I could not believe what me and my husband had to endure today at this business. Walked into the store and we were immediately drowned out by a female employee who was screaming at a customer on the phone. Her voice filled the entire room to the point I could barely speak to the young man who I asked to replace my watch battery. She could care less that we were customers who had to endure her loud rant. When she finally got off the phone she looked at me with a dirty look. How can this business keep an employee who is extremely RUDE? I felt sorry for the young man who has to work with her. I don't know her name, but if the business wants to know her description... heavy set butch. We have come to this place many times over the years and the employees are always helpful and professional. Found this store on Yelp. I knew I wanted a particular Interstate battery for my car and this store made it so convenient. I didn't know Interstate had franchise stores like this. Miguel was super friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting the battery I wanted at a good price and also picked up a jumpstarter. They gave me a few bucks off the jumpstarter for buying the battery. I had a hand injury and one of the guys kindly carried my core inside from my car and also loaded my new battery in my trunk. Fixed my key fob for $3.99 . My remote stopped working I figured it was the battery so I brought it in. They replaced the battery in 1 minute. They also took my remote and hooked it up to a machine that made sure it would work properly with a simple battery change. Highly recommend this place for all battery needs. Sheisty AF. I bring my battery in for testing. They called me the next day to tell me to come get it, it's good. I brought it back told them I don't think it's good. They tested again and determined it wasn't. Strike one. So I got a quote for a new one. When I I got there they said my car actually requires a bigger battery = more expensive. Sounds like the ol bait and switch but I needed it. Strike two. Fast forward a few years and it dies. I bring it in for warranty. They looked at the battery and said it's no longer under warranty even though it clearly says 5 years warranty on the battery label. I show him my receipt. He said ok it's still under warranty which means I get 10% off a new one. Huh??? What kind of warranty is that. They give more just for the core trade in. Strike three. I argued and they said that's how it goes. I left with the battery, auto zone batteries are cheaper and they'll give me more for the trade in. Quick and easy service! The battery in my car key died and being that it was the first time that this happened to me, I struggled with how to replace it. (What kind of battery does this take? Mohammad really helped me out today. My car died twice on my way to Interstate All Battery Center but I managed to make it there. I knew my battery was the problem but I didn't know just how bad it was. Apparently corrosion had completely taken over my battery to the point where I may have needed to replace the cables or wires or whatever it is that makes the connection (I'm not so good with cars.) Mohammad was patient with me and took his time to get hot water and tools to completely clean my battery. I know that if it were someone else- they would've probably told me to replace the whole thing- which would've cost me so much more I'm sure. But Mohammad knew that he could clean it up for and save me time/money. So he did. He did an amazing job and was able to get rid of all the corrosion that had built up and even taught me how to clean it myself to prolong the battery life. He is a hard worker and really cares about what he puts his hands on. I would highly recommend his service and appreciate the time and energy he took to do the best job possible. I've passed by here a couple times so when My dad needed some batteries replaced on his watches I knew just where to go. The space is very open, there's always plenty of parking and it's located on the corner of a strip so it's very easily accessible from all angles. The store has some TVs set up while you wait, and there are also about 2 or 3 aisle of stud to buy. As I stated earlier we came in for some battery replacement for some watches. It's $8.99 per watch which is an amaaazing price compared to those little boutiques in the mall which charge much more. We took in 3 watches and waited no more than 10 minutes- which flew by thanks to the TVs and chairs that they put for customers. The staff was all really nice and welcoming and overall a really good experience, would definitely come back with any other battery need. read more

My car keys were water damaged and I saw a sign stating this place has car keys. The lady in the front is not friendly. When I inquired about key repairs she said we don't fix house key. She assumed that I needed house keys. When I asked about the car keys, she said only if we have them in stock.
