Rick had ours to us within a few weeks) and quality (was able to match our existing cabinetry flawlessly) We did a partial cabinet replacement due to an unfortunate kitchen leak. Though we had a vague idea of the features we wanted (dishwasher! Recycling pull-out!), we were uninformed about how to make that happen. We sent Rick a few vague ideas, and he put together an awesome plan that made great use of our small kitchen space, with some nifty storage ideas. Later, we decided we wanted to install an OTR microwave and surrounding cabinets. Rick - again - came informed about our options, read through the installation guide for the microwave we had in mind, and proposed a layout that combined both functional and aesthetic concerns. We just had them installed, and they line up perfectly with the existing upper cabinets - like they'd been there to begin with. On top of that - it was just so pleasant to work with Rick. It was so cool to walk around his workshop and see all of the amazing projects he was working on and the beautiful pieces he was putting together. Fast forward to 2024 - the hinge plate on one of the cabinet doors broke, probably because it had come loose and I tightened it too much. One quick call to Rick and we went to his showroom - he gave us replacements for the broken plate (which holds the hinge in place) as well as a spare, and threw in a selection of screws tailored for the hinge in question. He would not take payment, and all the while provided a running commentary on the care and use of our hinges. Top marks to this long-time professional.

Poor communication. Multiple mistakes. Waited almost a year…read more I regret having to write this review of specialty hardwood floors and Tony Nguyen in particular... I have worked with him multiple times, so when I needed help restoring my historical home I thought I could count on him. I contacted him in the fall of 2022 and got a quote in October. We needed to schedule around other construction in the spring of 2023. He postponed several months until around July. We couldn't get a hold of him for an additional 2-3 months. The job was just completed in September 2023. Our home was built in 1926 and has mostly original hardwood floors throughout. I contacted Tony to help restore our entryway. Previous owners had installed slate but it was ugly and interfered with the front door opening. Despite making it clear that we wanted to restore the original charm, he put in plain white oak. The quote he provide was reasonable and I appreciate the workmanship overall. It was a real shame to lose the original details though and Tony was unapologetic after making this serious error. I wanted to find a solution but he was self-righteous and truculent. I will never use him again and tell my friends to avoid working with him in the future.

Fast forward to 2025 and I reached out for a quote and Benjamin responded via email within 24 hours. He was so responsive so we decided to pop by to take a look at their inventory. They have a great selection of slabs and prefab stones and Benjamin was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and had an eye for detail. Our project is very simple and straightforward, but the prices were reasonable and I am so excited for the stone we chose!

They are such hard workers. Every day Jose would give me an update on the work that was completed and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with all the details as they made progress.
