Long overdue review of Chatterbox. It's been about a year since we left Chatterbox, but I'm very…read morethankful for the services that they provided to my son. When my son was 3 years old, I brought him to Chatterbox since he was no longer developing verbally. In fact, he had regressed badly in preschool, and was largely not verbal there during the day. We later had him diagnosed with autism (ASD), and were able to pursue other services, but at the time, all we had was Chatterbox. After the initial intake with Courtney, he was accepted as a patient, and we got on the schedule pretty quickly. I don't believe it is this available or open normally, so I guess we got lucky. We set goals and we were coming to Chatterbox for 30 minute sessions (really 25 minutes) twice a week. We worked on some basic things, but given the later ASD diagnosis, we did what we could here. The end result was that after almost a year, he was verbal again and we met some of our goals. I didn't mind continuing with Chatterbox, but by that point, my son's needs were greater in other areas, so most of his time afterschool was allocated to behavior therapy instead. All in all, we are very thankful for the services that Chatterbox provided. Eternally grateful for the services delivered by Marina, Denny, Amanda, and Jenn. Also thankful to Priscilla for being great to work with from a scheduling and administrative perspective. Anyone who comes here will know right away that the parking lot is comical. The entrance on Cherry actually features bi-directional traffic, even though it's only wide enough for a single vehicle. If I do manage to get in this way, I'll do a quick pass through the lot, and if no spots, I'll make a right in the alleyway and another right on Reagan St., then another right back onto Katella, where there is usually street parking in front of the dentist.

When we asked the instructor about this, she insisted that he was too young to learn and they were unsure why the insurance sent them due to their young age, yet they continued to insist the next appointment would be different (I guess it was a money grab) My son showed no growth during his time here, but incredible growth after deciding to no longer use this company. Also, please make sure you keep your insurance documents handy, as their billing team will change terms in payments without notifying you and then blame someone else (blaming insurance, due to their errors and requesting additional payment. Poor practice being run here.

Clearly your texts are coming off as predatory and not real medical bills. A traditional bill via USPS is much more effective as it allows for the patient information confirmation. Likewise, I see your response to others' reviews is to call a different number than that which the text came from and from the number indicated in the body of the text asking for bill payment. No one is going to click on a link from an unknown number these days. Do better. Send an invoice via mail or email so that people can call or investigate or pay as needed.

Heller, M.D and Alan W. Heller, M.D . It is a father and daughter team) Not only do they have amazing credentials!!But, they also have amazing bedside manner. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr misha since I felt more comfortable with a woman checking my body for places / moles that didn't look right and etc. (the one most at risk was on my ankle though) When I first made the call, we all know how long it's taking to get into places. I only had to wait about 3 weeks for an appointment? And most of that was my fault since I had an already scheduled surgery for something unrelated. Even when I called to make the appointment the woman answered the phone immediately, was helpful with answering all my questions and etc. she was such a delight! Unlike some places that act like you are bothering them by asking questions. It's in the same building as the quest labs I always frequent (over in the parking lot of the old community hospital by the traffic circle) It does have free private parking. But it does only have about 5 up close spots. And I think 3 - 4 of those are handicap. For the other parking you have to park in the little parking garage which still is not a very far walk (and free) When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by the women behind the desk. The place was all decked out in Christmas decorations, it was so cute. And yes, I showed up in my pajamas and explained how I just had surgery. So the woman helped me with signing in and asked if I needed a bottle of water or anything. Which I think it's safe to say everyone went above and beyond (They also had bowls of candy, which were all out, but they had a huge bowl of samples such as moisturizer and SPF) They also offer cosmetic dermatology such as filler and all the way up to liposuction and other plastic surgery. Which I can't comment on since this is just strictly for the biopsy I believe the nurse who helped me the most name was jasmine? (I know it started with a J) . Jasmine and Dr misha did an amazing job at calming me down. They even brought me blankets, an ice pack to put on my head and neck and kept trying to distract me. The level of care was 1000000000000 Thank you so much for a great experience. To those who are going through something as scary as needing a skin cancer biopsy, I hope you see this and see Dr misha. Chatterbox repeatedly told us to contact our insurance provider to provide translation services for…read moreevery session my child attends, despite our provider stated they don't provide this service. The reason was because my spouse's English, although intermediate, was not efficient enough. Later found out that the reason was because another client of theirs was able to get it, in Spanish. I responded, "Is their insurance company (name of insurance company)?" They said they don't know and I should ask my insurance company anyway. I was blown away with this response. So I replied back to them, "Look, I don't understand why you guys are pressing on with this. Firstly, you don't believe that I've escalated the request (my insurance provider). And secondly, just because someone else was able to do it, it doesn't mean the result would be the same, especially our native tongue is not common like Spanish or Chinese. Can't you, as insurance company's vendor, contact them directly and ask? Isn't that what you guys supposed to do anyway? And why is my spouse's English a barrier to you in providing speech therapy services to my toddler? Can you please focus on my child?" Yeah, as you can tell, I got very upset here. Also, the way they do business here on other areas are questionable. Go to Learning Tree Therapy to be treated with respect and see that they actually do their job. Wished I've done it before.

Tiffany is amazing! She helped me and my baby with our feeding/nursing journey when I felt like no…read moreone was providing any answers and I was so stressed out as a first time mom. As an OT, I sought out Tiffany after learning that she is a lactation consultant and a speech therapist because I wasn't sure if my son was having issues latching and if his mild tongue tie was limiting him from using a bottle when I was preparing to go back to work. She went above and beyond in answering all my questions and concerns, and even took time outside of working hours in sharing her thoughts and suggestions. It was the first time that I felt seen regarding my son's feeling problems and drop in weight. There truly isn't anyone else that can provide a comprehensive service during the first year of a child's feeding/nursing life like Tiffany can. And even though I had to pay out of pocket since my insurance didn't cover her services (which was worth every penny btw), she was able to walk me through the steps to help us transition my son's feeding service to miller's outpatient so I would be in network. I honestly can not rave enough about Tiffany because she truly is great at what she does.

She greeted us promptly and immediately I felt at ease. I shared concerning had with clogged ducts with my son and some fears that Hanna my baby wasn't getting enough milk. She validated all of my feelings and offered valuable information that claimed my concerns. I appreciate how she gave practical information and strategies without being strict. She made me feel like I could succeed at this! My husband was invited to the appointment which also helped and he was blown away by how helpful an in-office appointment was as well. It was hands down the best thing I could have done for me and my family. We talked and brainstormed for a great amount of time, I never felt rushed. Then she measured me for flanges and I was much smaller than I had been using- who would have thought! That was huge because with my son I was using the wrong size flange the entire time I Pumped with him. Then we did a weighed feed and talked about next steps. And I leaned Hanna took in 2 oz from the one side which was so helpful! Then Tiffany followed up with a care plan and was available for messaging the following two weeks. Thank you so much!
