When I came most recently it was fairly busy most likely due to discounted prices on Tuesdays, which people were taking advantage of clearly. At this point I feel like recliner seats are a must at any movie theater and luckily they have recliners here. What I appreciate most: plush leather seats, plenty of legroom, a clear view, and the fact that they have concessions and a full bar. Yes a full bar! What I don't appreciate: the sky-high prices. We paid $47.98 for two adults just to get in, and food, snacks, and drinks can easily tack on another $50 unless you bring your own flask. And without fail, there's always someone in the theater who can't behave. Once it was a drunk woman yelling at the screen and her boyfriend. Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

This was our first time visiting a: "bigger" theater, having come from a very small town. The concession gentleman understood we were new to a big theater and he was so gracious and patient while we ordered. We wanted to check out all of the cool merch they had and he was ever so pleasant! Theater was clean and seats were fabulous! I had never been to a theater with reclining seats. Again, small town folks used to family vibe businesses. Restrooms need much attention. Sinks were stopped up and very rusty. The two "gentlemen" at the scan tickets booth were less than pleasant. Seemed very annoyed at being asked where the restrooms were. Snotty blokes. They need to be in housekeeping where they do not have contact with the public. Their attire was much too tight, left nothing to the imagination. We would visit this theater again due to the fabulous gentleman at the concession stand, the manager on duty, and the cleanliness of the theater seats."

I went to go see The Mandalorian and Grogu tonight and here is my takeaway from tonight: - The theater feels really clean and relatively new. The chair was very comfortable (no heater in the chair though) and the recline went further back than most places that I can recall. - The food service was interesting. I decided to go traditional and just get a large popcorn and a large Diet Pepsi (yea, yea I know :P). The price wasn't too bad at all for $9.75 for both. I am still unclear on how to get a refill on the drink though. I do appreciate that the servers did not disrupt the movie at all. I have gone to theaters in other cities where they would step in front of the screen at times and it was maddening. - What's up with literally over a half freaking hour of previews and ads? Holy crap. lol I'm just going to add 20-30 minutes to the start time going forward. - Popcorn was solid. Not the best, not the worst. The soda is a 32 ounce. You're really working to make that last while devouring a large bucket of popcorn. Honestly, I love those large soda machines like at South Point. - Service was a-okay. I see some people report bad service, but everyone I spoke to was nice. I was greeted with a smile when I first got up there and greeted with a smile as I left. The servers were alright. I had to wait a while for my drink after they dropped off the popcorn. The delay was so much that I had to go ask the server in our theater if it was still on its way. Luckily not a minute later I had it. I just downloaded the Regal app and I can see myself coming back here since it's like a 10-minute drive from where I live. There is a points club, etc and some pretty good promos on there if you're a movie lover like me. I will be back. 4 stars.

We had an amazing interaction with Brandon W, the manager of Brenden Theatres…read more@ the Palms, we came in inquiring about the Odyssey running in 70mm IMAX as the previous review had mentioned it was down, he provided impeccable details on what happened, and what the solution will be. The customer service he provided was just amazing. Thank you for what you do Brandon. Explained that because some tickets weren't bought through Brenden Theatres, but through Fandango, Fandango takes longer to reply, and works only on business days (this aims towards those receiving last minute email cancellations). They provided us a full refund, in any format, unfortunately, the 70mm IMAX is sold out through early September. I was told you can still watch it in Digital IMAX; and keep the refund. For those with weekend tickets for IMAX 70mm, Fandango may refund you late, but Brenden Theatres will still give you a free showing in all formats. As of today there is a technician flying in today 08/07/2026, to try to resolve the issue. Parking is easy, since it's located inside the casino, just park in the garage, out of the scorching oven heat of Las Vegas that doesn't provide cookies when you open the door. Areas are mostly clean.

Walked into Auditorium 8 approx 540PM - sat down, some other folks came in as well. I then received an e-mail from Fandango that the show had been cancelled. Walked out to the lobby to find out what was happening. Had to learn from the snack bar employees that the IMAX has been down for days. There were no signs - no indication that anything was cancelled - nothing. I am not understanding why we were not told that upon entering the theatre. The was no communication from anyone regarding the situation, I had to track someone down. Very poor communication and customer engagement

Between the reasonably priced tickets and the Unlimited Movie Plan, it's definitely worth it. I like that, whether you buy your ticket at the theater or purchase it online, your ticket is scanned right at the entrance instead of inside near the concession stand. The reclining seats are comfortable and well maintained, not all torn up. The theater wasn't overcrowded, the sound was great, and the laser projection and 3D viewing options made for an enjoyable experience. They also offer 20% off tickets before 4 PM, which is a nice bonus. Like any theater, the food is pricey. However, I love that you can get unlimited popcorn and soda. That's definitely a perk! Overall, it was a great experience. Happy Yelping!

Unfortunately the popcorn seemed stale. The family restroom smelled like stale urine. The theater itself was pretty hot. The cupholders had sticky residue on them and there was a lot of trash stuffed under the seats. Another thing that was kind of odd was there was no signage above the door showing what movie was being played. Fortunately for me I attended with children who don't really care about any of that stuff but for $100 on tickets and snacks I think we will visit another theater next time

I want to like this location, and there are definitely some great things about it. It has a great IMAX screen, a great Dolby theater, and it always seems to get the newest AMC technology. And they always have the sound turned up! That said, the theater feels seriously mismanaged and is in real need of repairs and better upkeep. It is always dirty. I've been there for first showings of the day and still seen black marks on the bathroom floors. There is popcorn on the floor everywhere. The Coke Freestyle machines are constantly out of syrups, hot food items are often unavailable, and the overall condition of the theater just feels neglected. To be fair, the staff has always been extremely nice and polite. This doesn't feel like a customer service issue as much as a staffing or management issue. Either there aren't enough people to maintain the theater properly on a daily basis, or the staff they do have aren't being allocated to the right areas. I've worked at a movie theater before, so I understand the challenge of cleaning a theater in 15 minutes before the next showing. Because of that, I give some leeway when it comes to the cleanliness of the auditoriums themselves. But with so many theaters in Las Vegas renovating and stepping up their game, it's disappointing to see the biggest theater chain in the world lagging this far behind. For me, AMC 18 is a love/hate relationship. I keep coming back because of the screens and technology, but the cleanliness, food availability, and overall upkeep really need improvement.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this after being a loyal AMC customer for the past…read moreseven years, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. For nearly a decade, AMC was my go-to destination for the cinema experience. However, over my last several visits, the cleanliness of this theater has declined to the point where it's become unacceptable. The restrooms were severely neglected. The smell was unbearable--comparable to an unserviced outhouse--and the floor tiles were coated in a dark, grimey residue, and trash cans throughout the building were overflowing, leaving rubbish spilling into public walkways. It was obvious they hadn't been properly maintained. The auditoriums were equally disappointing. There was popcorn and trash scattered throughout the seating areas, cupholders were littered with leftover debris and garbage from the previous showings, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned between showings. It's hard to enjoy a movie when you're sitting in an environment that feels neglected and unsanitary. I understand that theaters get busy, but this wasn't a one-time issue and allowing a theater to reach this level of filth reflects a complete disregard for hygiene and customer comfort. This has been the reality over multiple visits, which tells me it's become a pattern rather than an exception. As someone who has supported AMC for seven years, it's incredibly disappointing to see the theater in this condition. I sincerely hope AMC addresses its housekeeping and maintenance standards because no customer should have to pay premium ticket prices to watch a movie in an environment that feels dirty and unhygienic. Until significant improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere or, and I hate saying this with every fiber of my being, watching streaming services. I hope this feedback serves as a critical call to restore the quality your long-time customers deserve.
