I have gone here before for my key fob but not for my car battery. I walked in and the gentleman at the counter immediately helped me and confirmed my battery would need replacement. He quickly found the battery I needed and sent out another co-worker to start the installation. And once we were done at the register he went to help with installation. I was out of there in 20 mins and my car started! I should have got their names but I was in a slight state of panic I didn't ask or look. If the manager or owners of this business is reviewing this please know that the two guys working on this date and around this time (because I immediately came home and wrote this review) are top notch and deserve any bit of reward they can receive. It was 3:45 on a Friday and my roadside assistance was going to take 2 hours to get to me. I found Battery Roadie by luck. I called, they gave me an estimate and sent Mike out. He texted me right away to say he'd be there in 15-20 minutes (it was 15) and then replaced the battery in about 10 minutes.
