8/20/25, My second time here at this newer location for a…read morecouple minor skin pimples, the dermatologist took care of both, dermatologists here are wonderful, staff is friendly and professional, the back offices are clean, well maintained and equipped for patients so I have no complaints about the staff nor the offices. The only real complaint that I have about this place is that the overhead music speakers in front lobby waiting area is so very loud that I literally have to go get my ear plugs out of my car to plug up my ears while waiting to be called in. I can't even see how the girls who work there in the front reception desk can stand working all day long with such loud blasting music from the speakers, it is so annoying and loud that I can't even hear myself think. I guess because the desk staff employees are all under age 30 that they don't mind the loud music speakers, but if they are exposed for too long the loud disables they will lose their hearing before they reach age 60. They will need to wear hearing aids in both ears. If I had to work here in the front lobby desk, I wouldn't last a day before I quit the job due to the loud music and loud voices around the front desk. Just remember to bring your ear plugs if you want to sit and relax in the lobby while you wait to be called. I would give this location a 5-star if it were low music and peaceful in the lobby waiting room.

I've had multiple different procedures done by him, and I can honestly say he's very knowledgeable when it comes to dermatology. Also, his procedures have been quite painless. On the day of my appointment which was in the afternoon, they could not find my record and at 8 AM in the morning BEFORE my appointment, my credit card was charged for $230! How are they supposed to know how much my charge is when it is my first time to see the doctor? The front office is disorganized; they also have a call center (outside the US) that does not seem to coordinate with the front office. I can be forgiving, but when I got there and they lost my new patient record, it does not leave a good taste as to how they are organizing behind the scene. Dr. Hamidi seems really nice (personally very likable) but when I brought up my experience, she sort of hinted that she does not get involved with the administration, instead of saying, "I'm so sorry that you experienced that and I will be sure to let management know." I'm not sure the office has the level of compassion that patients are looking for. At this point, I'm not sure if I will be returning. Since I live so close to this clinic, I thought it might be a good match, but I'm having second thoughts.

After putting a couple skin cancer biopsies off for a while (which, nobody should ever, ever…read moredo!!!!) I finally had the pleasure of my primary referring me to Dr heller (there is a Misha M. Heller, M.D and Alan W. Heller, M.D . It is a father and daughter team) Not only do they have amazing credentials!!But, they also have amazing bedside manner. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr misha since I felt more comfortable with a woman checking my body for places / moles that didn't look right and etc. (the one most at risk was on my ankle though) When I first made the call, we all know how long it's taking to get into places. I only had to wait about 3 weeks for an appointment? And most of that was my fault since I had an already scheduled surgery for something unrelated. Even when I called to make the appointment the woman answered the phone immediately, was helpful with answering all my questions and etc. she was such a delight! Unlike some places that act like you are bothering them by asking questions. It's in the same building as the quest labs I always frequent (over in the parking lot of the old community hospital by the traffic circle) It does have free private parking. But it does only have about 5 up close spots. And I think 3 - 4 of those are handicap. For the other parking you have to park in the little parking garage which still is not a very far walk (and free) When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by the women behind the desk. The place was all decked out in Christmas decorations, it was so cute. And yes, I showed up in my pajamas and explained how I just had surgery. So the woman helped me with signing in and asked if I needed a bottle of water or anything. Which I think it's safe to say everyone went above and beyond (They also had bowls of candy, which were all out, but they had a huge bowl of samples such as moisturizer and SPF) They also offer cosmetic dermatology such as filler and all the way up to liposuction and other plastic surgery. Which I can't comment on since this is just strictly for the biopsy I believe the nurse who helped me the most name was jasmine? (I know it started with a J) . Jasmine and Dr misha did an amazing job at calming me down. They even brought me blankets, an ice pack to put on my head and neck and kept trying to distract me. The level of care was 1000000000000 Thank you so much for a great experience. To those who are going through something as scary as needing a skin cancer biopsy, I hope you see this and see Dr misha. She kept me informed throughout the process by phone and email, followed up when she said she would, and was consistently responsive, professional, and proactive. Navigating insurance issues can be frustrating, and having someone who stays on top of things makes a huge difference. Employees like Alejandra are a big part of why patients continue coming back. Second I called to set up a payment plan and the person who handles payment plans was not there and they didn't know when she would be back in office. This happened on Tuesday and instead of a call back my credit card was charged $175 dollars and I received an email saying "thank you for your payment." Mind you my acct is not passed due and I had just made a payment for $60. I highly DO NOT recommend this money hungry place. Hope this helps someone.
