They even have some donated containers for you to use in case you didn't bring your own and don't want to buy their containers, but note that some or most of the donated containers are not totally cleaned. They have a little of almost everything. If you've never been to a refillery before, they have a scale where you can weigh container that you brought from home or will buy from them or took a donated container and put a piece of tape on it and write down the weight. At checkout they will weigh it and subtract the weight of container so you only pay for the weight of product, not including the container. They also keep a notepad at checkout so you can write down any requests you would like them to try to stock.

So you bringing your bottle and then they weigh it and deduct that weight from the total after you filled it to whatever level you would like. If you don't have a bottle, there are a lot of lovely bottles there that you can use that people have donated. They are mindful in choosing which products they have based on ingredients and environmental impact. I'm going to love coming here to replace my dish soap and hair products. It feels great to contribute to less plastic waste going into the landfills.

Our project is just a middle size kitchen in an 100 years old house, with an odd shape + unleveled ceiling. We went back and forth 6+ times (because we kept changing minds and also want to explore different ways and styles, etc), and Kailin is always patient with prompt responses to provide her valuable suggestions for us to consider. She is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, well organized, yet never let you feel pressure to purchase. We are grateful to have Kailin working with us.

Service is good and the sales order entry structure is OK. They can get busy. Cabinet quality at…read morebaseline is Ikea grade. Assembly service of cabinets is poor. Pretty poor job on installing hinges. Both doors fell of Lazy Susan cabinets within days and hardware installed was crooked and botched. It's not high end stuff on the lower grades so just be prepared to repair items as soon as you get them. The poor assembly compounds it. Overall I would have paid twice the amount for better cabinets - but that was my choice. I just has no idea the assembly was poor and the screws were far too small for the intended purpose. In assembly they swapped the hardware from one side of a lazy Susan to another and it was a bit of a hatchet job. We can fill and cover it up - just poor assembly and probably should have sent it back. It's not outward noticeable. The fix on the Lazy Susan cabinets is to install M8 x 2.5" tapered head machine screws with washers and nuts in place of the tiny wood screws (into the next cabinet wall), IF you butt up against another cabinet. However if it's an open end or up against a wall you will need to install a backer plate and trim - do this before you install the cabinet in that configuration as a preventive measure or you will probably be really dissatisfied. The problem with the original screws is they are too short to go through the hinge place space and bite into the cabinet. Bigger screws won't work and will only make a mess. They have countertops, sinks and such. I would just be mindful that items with articulating doors won't stand up even a few days of use. Overall it should all work fine, the QC, assembly and suitability are just items that have easy remedies. Just be prepared and expect a few problems. Really they should have a refit instruction notice. All that said the staff are nice enough, provide good design drawing services and certainly a lower cost higher volume seller. I'd use them again but would probably have a carpenter do the assembly.
