I showed him the design I wanted, but the finished result looked nothing like the picture I provided. To make matters worse, I was charged $90 for the set. Within two days, my nails were already chipping and developing black spots. After I returned from out of town, my fiancé went back to request a refund because of the poor quality of the work. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the salon refused to provide a refund and ended up calling the police. I paid good money expecting quality service and professional customer care, but unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nail services. I got them done on 08/14 and they started getting black dots and chipped the next day and he didn't it even close to my reference picture people are very uneducated including theses nail tech saying that it dirty that I got black spots but if they knew how to do nails they know they didn't cure them right ( google is free).

Their dip powder swatches do not match the color of the actual dip powder. It's pretty normal for the dip powder to look like a completely different color until you get a few layers on it. For example, the reds are often hot pink in the container. I picked up blue color that was a very gray undertone, and it ended up being a neon blue halfway through my manicure. When I mentioned that the color was off, and requested to see the sample swatch, they got extremely defensive and said that I chose that color and was OK with it, however it was not even close to the sample color and I just wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt before I realized after a couple coats that it wouldn't be the right color. When comparing the two colors they were completely different. Instead of them treating me like I was a normal person, the girl threw a fit and went to the back and started talking about me. It was such an odd experience because if I was on the other end and a swatch color clearly didn't match the color that it was becoming I would say oh my gosh I'm so sorry you're right it doesn't look the same. How can I make it right? That wasn't my experience. They made something that could've easily been fixed a very dramatic situation.
