regarding the color that outlined our logo... simply put, there was a discrepancy between Michelle and my interpretation of the color provided in my example. Admittedly, I agreed to the mock up provided thinking the outlined color would appear slightly darker when printed. My issue is how Michelle handled it. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding and explaining the inability to reproduce the order because of costs and labor, she didn't accept any fault in the matter. She said I should have came in and brought an example. While I understand her perspective, perhaps she should have suggested I do so. I don't know anything about this business, how colors translate onto clothing or the type of colors I should be asking for. If she cared about the product she produces for her customers, maybe she should have reviewed or made me aware of this. I expressed my opinions with her... told her that I'm unsatisfied with the product and I'm not happy to present this to my parents. She did not care. Very disappointing, especially from a manager. Why would she? She already collected our money. For anyone interested in player shirts and/or sweatshirts, I suggest you use a smaller business who care about their product and customer satisfaction... who are more concerned about the quality of their product rather than just getting the job done as soon as possible. read more

Got one screen preburned and while screen printing the mesh got loose and messed up my design. That also messed up my order I had due. Truly disappointed because I paid over $60 for ONE PREBURNED SCREEN smh. Now I go to a different supplier and their screen never failed me once. So I'm happy I found a better option. I came in a few months ago to add a number on my shirt, I had called in before going, not only was the gal rude over the phone but when I arrived a young man came out and said someone will be with you shortly, I waited more than ten minutes and finally the rude girl comes out as if I was bothering her. I should've taken my business elsewhere at that moment but since I was in a hurry because my son had a tournament a few days later so I left my shirt. Fabulous service and very accommodating. Our son had a cranial helmet that was very white and super unattractive. G2graphics covered it with a fun construction site graphic that helped us appreciate the helmet rather than hate it. So many people at Disneyland stopped and asked us where we got our helmet covered since they liked it, we told them go to G2graphics! Our son unfortunately had to get yet another helmet due to a mess up in shape in the first one and we got another white helmet. I went for a very small job and I thought they'd reject it due to them mostly dealing w large jobs like wrapping while cars, but no, they knocked it out of the park. Must Read!!! Grab some popcorn and read along. Simple, stay away!!! Especially from the lights of worker named Michelle has no common sense/customer service whatsoever. Those glasses ain't fooling anyone. She has made my experience at G2 a BIG disappointment! When i walked in they knew i was there but didn't ask me if i needed help, waited about 10 minutes before they came out from the back, all i hear is them in the back messing around talking about God knows what. I had a logo designed here and when finished I wanted to print my company logo on two shirts, & clearly told Michelle  that i wanted them printed on the right side of my shirt & must add i emailed them this exact information. I called them to print my shirts and she said it would be more expensive due to the fact that it had a lot of detail, so their designer would take some color off to make it less expensive. No call back from them, i called 4 hours later waiting for the designer to be done with it and she tells me that he had left home for the day. After that she tells me like if she was just about to call me back like "Oh i was going to tell you if you wanted to print them like that how it is" & I asked her what was the price difference and she ends up telling me its the same price anyway. I didn't say anything, told myself like wow okay what was the whole point for designer to take off some detail & wait more than 4 hours. Anyway so i said okay lets print them like that. So they printed my shirts and when i picked them up, the print was on the left side. Her response was "Oh, well it's standard on the left side for company logos, unless its requested to be on the right side." I was like ok like i didn't request it. Whatever so i left it at that again, they were already printed on the shirt, so in reality there's really nothing i can do i guess. I asked when they would be ready and Michelle told me she would call me when they're ready. For the record she never called me at ALL not once did she reach out to me. I showed up before they closed had me waiting for 15 minutes and brought me my shirts. After that i was done with them, as far as doing anymore business. I emailed the designer for the file of my logo and he said that it would be a $40 fee extra to take the whole file from them. I get to the store to pay the $40 but guess whos there again, Michelle. She starts telling me that it would be $150 fee to get the file, after she stop talking her nonsense, i told her that i talked to the designer & he said it was $40 and her response was just "oh ok" & continued to add more gibberish after that lmao like wow really trying to do me dirty. Paid the $40 i had her email me at 2 different email accounts and she also put the file on my usb stick i get home to check my usb, file isn't there & i didn't receive my 2 emails that i should have gotten. I called G2 talked to Michelle again, she got my email wrong when i clearly spelled it out for her & the designer already had my email on file since we were emailing each other over the design of my logo. I also must add that after all this i tried talking to the owner (Fabian) but the workers made it seem like he the president of the United States saying that he's busy like okay lol I confronted Michelle on the phone and let her know everything i wrote in my review & she just made excuses on excuses. read more
