The waiting area is clean and the staff was professional. When I made my appointment it was Joe that scheduled me and when I arrived for my appointment it was Sade that checked me in. I didn't wait for my car but they completed the work as if I was there waiting on it. Upon completion they called to let me know that my car was ready. I had the state inspection, parking bulb replaced, headlight restoration, and windshield wipers replaced. I mentioned all of this to one of my neighbors and she mentioned that they are under new management As of right now, I say give them a try if you need a mechanic or inspection. Extremely bad work and shoddy parts…read more I had them install new brakes in the summer of 2024. By the winter of 2025, the brakes were wobbling. Apparently the brakes they installed were faulty (the rotors warped), but they still charged be $200 to replace them even though they were still under warranty. That would be fine, I guess, if they had done a good job or used good parts the second time, but it's been 2 months and my brakes are grinding and slipping. Apparently, the pins, the rotors, the pin boots, the pads, and a few other parts are so low quality that they're falling apart already. At this point, I'm not trusting my car to these guys again. I took my car to the mechanic near my work in Fredericksburg and paid him $500 to just do the job correctly. I deeply regret not taking my car to him in the first place, as he would have done a good job, stood by his work, and I wouldn't be out $700 for bad work and bad parts. Do yourself a favor and go to a different mechanic.

It took two trips but because they misdiagnosed an issue the first time, they didn't charge me for labor the 2nd time so I appreciate that. The not-so-good experience.. they didn't call to say to what extent the diagnosis was neither did they call to breakdown the cost for everything. So by the time I got my car back, everything was already done so I'm inclined to pay at that point. Not to mention, the cost of parts was over the average pricing that you can get online so if you're familiar with car parts, I recommend ordering it elsewhere and asking if they're able to use that instead of theirs. Overall, I'd come back here for maintenance and inspections. I think they are trustworthy but could improve method of communication to the customers.

The next day I received a call from a shop employee named David who told me my tires would be in the next day and then proceeded to recommend services that I needed. After receiving that great news I adjusted my schedule and looked forward to getting my car sooner. The next day I called the shop to check on my car and was told my Chris that my tires wouldn't be arriving until Wednesday and that that's been the note in my file since Sunday. I explained that an employee named David called me and told me that my tires would be done on Tuesday and he explained that he couldn't see any reason why David would have called me and told me that. Chris offered a discount as an apology while the phone. I picked up my car when it was ready, and the same employee David came up to my husband and told him I had 2 bent front rims. I found it very interesting that he didn't bring up my bent rims when we were on the phone on Monday and that my rims were suddenly bent after I complained about the employee lying to me over the phone. The discount Chris offered over the phone was also not given at the time of payment. Looking into possible legal options now. I was told it was in great condition. I purchased the vehicle and after taking delivery, the local Lexus shop in my town put it up on the rack and showed a lot of rust, and virtually all after market parts throughout.
