spent over 1k on a chain they told me was unbreakable which broke a week later. after I got a whole new chain with the warranty it breaks again about a week later and now they won't honor their lifetime warranty policy. long story short they sold me 2 defective chains and won't give me a new one. do not buy from this shithole jeweler. read more

My fiance got my engagement ring here and we are so disappointed. An engagement is supposed to be such an exciting time and this place has ruined that. We've been engaged for 6 months and the diamond has popped out a total of 3 times within that time. Luckily I found the diamond all 3 times, and the last time I went back one of the owners questioned how I was able to find it all 3 times. When I began to ask questions about the design of the ring in relation to the diamond popping out, she asked if I was unhappy with the ring design that was chosen. I was honest to say I was simply unhappy that I do not feel secure wearing my ring. The last time they told me they would order a new band, since these rings are manufactured somewhere else, and it was returned with the prongs raised over the diamond w the same previous band. Highly unprofessional to return a ring back with prongs like this, especially when you've claimed you ordered a new band, which obviously is not true. We are now stuck bringing the diamonds to a seperate store and getting a proper band made to fit the diamonds. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

John, the owner of Gach Jewelers came to my rescue when less than a week out from my destination elopement I damaged my solitaire diamond engagement ring. In dropping it on tile floor a prong was damaged resulting in my diamond becoming loose. John took great care in repairing the damaged prong and securing the diamond. He also appraised my ring, providing paperwork so I could make arrangements to insure my ring. The turnaround time was quick, and I felt a sense of comfort knowing that Gach Jewelers does repairs onsite, unlike many establishments which send jewelry to NYC for repair. This took place in late 2017 and I have never had an issue with my diamond becoming loose again. I highly recommend Gach Jewelers to anyone who is looking for friendly and quality service that can only be found in a long-standing family owned business. read more

I went there to get my ring soddered since the band broke open. I needed it fixed soon as I was going away, so even after mixed reviews on FB I took it there. I picked it up and worked it for a couple of days to only noticed one of my baguettes was missing!!! I have been married and worked my ring every day for 11 years and not once was there any indication it was loose or there was a problem. I took it back upset of course and pissed at myself for taking it there in the first place. He said he would fix it, I left it again... I called my husband to explain what happens and he was furious. He tolls me to go back in and get it immediately in case the expensive diamond was switched out or something. So being as though I already lost my trust and confidence I did. I will never go back again nor recommend this place to shine ever!!!! Now I have a bigger problem then what I went in there with to deal with. I am so pissed at myself for taking it there. read more

My fiancee totally surprised me with my ring, and I couldnt be happier. He kept raving of the quality service he received here. After trying all those chain stores (Kay, Jared, & Zales) he felt that none of them had the quality or customer service that Gach provided. My ring is so classy. Great store! It is rare to find a retailer who does it all, gold, silver, gem stones, diamonds. They do all repairs in-house so your expensive item never leaves the store. He does watch repairs and he buys your scrap gold for a good price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I guess this is why they have been in business for so long! read more
