They have to troubleshoot and track the problems down and then address the problems they find and verify the fix is working and actually fixed. 3hours to trace a burnt wire and fix it isnt unreasonable as they have certain things they test for...WHICH TAKES TIME. Im a maintenance Tech so i know you never tell someone it will only take X amount of time or dollars because you never know what you will run into. You are the worst type of customer and should've just fixed it yourself since you seem to know everything. Seems like your own work is what caused the problem to begin with.

My…read morecomplaint is that they thought it would be a good idea to ship my oil filter cartridge (not a spin-on type) in its retail packaging inside of a bubble envelope. Luckily, the filter membrane wasn't damaged even though the carton was crushed. As a side note, some reviewer think their shipping cost is too high. They apparently haven't order parts from Rock Auto where you get charged extra shipping costs if the parts you order don't all come from the same warehouse, negating some of the savings you get on the parts ordered.

I have tried everything from straight lemon juice to off bug spray and could not get it cleaned I scrubbed as hard as i possibly could but nothing ever worked for me . I'm a senior citizen with a fixed income. Greg knew exactly how to fix my problem I was so happy I almost started crying he made my headlight look almost as shiny and brand new as the other one.
