Deborah was very nice and helpful. Although we didn't get an upgrade, we were happy to receive an early check-in, and Deborah made the process easy and pleasant. While Deborah was assisting me, a customer suddenly came around the corner and started asking her questions. This entitled customer showed no consideration for the other guests or the front desk agent. He expected immediate assistance and interrupted while she was helping me. After Deborah helped him, he didn't even say thank you or excuse himself. I was honestly appalled by how some customers treat people who work in the service industry. Lucky I found out on the day before check out I wanted a preliminary bill and another front desk worker said oh no only restaurant can be used for the credit ‍. So strike 2 that local boy gave us the wrong scoops . Then when I picked up my car from the valet area . The valet person said oh you need to scan the ticket at the machine then pay $40 every 24 hrs period. Strike 3 once again that front desk boy advised me that there's a $40 valet charge it will be posted upon check out . That was wrong I had to pay at the valet station every 24 hours in and out privilege. The rooms look like it wasn't refurbished when it was originally Monte Carlo hotel . Park MGM took over the old Monte Carlo Hotel and casino ? The only upside to this property was it's a non smoking hotel and casino . The Century Orleans 18 and XD is located in the Orleans Hotel and Casino. This was my first time coming to this movie theater so I wasn't sure exactly where it was inside the casino. We had parked outside the main entrance towards Tropicana street. It was only a short walk from the main entrance and up escalators to the second floor to get to the movie theater. It was also next to a large arcade as well! We had already purchased our tickets through the Cinemark movie mobile application and ended up getting snacks. There is now a XL popcorn bucket offered by Cinemark and we ended up getting one of those as well as a few sodas. The checkout process was seamless, since I'm a movie rewards member, they scanned the QR code for discounts. Outside of the snack area was additional condiments, napkins, and even extra butter if you wanted! The Mortal Kombat II movie was in theater one. The seats were comfortable, reclined, sound quality in the theater was awesome, and the movie was great! I'm not sure the next time I'll be back at this movie theater as we usually go to the Santa Fe Century or the Suncoast Century since it's closer to our house, but if there is a limited showing, only available at Century Orleans 18, we would come back to this movie theater again!

If the popcorn wasn't cleaned up between showings, imagine the grease, sauces, and other food that could be left behind that you simply can't see in the dark. That was a big NO for me and, unfortunately, the reason I wouldn't return to this theater. If you don't mind it, enjoy the reclining seats and eating while watching the movie- it was not for me. Other than that, Palace Station has done a lot of remodeling and looks great. We had a fun time at the bar and enjoyed the new Spider-Man movie, highly recommended! The customer service he provided was just amazing. Thank you for what you do Brandon. Explained that because some tickets weren't bought through Brenden Theatres, but through Fandango, Fandango takes longer to reply, and works only on business days (this aims towards those receiving last minute email cancellations). They provided us a full refund, in any format, unfortunately, the 70mm IMAX is sold out through early September. I was told you can still watch it in Digital IMAX; and keep the refund. For those with weekend tickets for IMAX 70mm, Fandango may refund you late, but Brenden Theatres will still give you a free showing in all formats. As of today there is a technician flying in today 08/07/2026, to try to resolve the issue. Parking is easy, since it's located inside the casino, just park in the garage, out of the scorching oven heat of Las Vegas that doesn't provide cookies when you open the door. Areas are mostly clean.

He told me there was a Delta Club, which we had access to an hour before the show. Unfortunately the indoor walkway at the Venetian was closed this day, so we had to walk on the sidewalk in the 103 heat, but we got there at 12:45pm, and were the first people in line for the Bad Witch Experience. Upon entry, you walk through a metal detector which was very quick and easy. I will say, I read online that they have a bag policy, but it did not seem to be enforced when we were there because I saw plenty of women with bags larger than 6x6x2, so maybe it's only for the concerts? After security, we were escorted to the Delta Sky360 Club, which made me feel like royalty. The woman at the front told us to help ourselves to the hors d'oeuvres, and she will come get us when it's time to get seated. When I got up to the small bites section, the man told me that both sides were the same and offered his assistance if I needed it. There was also a bar which had free non alcoholic drinks and waters (perfect after that walk I had mentioned earlier). We left the club about 20 minutes before the show started and asked another person in the hallway if we had time to go to the gift shop and she suggested taking our seats and visiting the gift shop after the show ends. She asked where we were seated (Section 306), and told me to tell the operator in the elevator to go to floor 6. To my surprise there was a live operator in the elevator! Once we made our way to our seats, the seating was dead center and such a remarkable experience. I felt very immersive, like you are in the movie. It was very different to be able to look around, left, right, up, down, and still see the screen every time you turn your head. I do think that the seats were a little tight, almost comparable to the amount of leg room you'd get in an airplane, and I'm not sure if it was just me, but I felt like I kept hearing an echo. Once we left, we grabbed an Uber and there were plenty of signs that showed you where the pick up spot was. I really want to emphasize that everything was so well organized, and the staff there were nothing but cheery and friendly. I was very impressed with all the staff. I would recommend this for a special or one time thing, but definitely wouldn't come back regularly due to the prices. It really is something fun to do once in a while though!
