The ladies I encountered were all super nice…read more I tried this place because the last two times I took my pup to be groomed at Petco, she tucked her tail and clung to me the second we walked in the door. She went right up to the attendant at this place and was wagging her tail. I dropped her off around 8:45am and she was ready at about 11:45. I was in the middle of an errand so they held her for me until 1:30, but they usually close around 1 on Saturdays. I briefly deceived the cut I was thinking, and she did an excellent job! Plus my pup seemed much happier. We'll be coming back for sure!

I haven't complained , the ladies are so sweet, and thought it would get better. This last time , I was explicit explaining what my baby needed. I asked for a clean up without shave. I did say what I wanted done otherwise. I even took her to a vet to get her nails done first. they did not shave her belly as asked or shave between her paws or clip around them or shave her socks, or trim her front. They didn't even trim her ears. She is a spaniel. I'm not taking her back . I paid full price for very little and will seek other service. The ladies are sweet and kind but my fur baby needs more.
