This is an Authorized Verizon Retailer. This was a Verizon Store operated by an independent under…read morea franchise arrangement. This store also carries other brands of cell phones as well as Apple. Several months ago, my wife's older iPhone started to have charging problems. This meant that it needed to be replaced. I got my Android Samsung Note 10 from this store so it was a natural for me to go there first. That's when I discovered that it was now Russell Celluar. Anyway, this is a short review to advise folks that Verizon service/products are alive and well at this store under new management. The change is really not noticeable. Signage, decor, layout, services and products are all the same as before. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Mike Koshak. He patiently reviewed our situation and he quickly understood that my wife did not need much more than a basic cell phone. Therefore, he recommended the iPhone SE and that was fine. He took really good care of us and was happy to set up the new iPhone for my wife and went over the changes in this upgrade. He loaded the existing apps, files and contacts info into the new phone. This did not take very long and we were on our way in a short time. Bottom line, the service and proficiency we received from Mike was outstanding. If you need some service or to upgrade your old unit, see Mike! I'm sorry it took me so long to post this. Jim

Two people who may have been employees might have been helping customers but there was no conversation going on. A third guy came out of the back and exchanged hugs and back slaps with another guy. Then, he sat down at a desk and got on his phone. After several more minutes one of the other guys said, "He can help you, you know" pointing at the new arrival. The guy did a couple things and said he never saw a phone like mine (which is new) so he didn't know how to help me. No resolution. Maybe it was just an off day?

They just told me there was no way to assist me because I had just lost my ID yesterday, I asked if there was a workaround and they flat out said no. I was shopping af trader joes and went to this location just to see what would happen, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Austin, Luis, and Martina. They were very down to esrth people, we were cracking jokes. Felt like a very friendly environment. They worked around me having no ID, they immediately knew how to set me up to where I could email my ID fromt and back and I walked out with the Beyond Deal and a new iphone 17 Pro Max. These guys are excellent salespeople, finding people like this is ANY customer service field is hard, Ever since covid, everyone just kinda blows off customers. Really appreciate this team.

My husband and I tried to purchased T-Mobile in February 2026, the very weekend we purchased it. We let them know that the service did not reach our location in Livermore even though we gave them our address and they assured it would reach us. We had to bring everything back and they have not given us our refund YET, but they have charged our account for AirTags. 1 we did not want and 2 never received. I've been calling Austin the "manager" on a weekly basis, and he keeps telling me excuses. I asked to speak with his manager and you would think I asked him to commit a crime . Apparently only he is worthy of talking to the manager, and they will apparently never talk to customer. I have never worked so miserably with a person in my life then today when I followed up, even though he said he would follow up with me over a week and a half ago, he told me he might get me a partial Refund. This was a full refund we were to receive because Their product did NOT reach us . Can you believe it? I will not let this rest. I will keep you posted as to how this goes.

Video for…read morereference: https://youtube.com/shorts/S66lcl4j2-M We spent three days trying to port our phone service back to Verizon due to better coverage. After multiple failed attempts, Verizon advised us to visit an AT&T corporate store with ID to obtain a new transfer PIN. That's how we ended up at this location. Unfortunately, our experience with the store manager, Daniel, was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, he was rude, impatient, and dismissive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he simply called customer service and repeated the same steps we had already tried ourselves. After nearly an hour, when a transfer PIN was finally generated, he abruptly said, "OK, done. You can go now," without explaining next steps. When I calmly asked what I should do next, whether I needed to go to Verizon or could finish the process online since I had my two young children waiting, he responded, "I don't know. I don't work for Verizon. Go figure it out." When I asked again for guidance, he became hostile and told me, "I don't f*ing know." This happened in front of several employees, and in front of my children. We were the only customers at the store at the time. I felt singled out and disrespected. I noticed he interacted politely with other customers, yet spoke to me and my family in a completely different tone. When I questioned why he was treating me this way, he laughed, cursed, and told me to leave the store. When I began recording the interaction for my own protection, he threatened to call the police, despite me standing there with my two small children. My kids were frightened and confused watching an adult behave this way toward their mother. No customer, especially a parent with children, should be treated with hostility or intimidation for simply asking questions. To make matters worse, he told me I was "not a customer anymore" because I was porting my phone service, even though I still maintain AT&T internet services. This experience was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Customer service should never involve disrespect, profanity, or threats toward customers. AT&T corporate leadership should be aware that behavior like this damages trust and reflects poorly on the brand. Customers deserve basic respect, clear communication, and professionalism. None of which we received here. I sincerely hope management addresses this situation so other families do not have a similar experience.
