Our club cards had issues, except when scanning at the entrance. The manager was nice. She helped us each time our card flagged a new problem. Name-brand and affordable items, practically anything you need from your home you can find at Roses. Glad to see after of these years not much has changed. During this visit, the shelves were very bare, but I got what I needed. I assumed that this is due to the supply chain issues that are reported daily in the news. This thrift store has mostly used items, but you'll also find new items with the original tags still on them. They have apparel and shoes for men, women, and kids. Additionally they have home goods including toys, kitchenware, appliances, electronics, linen, books, sporting goods, and much more. I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of designer and high quality apparel with the original tags still on them. While other apparel items looked only lightly worn. Among the brands I saw were Vince Camuto, Coach, White House Black Market. Most of the apparel were between $5-$20. In perusing the dresses, I was impressed at how stylish they were. Most of the shoes I saw looked worn and dirty. I wouldn't purchase shoes unless they were brand new. I didn't buy anything this time, but will definitely come back to shop for apparel.

I was in the electronic section and had to take my time to go through items to make sure that they had all the pieces. That was when I wasn't actively being pushed through aisles. Then there is the congestion at the registers. For some reason they decided to put the line to get to the registers right where you enter/exit the store. Making for some interesting movement within the store. They do have some wild pricing here too. There are some unique items they happened upon, but the prices for a donated item that they don't do anything with but put out for sale, is wild.

From an employee pov: they want you to give it your all and even then that isn't enough. Training is iffy and normally left to your coworkers on short notice. Management is strict, current store manager wrote the review under mine about herself. I enjoyed my time working there until I felt like I was under appreciated and basically told that I should be glad they kept me as long as they had. This is a good stable job if you can tolerate being walked all over by some your uppers and worked to the bone and work like a mechanical robot at a high end store. This is a goodwill not some designer brand and they really do pick and choose what they keep. They also never pick the phone up unless they are in the office.
