I had the half roasted chicken with a sweet potato and fries. Fries were seasoned perfectly. The sweet potato was cooked exactly right, and the honey butter they serve with it is a great touch. My buddy got a rib combo and had zero complaints. Two meals and an appetizer for about $50, no alcohol. Worth every dollar. For the locals: you're lucky to have a place this solid. During those times, I imagine the entire vibe shifts. If I were to come back, it would be for one of those big events or for some serious antique shopping, because that is where this area quietly shines. Gavaghans fits perfectly into that Sebring personality. Cozy. A little unexpected. Solid. Worth stepping into.
