I wanted to get the Darth by Chocolate seasonal dessert item from here and somehow made the mistake that all Star Wars themed foods would be in the new Star Wars Land. Made the mistake of mobile ordering it from over there and then having to run across to Tomorrowland to get it. The Darth by Chocolate was already pre-made, so it was pulled from the fridge for us. The dessert itself was very decadent and delicious. You get solid pieces of chocolate for Darth Vader's head and his light saber, a layer of thicker chocolate pudding, some Oreo crumbs, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, and some red velvet cake at the bottom. Truly a must for any chocolate lover. It's also enough to split between two people who want something sweet to snack on. I was pleasantly surprised with their breakfast burrito! It was a good size and tasted fresh. The only thing I didn't like was the sausage patties. I thought the sausage patties would be chopped up but the 2 large sausage patties were left whole. I ended up picking them out because it was way too much. I would order the burrito again but I would ask for no sausage patty. The burrito also came with hot sauce packets on the side. It was a great addition to the burrito. Maybe it's because we were just plain starving, maybe it's because we were all just plain wiped out at the end of the day at Disneyland, maybe it's because the sun had gone down and we were done with all the rides and shopping, just waiting for the fireworks start, but we found ourselves at the Galactic Grill chowing down on a veggie wrap (don't judge), a chicken sandwich, a chopped salad and a Caramel Pecan Brownie Parfait. And the food was surprisingly good. Filling, yummy and enough to keep us going through the fireworks and the long trek home. I was most surprised at the veggie wrap, because even in the best of circumstances, a veggie wrap can be hit or miss. This week we got to visit galactic grill and no this isn't our first time. We have been to this spot in Disneyland a few times in past we've all done kids meals here even my husband and I . It's the standard fare for sure but sometimes good seasonal choices. Yet this last august my husband and I have shared the veggi wrap here and we really enjoyed it . It was fresh and big enough to split, so we wanted to get it again and this time we got a side of fries which comes with the wrap or you can get fruit. The veggi wrap ($9.79)has black beans, cheese, lettuce, and like a red bell pepper sauce with chunks of bell peppers. It is served cold but on hot days it's nice. My oldest two got the kids hamburger meal which they got fries as their side and you get to choose any drink ($7.99 each) now I do feel like the burgers have gotten a little smaller but for my middle it was good for her but my oldest said it looked more like a slider. My youngest got got the toddler macaroni and cheese meal ($4.99) which came with an applesauce pouch and drink. So for seasonal we tried the caramel pecan brownie parfait ($6.99) the bottom had chocolate cake with a sweet liquid cream on top then caramel pecans with brownie with whipped cream for the top layer. This review is for their breakfast menu. Oddy enough, the last time I ate here was before the Star Wars makeover and I believe I had a cheeseburger or chicken strip. This is years and years ago. I was recently here early in the morning and was starving. I didn't want to walk back to Main Street so after Space Mountain, at about 930am we walked to this spot. It is your typical breakfast menu: French bread sticks, breakfast slider, breakfast sandwich. But as a SoCal girl, my philosophy is that you can never really mess up a breakfast burrito. It looked small but it was packed with sausage, egg, cheese and hashbrown. I split that with my sister and surprisingly, it was super filling which lets us sample other Disneyland eats later. The French bread sticks were delicious too. Crispy and not greasey which just the right amount of powder sugar. For a short menu, Galactic Grill does it's job making good, fast breakfast food. Key Lime Pie Slush: This is a tasty and sweet drink but the price is a little high because they give you a glow cube. The glow cube has an on/off switch which also doubles as a toggle switch to change the color of the glow cube light. The candy lime slice is one of those jelly type candies . Veggie Wrap: This is a plant based option and is a refreshing and cold wrap. Has an interesting plant based cheese sauce that wasn't bad at all. However, if you don't like cold salads with black beans you should probably avoid this but I personally enjoyed it. read more

You shouldn't expect much from here since it's basically like food from a high school cafeteria. My fiancée looked at their menu from the Disney apps and decided that she wanted their Fried Chicken Sandwich. I went for their Cheeseburger. We put in our order through the Disney app and it give us a time window to go pick up our order. We decided to just walk there instead and they had the option to just put in your order when you're near the place. The food didn't take long to come out and you basically just go pick up your order from the pickup window assigned to you. I thought the burger was okay, not the best and not the worst. This is my favorite place in Disneyland to get a snack. The snack pack is the best... it's a little bit of everything. Banana, yogurt drink, carrots, goldfish crackers... I'm blanking on everything included. The breakfast burritos are delicious as well. I've been meaning to try them for a while and finally did. I was able to get mine without sausage and bacon and it was still amazing. It comes with the yummy salsa packets as well. My only gripe is as of last week they stopped giving you lids with the fountain sodas. White t-shirt, completely full cup of Diet Coke.... not good. No lids and no straws here anymore. Super bummed about that. There isn't often long lines before lunch time but if there is anyone in line ahead of you, they move fast. read more

I went to the counter and confirmed that the cheese is vegan, so I went ahead and ordered it, and it was delicious! Since it's ready to be served, you can't make any modifications but it's served very quickly so you can eat and go back to enjoying the park. You can also order it through the app, which should make it even quicker and more convenient. It comes with a side of fries or two mandarins, making it also a healthier meal to have at Disneyland if that's what you're looking for. The only downside is that it can be challenging to find an open table in that area around lunchtime, so I would recommend to arrive earlier to avoid the busier hours. Took a 3 year old little princess to Disneyland Resort (not California Adventure) as a birthday gift from us. Around 2pm it was time for some lunch. Every restaurant here seems to have the same ol' crappy stuff on their menus, a very far cry from what you can find at WDW. Since the food items were limited we chose this place, as we found some outdoor SHADED seating and jumped on it. As we sat at the table considering what to order I noticed the line to order food was 30+ people deep, in the sun, and moving at a snail's pace. My son had told me about being able to order ahead of time, via the same app you now need to show your tickets to enter the park, so I checked it out as we sat there. It went flawlessly I should say. We ordered the chicken sandwich plate for me and the chicken tender plate for the wife and wee one to share. After placing our order I was notified with 5 minutes that our order was ready and the app told you what window to approach. Nobody else was at that window and I retrieved my order immediately, while observing the poor schleps still standing in line sweating their you-know-whats off. For mass produced foods, at inflated Disney prices, I have to admit it was not bad at all.The chicken sandwich actually had some flavor to it. The chicken tenders were kind of bland, but doable. The four tenders were actually much larger than anticipated and not heavily coated with batter as some other places put out. Neither chicken option was dried out like hockey puck, which is what we were kind of expecting, but they were not "juicy" either. The fries were above average, surprisingly. If you want any condiments for your meal, including salt for your fries, you need to ask for that at the counter. Even the wee one, who can be picky and I have seen poo poo McDonald's chicken tenders, ate a whole tender and some fries without a complaint. For us the food was okay (3 stars) and we would consider eating here again if we needed to (should we ever return). P.S. I highly recommend the app pre-ordering thing to potentially save time and frustration standing in line. read more

Amazing food! Me and my party got the chicken tenders and some burgers. In they daytime, one of my party members got the cherry slushy, which came with a rainbow flashing Mickey inside which was awesome! At night, my party had decreased, so only some of us went we weren't really hungry so we only got chicken tenders and drinks, the drinks were apple juice and water. We also got a guava slush, it had the same thing inside as the cherry. 10/10 The service was good, we waited a normal amount of time for our food which was not long. The person taking our order was patient and kind.10/10 The place was a bit dirty, but I wasn't surprised since it was in Disneyland. Everything was clean and they had wipes so we could wipe the tables. 9/10 My experience was great here, when I come back to Disney I will definitely take me and my party there again! read more

I had to leave a review to point out the amazing customer service experience I just had. I arrived for lunch on a busy day and was alone with my baby. There was a castmember at the door greeting people as they entered and I told him I just wanted to go inside to get a high chair. He offered to get one for me and in no time he was at our table with a nice, clean high chair! I still have to actually eat at this location but I have been years ago and always thought the pizza was amazing! Flavorful, cheesy, and not greasy! The food looks different from the simple cheese pizza I used to see but it looks like it has gotten even better! Brunch at Tomorrowland Since we happened to be in Tomorrowland when our group got hungry we decided to check out their dining options here. We found Galactic Grill which was a Star Wars-themed quick-service restaurant where you place your order at the walk up window. The service was fast for us since the park was not yet full around 10:00a. At this time only brunch selection was available for purchase but they also served lunch and dinner. I had the American Breakfast Burrito [$8.49] came in flour tortilla with egg, bacon, sausage, hashbrown, cheese, and pico de gallo. The burrito had everything I liked in it and was delicious but was half the size of what a normal burrito should be if purchased at a taqueria. I also had a cup of seasonal fresh fruit [$3.99]. Not a bad breakfast. A souvenir Chewbacca stein was offered for $12.99 with your choice of soda or fountain beverage. There was lots of seating under large umbrella shades. Silverware, napkins and condiments are right outside next to the order windows and garbage bins are easily accessible for clean up. It was near the Star Tours attraction and the Autopia ride. We went for the breakfast burrito and French toast sticks. The French toast was ok, nothing to rave about. However, the burrito was great, very tasty and filling with bacon and sausage, the eggs were cooked nicely. And the hot sauce added an extra kick to it. Solid choice for quick service when in Disneyland Park. My boyfriend and I had been over at DCA and had eaten one too many treats, so we weren't really hungry for dinner until past 9p. A few places were closed, but we found Galactic Grill on the app. I'm more familiar with DisneyWorld, so I'd compare this to Auntie Gravity (also located in Tomorrowland), where I've eaten countless times. Did mobile ordering while in line for Matterhorn, which was a breeze... so convenient to choose your time frame, pay, then walk over to pick up your order. Your Disney app will notify you once your pick-up window opens so you can head over and click the "I'm here" button on the app to have them put your order together and bring it to the window. Decided to try this place since I walk by it all the time. Even though they are extremely busy, they have a system that works pretty efficiently. The food comes out fast. It could be due to the food being pre-made and ready to serve, but I appreciate the timeliness of it. A decent amount of seating around! You can also enjoy the Jedi show too while eating here. CHEESE-3PO BURGER: Pretty whatever's burger to me. It's a cheeseburger that has an angus beef patty with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, and their signature sauce. It also comes with a side choice of fresh fruits or french fries. For $11, it's not that filling but it's Disneyland. French fries weren't bad! THE DARK SIDE: DEFINITELY overpriced at $7.59. You're totally paying extra for a light up "death star" in your drink. It's flavored with odwalla lemonade and strawberry. It was slightly on the sweet side, but still refreshing overall. Currently replacing the Tomorrowland Terrace menu during Seasons of the Force at Disneyland, the Galactic Grill's menu is actually a step up from the regular offerings. On our most recent visit this past weekend, my girlfriend and I decided to stop by again due to how delicious the Jedi Order Chicken Sandwich ($11.49) and First Order Burger ($12.99) were the last time we went last year... this time, I ordered the Jedi Order Chicken Sandwich, and Kathy went with the Cheese-3PO Burger ($10.99 - the First Order Burger, with its beef and chorizo patty, crispy cherry peppers, and spicy lime aioli has a bit too much kick for my lady; personally, I've had it, and it's delicious!). The Jedi Order Chicken Sandwich is a step up from Tomorrowland Terrace's offering, with its five-spice grilled chicken, pickled red onions, crispy green beans (which really should be offered as a separate side by themselves...), and wasabi mayo; definitely delicious and one of the park's best offerings! The Cheese-3PO Burger is your basic cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and Thousand Island spread, but at least it's a pretty big size, and Kathy just needed to add a bit more ketchup to her burger to give it some extra flavor. The fries were just...ok, and honestly a bit bland. Like I mentioned, if those crispy green beans were also offered as a separate side... On our previous visit to this one, we ordered both the Light Side and Dark Side specialty drinks ($7.99 each); think of them as Odwalla Lemonades with added extras, including light-up replicas of the Death Star and Millennium Falcon. We haven't tried the desserts yet, but they do look tempting - and yes, the Han Solo in carbonite bucket is pricy, but well worth it (especially with the detail on the cover... at least our passholder discounts helped offset the price). We'll be keeping the Galactic Grill in mind for when hunger pangs strike while at Disneyland. read more
